The Summer Hotel

We are a family of three – two adults and one child – and we stayed at this hotel for 7 days. We highly recommend it! Excellent location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, fresh towels, and all necessary toiletries provided daily. Throughout our stay, we were warmly welcomed at the reception by very kind ladies, especially Chi and Y Nguyen. Most of the staff speak good English, and everyone was extremely friendly. At breakfast in the café, we were always greeted by a lovely lady, and the entire team was polite and welcoming. We truly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much for the great service!

This is a modern clean hotel with a nice rooftop pool and comfortable common areas. It is in the best location in Nha Trang city. The staff are competent, friendly and helpful. There is an excellent buffet breakfast with a changing menu. My basic double room was modern but cramped for space. The bathroom was excellent except the water from the shower head went horizontally making showering awkward. There is only one elevator to the top 5 floors resulting in long wait times. This is a problem in virtually every modern Nha Trang hotel. My room got a lot of traffic noise and a background mechanical noise at night that made sleeping difficult. The blowback from the air conditioners turned the corridor to my room into a daytime sauna. There was very limited space to hang damp or wet clothes in my room and bathroom In spite of the negatives, the Summer Hotel, overall, is good value for money.

The staff is very friendly! They greet you with a big smile and bow for you. They even helped me to bring my heavy backpack to my room. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is excellent. The day I checked out, I had to wait a couple of hours till my train left. As I sat down in the lobby, the kind ladies gave me something to drink and made sure the airco was pointed at me, so I didn't feel to warm. They held the door open for me, they helped me again with my backpack. The hotel is very good, but I think what makes it the best is the hospitality! Would highly recommend this place

This hotel is very well located. 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants close by, a nice coffee place connected to this hotel. The room was spacious with windows. The employees are very friendly and will do anything to help. The rooftop pool is also a nice place to relax with a great view

What can I say about this hotel? I was truly amazed by the friendly staff, who always had a smile on their faces. The terrace is small but beautiful, and it has a small pool right there. The breakfast is delicious style European Americans! I highly recommend the hotel and I already hope to return soon with Bella 🐶

Very satisfied with the quality for the buck. Noisy staff in the hallway outside my room because of non-soundproof walls and flooring. Staff should know better to keep the noise down. But, for the price, I can tolerate it. Thinking about staying long-term. But don't tell them.

On the arrival we got a well furnitured room with all amenities needed. The room was fresh and clean. The next morning we had some hotel breakfast and took a swim in the pool on the 10 floor. The hotel offers mix cuisine dishes for breakfast, including Vietnamese soup Phó Bo , eggs, fried rice and noodles, European desserts like pancakes, fruit. The swimming pool is neither big nor small

I don't recommend booking a single budget room with no window as it is hardly conditioned and the air seemed to be stuffy and smelly, what's more one can hear everything happening outside in the hall. Other rooms with windows are good to stay in. The breakfast was nice. The pool is beautiful. The staff is very polite and kind!
