The Street Milano Duomo | a Design Boutique Hotel

One of our best hotel experiences ever. Staff was attentive & sweet at all times, and seemed to be staffed at all times, although there are only 11 rooms. Location is unbeatable - around the corner from La Scala, the Duomo &the Galleria. Hotel had a nice full breakfast which we used when we wanted to get out early in the am. (In fact they woke us when we slept through our alarm, saving our day, because they knew we had an early departure). There are also many local coffee shops as well for breakfast, and so many dinner/lunch places, as well as a little take-out place right at the entrance to the hotel for sweet or savory zeppoli (like a pocket sandwich, but SOo good for a quick snack). The minute we left the room it was cleaned. The other guests, like us, realized what an amazing, special place it was & we enjoyed casual encounters with a few of them. Do use the hotel to get your connection from the airport until you get situated. The driver will wait for you OUTSIDE the terminal, and if there are any issues anytime the staff is very responsive via text or calls. The rooms themselves are very modern, amazing American friendly bathroom & kingside bed which we really appreciated. Multi multi lingual staff, but English or Italian are particularly strong. Enjoy! This is an extraordinary hotel in an ideal location right in the heart of the city, close to many sites, shopping and great restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are really comfortable. The staff is so kind and really works hard to ensure their guests are happy. They even brought us a beautiful vase of fresh flowers and cookies which was so unexpected but much appreciated. They answered all our questions, provided excellent restaurant suggestions and made our stay memorable. I would stay her again and encourage anyone else looking for impeccable personalized service to stay here as well.

You can't beat the location., literally steps from McDonalds. Haha seriously though, the hotel staff are wonderful and their efforts make this hotel a worthwhile overnight stay. Everything you need in the hotel is in your room. While the location is impossible to improve upon, we found the beds very uncomfortable. It's literally a 5 inch mattress on a flat wooden board. The shower was also disappointing. We stayed here overnight to see the sights and to be close to the airport for our morning flight back to USA. Closer than where we were staying, which was Lake Garda. It's unlikely we will stay again but Naomi (who booked a restaurant for us that night overlooking the square) and the staff were wonderful.

There are no words to describe how amazing everything about this hotel was!!! 🥰❤️ 🍀 First of all the very sweet and fabulous girls on the reception, who were there every time when I had some question, even before arriving at the hotel. |The location of the hotel (just few steps from the must see attraction and shopping in Milan), the service, cleanness, all facilities... everything was perfect and for every recommendation. |We were accommodated in a modern, spacious family room that had more than the necessary contents.|The hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there every time we come to the Milan! 🍀

This boutique hotel was exceptional, especially the reception desk. They were available 24/7 and were interested to answering all questions and making your stay perfect. They were available to us while out via WhatsApp which is helpful when touring. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom large by European standards. The location was central to all sites. We would choose The Street Milano Duomo if visiting Milan again.

This was the start of our 2 week trip and after staying at numerous places the past few weeks, I can confidently say The Street had the best communication and accommodation. They were very timely in all responses + went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We booked the family room for 4 adults + 1 toddler and it was the perfect amount of space. Also so close to all the major sites, it made it easy to explore and be back for my child’s nap. Will absolutely be back next time I’m in Milan.

We stayed at this hotel recently. We were pampered; everything was perfect. The location is ideal for exploring the heart of Milan. The room was large and spotless in every way. We had our little dog; he even got a snack and a very cozy little bed. We will definitely return to this hotel during our next stay in Milan. I'm already looking forward to it! Faultless.

After booking; the hotel made contact with me via WhatsApp which was amazing as the girls on reception answered any of my questions and made everything more comfortable and personal even before my trip.. 10/10… the location is 10/10 city centre with no noise.. can’t beat it!! the same score for the room, amazing.. if you are visiting Milan and are wondering where to stay. this is your place you’ll not be disappointed..
