I requested my AC Filter to be changed months ago. Was told repeatedly “the filters were back ordered and they were just waiting for them to arrive”. Maintenance could have gone to Lowe’s for filters. It is behind a locked door in the unit that only maintenance has access to, otherwise I would have changed it myself. The office told me the filter had been changed before I moved in 6 months ago, which was clearly not the case. Well today after waiting months, maintenance finally came and the old filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in YEARS! I am horrified about this! Also these apartments are a cheap build and shoddily put together. The bathtub has been peeling since I moved in as it appears it was just cheaply and improperly painted to hide rust damage. Water pressure is terrible. I have a washing machine that shakes loudly and violently every wash cycle and the cold setting does not work, only the hottest setting, which is really annoying as most clothes are to be washed on cold setting. I have also been waiting since September for anyone to address the washing machine. I do not recommend moving here because the management is clearly negligent and failed at basic maintenance which could affect your health and sanity.

I lived in 2 apartments here, the took 6 months to give me my first deposit back, I havent got my second back yet, my apartment was FULL of mold it ruined all of my belongings, I had to pay to have specialized mold treatment done and they never paid me back. I lived here for 3 years, im on section 8 so moving quick isnt a option, they took full advantage of that fact, I had to call city inspectors and look for special lawyers to help me just get out of this situation. Screw this place, it was nice when I first moved in, then, I saw a homeless guy bathing in the pool, the gate that needs a code only worked for 2 months, another neighbor had a full on home invasion, and his dog got stolen.

GREAT experience! Our team visited this property today and got to speak with the leasing office staff; they were so welcoming and very informative. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!

I've lived here for two years and couldn't be happier with my decision to have chosen this place. While I will admit they have had some past challenges locking down solid management I feel that the current staff (who have been here for a while now) are really going out of their way to make sure that is no longer the case. You'll be pleasantly surprised to find that the negative reviews no longer apply. As far as responsiveness is concerned, if you're willing to be a human being and acknowledge that staff are as well, a follow-up phone call or quick stop by the office to say hello will ensure that any issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. If you're interested in one of those perfectly plastic properties run by equally plastic people then perhaps this spot just isn't for you. If you're looking for a place to call home that you can actually be proud of without breaking the bank then definitely swing by and chat with any one of the wonderful folks in the leasing office. They'll get you hooked up for sure. You'll be glad you did. Worry not, they offer all the standard digital conveniences such as online payment portal, maintenance requests and a VERY responsive email setup. Until I'm ready to purchase a home in the area, I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future. If it ain't broke don't fix it & this place is in fine working order. P.S. If you happen to see a joyfully plump looking fella with a dark beard walking around with a similarly plump Chihuahua wearing an inappropriately aggressive looking spiked collar; THATS ME! You had better say hello!

I often visit friends here. I have been helping a lady who has been in a hospital and trouble walking on her legs. To come out and see trash left outside these doors is disgusting and disrespectful.. She has lived her since this place was built and has respected the property where the respect is from the two residents that have left their trash out all morning since I got their shame on you. Office staff, where are the fines placed on these doors? This lady keeps her place clean and doesn't bother a soul.. Where are you, too, help out in the situation? It's not about the grounds but asking the residents what's best for them to bring it back!

I love the customer service from the employees but the one thing I don’t like are the roaches that I have been complaining to the front office about because I was told when they finished the renovations they will have pest control deal with it and I have told them the pest control company they use sucks and that more are coming out then before

Pros: the handymen have been super quick, the people in the front office are very friendly and quick to get things done in person, great closet space and bathroom size in the studio. Parking has been super easy, near a nice park, and a super easy drive to work for me. Price would be great too if the apartment matched the show room. Cons: The apartments are not like the show rooms. Water damage, fixtures put on haphazardly, funky smells, appliances didn't all work on move in, it took ages to actually get moved in (partially my own fault, but also problems on their end), used car litter had been poured on the stairs, neighbors keep leaving trash, bikes, rubber tires, furniture etc in the halls by my apartment (can see photos of it in another post actually) they didn't have a phone for weeks, And my car was ransacked week 1. Most of the issues I think are growing pains as a new management company takes over and gets things on the right track. They seem to be really trying to go in a good direction, just not there yet. I am going to update my rating after I've been here a couple months.

ATTENTION TO ALL REALTORS/LOCATORS!!! DO NOT send your clients here. They say they pay locators but they do not. I brought them a new tenant in March and they said I would be paid in April. Here we are in July and still no payment. The few times I have been able to get in contact with them, they say a manager will call me back and they never do. Once I receive payment, this review will be taken down.
