We celebrated our daughter’s wedding at this location and the service was amazing. We contracted to have breakfast and coffees provided for the girls while they were getting ready and Shewna (supervisor) and Ethan (Barista) did an outstanding job! They were very attentive and timely to the wedding party. Shewna was also a part of the brunch that was served to our guest on Sunday morning as well. Again her and the staff did an amazing job of making sure the guests were well taken care of. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service we received. Thank to all the seen and behind the scene staff members.

My stay here was absolutely amazing! From the time we talked into the door until the time we checked out, the service was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean, which is very important to my family and I. The staff were very responsive to any requests that I had. Will definitely be returning.

Google
This is an extremely well laid out hotel. Definitely rivals some of the larger competitors. I would encourage everyone to consider this hotel for your medium and high level business necessities. The hotel itself is very pleasant and clean. And the work staff is courteous and cooperative. I would definitely recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

We had a fantastic experience thanks to our server, Kayla! She went above and beyond to make our visit memorable—her food and drink recommendations were spot-on, and everything she suggested was absolutely delicious. Kayla was incredibly friendly, social, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Her energy and personality really elevated the whole experience, turning a great meal into a fantastic night out.

Second time staying here and everything was great. The front desk checked us in efficiently and was very friendly. The room is nice and spacious and clean. However, I don’t think the restaurant on 4th floor serves breakfast only dinner. But there are lots of good brunch options in the neighborhood. Only complain may be the parking, if you come back late there may be no space or spaces so tiny to park due to all the poles around. Good value and will want to return.

Our server Claire made our dining experience at the hotel restaurant very special! the cocktails were fun and unique and the food was fresh, despite long wait times for what was ordered. I recommend the fish sandwich, but we felt that the pasta was just ok.

The hotel is beautiful, looks new, however, they don't clean the rooms on the weekend or give you clean towels. They forgot to clean my room and after 3 requests, 1 by phone and going to the desk twice, they reluctantly changed the sheets and left the dirty linen in the room. Didn't pickup dirty towels in the bathroom or refresh room amenities.

I originally wasn’t going to leave a review, but me and my brother were talking about our visit at this hotel while attending a wedding in June and I feel this needs to be addressed. We unfortunately had a very negative experience. When we asked general questions about the hotel like amenities, if they have a pool, etc. the manager was surprisingly rude and dismissive. His tone was curt, and it felt like we were bothering him just for asking. As a guest, there for a special occasion, I expected at least a baseline level of courtesy. Brad's attitude left a very poor impression and detracted from what should have been a celebratory weekend. I thought to myself, maybe we caught him at a bad time, but a few other guest at the wedding also had a similar encounter with him. Hospitality starts at the front desk, and in this case, it fell far short because of Brad. Overall, everything else about this hotel was great.

Yelp
Sleek, sharp, modern European design. Spacious & visually stunning aesthetics everywhere. The room was simple but felt lavish & very clean. Comfortable bed & quality bedding. DoorDash friendly for food deliveries. Easy ride-share drop off & pickup. Large smart TV with apps + chromecast support. Good AC system (silent, doesn't run constantly, & air pressure isn't oppressive). The shower was impressive & the bathroom was stocked with ample toiletries. Great flushing pressure, quick heating water. Lacking bathrob Room service was exceptionally fast! But the food was over salted & I don't recommend the menu for those with multiple food allergies. Sliding entrance doors are oddly slow, so mind your pace when entering/exiting. Checkout was unnecessarily rushed with 20minuted left on our stay. Overall great atmosphere, aromatics, & very peaceful for a hotel at this scale. Would stay again Full room walkthrough: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CsolJMMg6ry/?igshid=MmJiY2I4NDBkZg==

Yelp
I give it two stars because the people are great. The restaurant deserves a zero. A $10 bar with a $2 menu. The food was unimaginative bar food served in state fair cardboard plates. You have a rooftop bar with $35 a shot bourbon....make the menu align. The head "chef" and the GM are obvious cost savings hires. Live up to your location

Yelp
Nice hotel. Clean good gym. Pretty empty when I was there. Did not get to try the eatery. I did like the free parking. Pretty central for my needs.

Yelp
A friend and I stayed here overnight for a concert we were attending nearby. The décor is absolutely beautiful as soon as you walk into the hotel. It's huge! We stayed in a double Queen and the foyer was definitely the highlight of the room. The décor is absolutely to die for. It's seldom that you find room with bright red décor. The Mini foyer had a small red couch which was definitely a photo opportunity. The beds were definitely comfortable as I slept like a baby. The hotel sits on top of a slight hill so the walk up-and-down the hill to the nearby Qwench juice bar was a bit of a task but it sits so pretty. I would definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to Cincinnati.

Yelp
This is a relatively new hotel in the Cincinnati area. I first discovered this hotel because they provided a space to host a Sunday afternoon children's play, "Rapunzel". The staff were so accommodating to all of our families who attended. These are families who have a child with a life threatening illness. Our group is AKid Again, and the families had a day out to see the play. My second visit was as a guest at a wedding event where The Summit provided space and food/ drink for my niece's wedding. The Summit is a beautiful, clean, spacious place to enjoy a wedding indoor and out. So many rooms and so much seating is available to spread out. The place is so funky with a huge metal staircase and unusual seating. There's a breakfast bar that is all you can eat for about 21$ and well worth it. A bar is also located on the 4th floor We actually stayed in the hotel overnight, which was a treat. Beautiful, quiet, clean and nicely decorated rooms and hotel. Thanks so much for such an incredible night!!!

Yelp
The hotel is pretty swanky. Definitely worth the great deal I found on Expedia. Nice room, with a very comfortable bed; not a lot of furniture, but I wasn't lounging around the room for hours anyway--for me it was just a place to sleep. There was some sort of formal event happening when I was here, so they must have a nice space for a reception/meeting/wedding. And parking is free, which is nice for such a fancy place and was certainly a plus for me. The shower felt to me pretty luxurious and because it was all tile, I didn't feel grossed out about using it like I do at some hotels. The one thing that was a bit of a problem is that the walls are a bit thin. Either that, or the people in the other room were being even louder than it seemed. From about 10:30/11 to after 12:30 am, they were being so loud I could barely sleep. They continued to shout and bang. I called the front desk twice, but there's only so much that they can do about such a thing. I can't imagine being that rude to other people but it doesn't help that the construction may allow their voices to carry through the structure. Even given the thin walls, I would stay here again. When the other guests finally shut up, I slept very well. All the employees I interacted with (not many--COVID, after all, so I kept my distance from everyone) were very welcoming and quick with check-in and check-out, and the person who brought up our breakfast was exactly on time.

Yelp
Went to brunch here and walked around. Nice hotel. Didnt stay here but got to see a room. Looked large. I liked the multiple sitting areas and pool table, shuffleboard table, fireplace and art everywhere. They had a large art gallery and an old truck in the lobby that was a piece of art. We played pool. We looked around the art gallery. They have room for events there. Walked in 1 conference room that was very nice. It had 1 main conference table with state of the art projector screen and a 2nd small table and chairs by the door. They are building an entertainment district around the hotel with a shared kitchens like oakley building with a pet park and more.

Yelp
We booked a stay for a Tuesday night at the Summit. We were in town for a concert. The hotel was very nice, very modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very nice. We had a corner JR suite which was a very nice size room, clean and included robes and slippers. That came in handy as floors were LVT and tended to be a bit cool. The Bed was awesome, VERY comfortable as were the pillows. We had a good night sleep. We had dinner at the Overlook. Their website indicated they opened at 4 - it was 5. We'd been traveling all day, and we didn't feel like going out. They did allow us to come in and order drinks. I would definitely recommend heading out for dinner if we had it to do over. The staff was super friendly and helpful but the food was so so at best and we froze (as in turn up the heat please). We were sorry to have wasted the calories. On the good side, we did give them another chance for breakfast (there wasn't much around that was open). We'd also been been told they had a nice buffet and they made omelettes to order. Breakfast was good but sadly the restaurant was still chilly. So, would we stay there again? They take pets which we didn't know. If we are traveling with our dog, I would definitely stay there again. Hands down, no doubt. If no dog, I'd probably try something else. It was just a physically cold, visually uninviting almost eerie kind of place. (It was a ghost town.)

Yelp
Hotel staff can be rude (the men, didn't have a bad run in with the ladies) and have a belittling attitude. It's not worth the price at all. You are better off at the Holiday Inn right behind the summit lol.

Yelp
Swanky hotel! Place is super clean, has a ton of amenities and will provide you or your family a wonderful place to stay. Definitely punches above it's cost - I think the cost/value equation is excellent.

Yelp
I have stayed at this hotel so many times over the last few years and overall it is great. It is clean, parking is always available in their parking garage, and the staff are always pretty friendly. One issue that is consistent across every stay is that room service ALWAYS comes in before the check out time. I frequently request a late check out and I know every time without fail someone is going to come into the room early. They came in today before 11:00. I told them I requested a noon check out and it was approved when I checked in. Then 10 minutes later I get a phone call verifying if I said this to the room attendant. Not only is this annoying it is also scary as a female who often travels alone. My boyfriend usually stays with me, but leaves super early in the morning so I am there alone and I always have to make sure I am dressed and not in the shower or restroom because without fail the room service always comes in early. This never happens anywhere else we stay. It's so bizarre. It's not an issue of one employee it is obviously a systemic issue as we have stayed here several times and it happens consistently. It has never made a difference if it was a weekend or weekday stay or if they were busy or pretty empty. I am not being at all hyperbolic when I say it happens every single time. It is quite distressing. I will say the woman who checked me out today was SO kind and sweet.

Yelp
Large spacious hotel rooms, nice sky bar on the 4th floor. Modern design all around. I was very comfortable here. It's much more updated than many of the Cincinnati hotel options. Good place for business events, or simply a comfortable stay in an updated room. The customer service is excellent which is a good thing to find in crabby pants Cincinnati. (I say that with love.) Great job Summit!!

Yelp
This rating is for the event space only because I didn't stay in a room. Attended a meeting at this location earlier this week. The space is beautiful and has many areas for large and small scale meetings. The decor feels very big city boutique. The staff was helpful and friendly. The catering was delicious, with hearty snacks and unexpected menu items. Overall I would definitely return and may make a staycation out of it.

Yelp
Arrived at 11:15pm on a Saturday. A birthday party had taken every available spot in the expansive entry loop, despite "no parking" signs visibly posted. I had to block traffic to check in. Then I circled the garages another 15 minutes to find an open spot, because the party had taken up all the guest spots there as well. I complained and was told the party would be over soon. It wasn't. The venue space shares a central open atrium with the entire hotel. Loud music, heavy bass, and talking/laughter could he heard until well after midnight in my 6th floor room. At 2am the fire alarm went off. Entire hotel evacuated down the stairs. The fire department turned around in the entry loop (thankfully now empty!) and left without going inside. No one from the hotel gave the all clear. People slowly returned to their rooms when the alarm stopped. An apology letter was under my door the next morning. The room was clean. Decor modern and sleek. The fire alarm was an unfortunate mishap, but was handled poorly. The noise and parking were unacceptable. It was clear on this night, the hotel valued its venue guests above its overnight guests.

Yelp
I love the Summit Hotel. The staff are excellent and the suites are outstanding. Contemporary decor and art throughout. Lots of lounge and gathering spaces including a game room, workout room and fantastic restaurant and coffee bar. I enjoy going to the outdoor rooftop yoga class Saturday mornings. This luxury hotel is one of the finest around in Cincinnati.

Yelp
For a hotel of this size, in a city, and considering they are trying to make themselves look hip and swanky, I was disappointed. The rooms are around the central atrium/lobby area which is mostly clad in concrete, so if say, revelers are whooping it up down there at 2AM, you'll hear it echo all the way up into your room. The beds aren't very comfortable, but the pillows are enormously thick and stiff. See that as a pro or con as you will. The heating vents make mechanical squeaking noises throughout the whole night, so if you are lucky enough to not be here when an event is making a ruckus, you will have to deal with that or turn off the heat and be cold (or turn off the AC and boil.) There are only power outlets on one side of the king bed so if both people want to charge a device at their bedside table, they are out of luck unless they brought an extension cord. The bathroom is a disaster. Copious amounts of orange mold in the shower, and whoever chose the faucets should have their head examined because the spout is so close to the rear of the sink it's almost unusable. They also serve no food in the hotel after 2PM on Sundays. I was back at the room around 4 and wanted to stay in the rest of the night and order room service or eat in the hotel, but that was not an option. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in a wide variety of hotels, but it's no exaggeration we had a better stay in a Days Inn in the middle of nowhere Indiana than we have had here. Not impressed, in fact, highly disappointed. We will not be returning or recommending this hotel to others.

Yelp
This review is for the lobby and conference room. Modern design; this lobby reminds me of the 21C Hotel chain. Modern art installations make the lobby a place of interest rather than just a place to wait. Not as much art as the Downtown Cincinnati 21C, but more than most hotels. An imposing staircase grabbed my attention. The staircase is industrial, modern, and a bit magical. I really wanted to climb it. Not being there to stay, we decided to stay on the ground floor. There was also an installment that was like a road trip. It had part of a car, and a screen. I have heard good things about the hotel restaurant. I may have to return, and give it a try. Maybe then I will get to see more of the visual delights Summit has to offer. Conference room is bright with natural light. Plenty of room to spread out. Tables are desk height. The room was clean, and ready for us. Modern art adorns the walls here as well. Both valet and self parking are available. We opted for self parking. Plenty on parking in the parking structure. The structure is well lit. Conference room is to the left once one enters the lobby.

Yelp
Woah, this hotel has everything you need and more! The staff was outstanding and super accommodating. The gym was so convenient and loaded with all the gym equipment one would need. My favorite was the yoga studio attached to the gym. The restaurant and other food options were very convenient and you didn't have to leave the hotel. library was such a vibe and very inviting. The location of the hotel was super close to all the hot spots. The art gallery was so amazing, I think every hotel should have one tbh. The views from our hotel room were gorgeous, we can't wait to come back real soon.

Yelp
A big shout out to Faith in The Market restaurant in The Summit hotel. She was very kind and accommodating, great service, and her smile lit up our morning! Also a shout out to Austin at check-in. Very professional and polite. The Summit is quiet, calming, well appointed and clean. It's upscale but casual, not pretentious. Artwork on display in a gallery on the first floor is a special treat. First came here in 2021. Will always stay here when in town. Free parking in their garage, but the spaces are SUPER close. Don't come in your Humvee!

Yelp
Service was good. However, the food was less than desirable. If this place on the scale of Hilton, then it really it should run along side Taco Bell. Looks are deceiving that's for sure. Food looked awesome, then that 1st bite, holy snikeys batman, it's needed rescue from itself. Dry, unflavored, no passion, just sitting there waiting to disappoint the patron while laughing at you as you pay that huge bill. Not even worth sitting in a vacant building like we did as the tumble weeds went by. Dry, hard edges, and waste of awesome products.

Jackee W.

Yelp
When I first walked in to check in it was a welcome fresh scent /long with great customer service. Our room was so clean you really couldn't tell that this hotel is pet friendly the way everything is so clean and no pet odor. I definitely recommend if you're coming or going through Cincinnati.
google avatar

Yelp
The views are spectacular. The service is good. The beverage selection is fabulous. The food options, meh. If you are vegetarian, there's not much to choose from. I would recommend this place for grabbing a drink before heading out to dinner.

Yelp
Not a review of hotel room. My husband surprised me on Valentine's weekend with a trip to Cincinnati to this hotel for their Couple's Dinner. Never heard of this hotel before so I was excited. Upon arriving I was able to look around at many interesting pieces of art...I love that! We headed up to dinner area & we were in a room with a "view" off of main dining area. Only about 5-6 tables, but spaced very well so we felt comfortable. Our table was wobbly but I didn't want to deal with being moved. Somewhat of a wait to get our dinner courses started. Servers seemed a little unprepared & we encounter a few different servers that didn't appear to be on the same page. We enjoyed the experience of every course, we were intentionally selective with menu options for 3 courses so we could sample each other's food. Our favorite was the mini "donuts", bread with roasted peppers, salads, & desserts. Entrees of duck & scallops were just average. We are not typical fans of either but we gave it a shot. The creative accents with entree were good. My main reason for not giving a higher rating was service. Again wait to get courses going and in between was too long. Additionally, a female server that came to our table continously waved her bare hand over our food that we was still working on...that was irritating. In spite of that hotel area is eclectic & decor is very appealing. Would go again to stay & see how that experience would be.

Yelp
Very sad and disappointed. I organized a ey lost our reservation. When my party showed up they acted like we were inconveniencing them asking to still spend money and eat there. The overlook bartender was rude as well as.

Yelp
We arrived around 16:00. Parked easily, checked in easily. We rested and got ready to go out to dinner. We were walking back to our car and noticed there were 6 cars driving in circles looking for parking. We decided to Uber where we needed to go since we didn't want to have nowhere to park at 22:00 at night. I guess the hotel is far from everything, because we waited 15 minutes for an Uber. This was a theme all weekend, whenever we needed an Uber it took 15-20 minutes to get one. I asked each driver "You must be busy?" but they all said no, that the hotel was just a little farther out. Ah, ok. The room is nice. The mattress is great, the pillows are nice. The bathroom is nice. The tub is tiny, like, very low. Perfect for toddlers, won't work if you want a soaking tub as an adult. The breakfast buffet is a complete rip off. My husband got a full plate of stuff, but I took a half cup of yogurt and 2 strawberries and they charged us each $22. $22 for a half cup of yogurt? I would've eaten nothing at all if I knew it was so super overpriced. I literally pay $1.29 for yogurt at the grocery store. That's 17 times the price. Finally, my husband got up in the morning and went #2 in the bathroom, and then found out there was no water when he couldn't flush. Apparently there was a busted water pipe somewhere and they'd be out of water for 8-10 hours. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but a little heads up wouldn't been nice before he went to the bathroom. If you don't mind staying a little further out, having a hard time finding parking, having a hard time getting an Uber, and paying way too much for a buffet (unless you eat way too much), then this is the place for you! The hotel itself is nice, but there were too many cons to ever stay here again.
google avatar

Jess L.

Yelp
We stayed here for one night after unexpectedly getting stuck in Cincinnati. It's a very cool and unique hotel. The parking was a bit challenging, but there's an additional lot you can get to by driving around to the back. The hotel could use better signs to help direct where to go. Also - there is no coffee in the room. Other than that, the room nice, the shower was large. The art and decor is definitely what sets this place apart from other hotels. Definitely glad we got to experience this place even the hiccup in our travel plans.

Yelp
We stayed here recently for a quick weekend trip. We had several pros & cons to our visit. Pros: Easy to get to Beautiful hotel- even with covid protocols Free parking! We had looked at staying at other places, but parking was crazy at most of them! Mini fridge in room (wish I had knew this ahead of time. Cons: parking doesn't feel very safe- there are lots of stairways and openings all around. Requested a room higher up and ended up on the fourth floor. Our bedding was fairly shabby- holes in both queen bed sheets and duvets. There were pretty deep scratches in our floor as well. With covid- you would think people would be further spaced out- we seemed fairly crammed in our area. Lots of loud talkers in the hallway too. The construction was not the most scenic thing to look at- I'm sure it will be nice when it is finished. Ice machine was broken on our floor & we had to ask for an ice bucket. Overall- the good outweighed the bad. Not sure if we would stay here again- but it was better than a lot of the other options we researched in Cincinnati. It seems to be a really popular wedding venue too (many were looking at it while we were there).

Yelp
If I could give it zero stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE READ. this has been beyond a nightmare I cannot even express. First I booked online through there website, 1 room for 2 nights was $900 after taxes, so I was expecting luxury, but this was far from it. We get there, after a 5 hour drive from chicago, exhausted, just to be told that they have no suites. They give us a small room with 2 separate beds that is $300 cheaper, and say they cannot refund me because I booked online. They then say I need to put a card on file for damages, which is totally fine, they charge $50 and say it will be returned after we check out. Suddenly they say it didn't go through, even though I got a notification from my bank that it most definitely did. They force me to try 2 more times. But the geniuses that checked us in accidentally put in "5000" instead of 50. Yes. You read that correctly. So far I have paid $5100 in damage deposits because of a typing error and $900 in hotel rooms because of a website error and have NOT BEEN REFUNDED ANYTHING. AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS AND TALKING TO HIGHER UPS. they keep insisting to wait "5-7 days" with no explanation as to how this happened and how they will make it right!! I am mortified genuinely. I have contacted better business bureau with all this information, and if I do not get my $6000 refund I will absolutely go to the police. I cannot believe this happened. I have never ever once in my life written a review, but I had to in this case unfortunately. I don't want anyone else to go through this literal crime. A few cherries on top: We arrived with our room set at 80° and it took hours for their "eco mode" air conditioning to get the room comfortable There was no disposable tooth brushes, tooth paste, nothing in the mini fridge, nothing special at all and CERTAINLY NOT WORT $450 A NIGHT. We got 2 bottles of water and a bar of soap. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this nightmare. Coming from someone who has never written any review let alone a bad one, I'm honestly concerned for the innocent people that will struggle on their trips while choosing The Summit.

Yelp
The pros: Very modern and sleek design. Workers are very nice and helpful. Parking is easy and plentiful. Restaurant on the premises. The cons: It was dirty. There was hair in the shower and bath room. Bed was just eh and for those prices, it should be amazing. It was nice having a TV with chromecast, but the connection was so spotty. The hotel was pretty empty and the best they could give me was the second floor.

Leslie M.

Yelp
This is a beautiful hotel, very cool-looking on the inside--the lobby and a tall atrium where you can look down into the lobby from each floor. Big, well-appointed room with a cute chaise lounge, nice bathroom. It had a nice magnifying mirror for makeup or shaving. The restaurant had great food & service, with a gorgeous outdoor seating area where you can watch the sunset. Convenient location, near the Great American Ballpark. We saw that they allow dogs. There is a two-level parking garage, so plenty of parking.

Nick R.

Yelp
Well over rated. Way to expensive, without anything. No pool is my biggest complaint.

Yelp
The hotel is outstanding!! I definitely recommend if your staying in the Cincinnati area very clean and beautiful! The employees are wonderful

Yelp
Spent a couple nights at this new hotel in Cincinnati. The artistic design is excellent, they have an art gallery right in the lobby. The beds are comfy, the rooms have amazing sunset views. We loved the live music at the rooftop restaurant - which is on the forth floor of the hotel. The staff were amazing, they even gave us an upgrade. Definitely coming back.

Yelp
I was recently in Cincinnati and stayed as the Summit. It did not disappoint at all. It is a beautiful Hotel and the staff was tremendous, so helpful and polite. The space in the room was amazing . I loved my stay and look forward to another stay soon.

Yelp
Horrible hotel that resulted in the theft of my wedding band. Called the hotel after checking out and my wedding band was nowhere to be found of course. The hotel thought whoever took it would be honest about it. LOL. I would avoid this hotel if you don't want your valuables stolen.

Yelp
OMG this was the best stay that I've had in such a long time in Ohio!!! The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing!! I had a run in with who I believe was the housekeeping manger, Teresa and was a pleasure! She was friendly, efficient, and a joy to talk to. Now I know why the room was so clean she must be on top of things with all that's going on in the world today with the virus. Also the grunt fest personal was also friendly just didn't have as much interaction as I did with housekeeping. I'd stay again if we get to choose. Thanks again

Yelp
The rooms and general decor are quite nice but it's in the middle of no-man's land. Additionally, the bar closes at 11pm even on weekends and all food and drink service is closed on Sunday's and Mondays. If you don't have a car, don't stay here unless you want the feeling of a deserted island.

Yelp
Very eccentric, hippy, artistic, RETRO hotel! Awesome. BUT what ticked me off the most is paying good money for a hotel and asking during check in if there's hotel breakfast, being told yes, what floors, and what kind of style, etc, we go in this morning and were gonna tip but then get an unexpected bill... breakfast for an additional 50 bucks......uhmmmmm no warning... the rooftop garden was closed too which was weird because I was excited for that. Wish the room had a microwave too since we had leftovers on our weekend trip to warm up from being out and about throughout the day. I guess we also have to give them a heads up to have our room tidied up when gone the whole day like usually hotels do, which is one of the reasons we usually avoid airbnbs on trips sometimes because of no cleaning service... this was also upsetting because I'd love to recommend and come here again for sure :(

Yelp
This is our second stay at The Summit. The location is great for visiting family. Our first stay was shortly after they had opened, so we cut them a LOT of slack. (And they needed a LOT of slack) Certainly a few years later would be a better experience, right? WRONG! Upon check-in we were given a suite which smelled like the inside of an old salesman's car. The front desk assured us this was a non-smoking hotel, but promptly gave us another suite on another floor. The hallways were littered with old room service trays of food that looked like they had been there for quite some time. A giant plastic bag of trash sat outside the door of our next "suite." The second room smelled like high octane toxic cleaning products, but I'll take that over eau de sweaty smoker any day! My husband was excited there was a Keurig coffee machine in the room, as he could have a cup of coffee in the adjoining living room in the morning. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely out of coffee for those machines! The front desk was really sorry. We then asked if there was anywhere to purchase a bottle of water and AGAIN were told the hotel was all out of WATER!! Has the Manager not heard of a place called Costco? Why bother having the machines in the room at all? We are stuck staying here one more night, but I can assure you, it will be our last.

Yelp
My wife and I recently stayed at the Summit Hotel while interviewing for a job with a nearby company. The hotel is very new. It has a very modern look both in your room and throughout the hotel. The room was spacious. The king bed was comfortable. Large flat screen tv with all the appropriate channels. Nice sized bathroom with a very large walk-in shower. The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Yelp
I was weary from my travels and the staff here went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of right away! They gave an amazing recommendation to Skyline Chili. If you're in Cincinnati you have to try some 4-way chili. The hotel is a converted parking garage that now houses a great, and I mean great, art collection. Really cool place.

Yelp
Only reason it's getting 2 stars is because it look nice. There is nothing here right now. It doesn't have any restaurants open. No cups in rooms. No microwave or anything to heat up food on premises. Doesn't seem like it's close to much so far. Just hasn't been a good experience, my fault for not looking more into depth on this place.

Yelp
I won't be staying here again. I was here four days for a business trip. First the pros - it's a nice, modern hotel with kind of a European vibe. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Now the cons: 1. Parking was a problem. Several times both the regular parking lot and the overflow parking were full. 2. Coffee. First, there is no coffee maker in the room. Second, there is no complementary coffee available in the lobby. Third, there is a coffee place that doesn't open until 6AM, is often unstaffed and charges $3.00 for a cup of drip coffee. This is completely unacceptable. 3. Water. Bottles of water must be purchased from the front desk. Several times they were out and hand to go somewhere to get more. Of course, they charge high prices for bottled water. 4. The gym. There was not any water available in the workout center. (see above). How is that possible, from a safety standpoint? 5. It's dirty. Housekeeping is suspect. Bottom line, I felt that I was nickel & dimed at every turn in this hotel and it doesn't even meet the standards of something like a Holiday Inn Express (which is right next door) or a Hampton Inn.

Yelp
My brother and I had a surprise 50th Anniversary party for our parents and it was absolutely great! We had it at the pool are and Carrie (Spiegel) and her staff made it look great. They put out the tables in all the right places and decorated the area with beautiful flowers. The food was also amazing! Chad the chef did a wonderful job with the passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet and dessert! There was plenty of food for all our guests (35) and then some. The wait staff was also wonderful! They made sure everyone was offered the passed hors d'oeuvres and made sure everyone had drinks. All our guests had a great time and raved about everything! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!! Thanks Carrie and Chad for making my parent's 50th truly memorable!!!

Yelp
The stay was good, the WiFi was a little shoddy but everything was clean and spacious in the room. Just writing this to say thank you again to Robert for helping me try to jump start my car when it broke down. I appreciate you going the extra mile!

Yelp
Horrible and unprofessional service. Had a mothers day brunch reserved over 3 weeks in advance and when our party arrived, were told no reservation was created that we had with on the 4th flow overlook kitchen and bar. Later learned that whom we made reservations with didnt have authorization to do events! Just nonsense! Then was told they will put some tables together for us but we have to be gone by 330pm but wasnt seated until close to 1:45pm and still would have to order, wait for the food and eat. The manager was not helpful at all and just through a server to us with no assistance. Being the only black people in sight besides the few black workers definitely makes you feel some type of way. I dont recommend this place at all!
