The Studio Bistro Restaurant

A great little gem of a restaurant. Service was outstanding, we had to sit outside because of our dog but they set up heaters specifically for us. The food is creative and tasty, very unique flavours that I haven’t encountered before - definitely worth a try. The mulled wine was fantastic, as were the rest of the drinks. If you’re in the area then I thoroughly recommend coming here for dinner! Be sure to book in advance.

Went to Studio Bistro yesterday. The entrance was through the art gallery which was a very well curated gallery. Upon entry we were already amazed by the service. Then the food came. I’m a meat eater and I was very much impressed with the vegetarian dishes. The tomatos, cos lettuce, Brussel sprouts were amazing. They could turn me a vegetarian if veggies were all cooked like that. The beef brisket was delicious and tender. The squid was a great way to start the courses. Definitely will return again. What a gem!!!

A remarkably consistent line up of delicious small plates surprised us at our last visit. A huge turn around since December 2021 when COVID had decimated the staff. The current chef has crafted an excellent higher end selection of dishes and the staff have made it a lovely experience, on the deck, even on a rainy day.

From start to finish this country restaurant serving fine dining meals in casual setting was perfect. Service was attentive and friendly - Abbey was excellent and her coffee perfectly made. Definitely a talented chef named Chris in the kitchen. Bonus is the art gallery and beautiful garden setting to eat and enjoy...

DONT GO WE DONT WANT TO SHARE THIS AMAZING FOOD. Outstanding food, fine wine selection paired with the most beautiful art. One of the rare chefs selection degustations where we've enjoyed every single course. We will be back for sure. Sheshhhh about this secret culinary gem.

Lovely setting, good service and excellent food (fish stew). To give 5 stars I would have expected an amuse of the house. All together; really lovely place to have a great dinner!

Came here after the recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. We were served by a lovely gentleman by the name of Steve. Excellent service, some of the finest wine we’ve tasted whilst down south. The food here is great for share plates and definitely worth the visit.

We had a wonderful time. The service was good, the food is a bit left field but is surprisingly good. The crab and fish entree and the whiting entree were spectacular. The duck has a Thai twist which is not for everyone. The Brazilian Seafood Moqueca using local produce is unique and is brilliant, must try. We liked the short ribs as well.

Tasty! Delicious! Amazingly presented! Service is friendly and professional. Why is this place so far from home? This restaurant attached to a gallery is just perfect for lunch. I haven't had dinner here yet, but I've heard only great reviews! Kid friendly too. Lots of children today because of the school holidays and the staff were terrific, if not exceptional. Must venture if you're in the Yallingup district.

Great service and great food. I loved the olives, scallops, and even the sparkling water. Came in for lunch with a booking last minute and was pleasantly surprised.

We came to look at the beautiful gallery and were warmly welcomed. However we then went to have a coffee and the sign out the front of the bistro said 'coffee from 10am.' Our order was taken as soon as we walked through the door (we weren't allowed to sit down yet) and then we could only sit at one table under a speaker because they didn't want us to mess up their tables. What a shame customer service isn't on their priorities list - the coffee is very good.

A really pleasant space set out in an art gallery that attracts a quiet, older crowd. Service was fabulous, the cocktails delicious and the wine list was solid. Food was beautifully presented and tasty, but not knock your socks off and was a little inconsistent. Overall a lovely meal, but in the super-competitive "down south" foodie market, the food could be kicked up a notch.

Everything was mint as usual. Safe resteraunt to go to for quality dining and great taisting food. 5 stars out of 5 stars

They claim to be open from 10am for morning coffee but the reception we received was icy cold. The drum and bass music was blaring and we were asked to sit out of the way while the staff set up the tables for lunch. I'd suggest they reassess whether they actually are open for morning service or whether they should just keep the doors closed until lunch.

This is one of the more unique places to eat we visited while in the MR region, being set alongside an art studio. We browsed the art on the way in and out, and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there. The service was excellent, not pushy or lax, and the food was also a mix of comfort-y and refined. I would go back again, and I would recommend it to a friend without hesitation.
