The Street Milano Duomo | a Design Boutique Hotel

A wonderful stay at a really excellent hotel. It’s in a terrific city centre location, so close to the Duomo, but inside the hotel itself and the room it’s very quiet and a peaceful haven from the bustle and business of the streets. ||Amira is an outstanding host, and consistently provided such a friendly, warm welcome, and immediate assistance whenever asked. ||The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, surprisingly large and very comfortable. The bed was perfect, as was the shower / bathroom. The balcony area looking out on to the courtyard is delightful, and again a surprise to find in a hotel of this size. You really feel like you’re staying in a plush out-of-town hotel once you’re through the front entrance. Everything about the hotel and its staff is top quality: I really hope to be lucky enough to stay here again.

A real gem of the hotel is the staff - friendly, proactive, helpful and effective. ||We were offered a room upgrade for an additional small price. Our room was clean, spacious, light and nicely decorated, but we would like more shelves and drawers to put our stuff, both in the room and in the bathroom. The area around the sink would be more convenient if the accessories provided by the hotel were put at a separate case or box instead of being scattered around.||The location of the hotel is ideal. Everything we wanted to see was at a very short walking distance.||The terrace where breakfast is served is very nice and has a beautiful view. We liked the format of the breakfast: you fill in the form one day in advance with what you choose to eat and when you want the breakfast to be served. Everything was delicious, especially the bio bread. The coffee is just ok, it could be better.

The Street Milano Duomo is a great hotel, conveniently located by the Duomo and Galleria. The rooms are large and clean, decorated in a very modern, colorful style. The staff are helpful and friendly. ||My only suggestion is that they consider adding more lighting to the interior rooms. We booked two rooms for my family. One had external facing windows and was bright, the other faced the interior of the building and it was fairly dark. That’s not a big deal, especially since we spent most of our time in the hotel sleeping. ||We took great advantage of the location and I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near the Duomo.

Amongst the best customer service I've ever experienced. The staff bent over backwards to welcome us and to help us with every little detail of our stay in Milan, including making dinner reservations and arranging an airport shuttle for us. Hotel was beautiful. The room and amenities were top notch while providing a safe stay in a perfect location within close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and site seeing. Loved staying here!

This is an extraordinary hotel in an ideal location right in the heart of the city, close to many sites, shopping and great restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are really comfortable. The staff is so kind and really works hard to ensure their guests are happy. They even brought us a beautiful vase of fresh flowers and cookies which was so unexpected but much appreciated. They answered all our questions, provided excellent restaurant suggestions and made our stay memorable. I would stay her again and encourage anyone else looking for impeccable personalized service to stay here as well.

We spent two nights in Milan at The Street Hotel and it was such a cool hotel. A hotel like no other we have stayed. Very modern and neat layout of rooms and hotel. Breakfast was so nice on their terrace and the front desk was extremely helpful with cabs and restaurant recommendations. The location is fabulous! Just overall a great experience!

You can't beat the location., literally steps from McDonalds. Haha seriously though, the hotel staff are wonderful and their efforts make this hotel a worthwhile overnight stay. Everything you need in the hotel is in your room. While the location is impossible to improve upon, we found the beds very uncomfortable. It's literally a 5 inch mattress on a flat wooden board. The shower was also disappointing. We stayed here overnight to see the sights and to be close to the airport for our morning flight back to USA. Closer than where we were staying, which was Lake Garda. It's unlikely we will stay again but Naomi (who booked a restaurant for us that night overlooking the square) and the staff were wonderful.

This is a B&B more than it is a hotel in the pedestrian area near the Duomo. The lift is tiny and we could fit only two people with one bed in the elevator. I was not happy about the fact that we couldn’t use the breakfast facilities because there was a “conference” at the hotel so I really couldn’t comment about the. food, The room was large quiet and clean but there were 2 doors between the room and hallway and it was difficult to open he door|I guess because of location and being modern with large rooms it is 4+ but it clearly is not a great place that I would go to again. We had to leave to go to the airport at 8 AM. Not ridiculously early. I would have expected help from the hotel staff removing our luggage since I hurt my knee and need surgery after our trip but at least the driver who was taking us to the airport was helpful.
