The Sunset Cove And Rainbow Room

We stayed here for five nights. It was lovely! Stephanie and her husband were great. They have a spectacular view of the sunset at night On the deck of the pool. Everything's really clean. The towels are soft and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. You are very close to the Atlantic side and right on the Caribbean side. It's a good place to set up base and explore the whole island.

This is a lovely resort collection of cabanas in mid-Eleuthera. Stephanie and Andrea are wonderful hosts. Rainbow room is open for breakfast only this time of year. We will definitely be returning when the pizza oven is up and running.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week, and we couldn’t have been happier!||First of all, Stephanie and Andrea are wonderful people—so kind and welcoming from the very first moment. Every morning, we enjoyed chatting with them over coffee during breakfast, and they gave us great recommendations on the best beaches and places to visit on the island.||The restaurant was open only for breakfast, which was always delicious and plentiful.|Our room was small but cozy, perfect for our stay.||Highly recommended!

Positive: The Managers, Stephanie and Andre, were just world-class wonderful in every way I can imagine. They could not have been more accommodating and hospitable. What they don't know about the island is not worth knowing. I'd like to think they're friends now! Negative: I'm not a normal person, nor a normal traveler. I go to explore "the back of beyond." Surfing, bone-fishing, caving, SCUBA, etc. So all I need in accommodation is a roof, some A/C, running water, etc. For food I DO like culinary expertise and fresh food.

Staying here was one of the joys of visiting Eluthera. The grounds are beautiful. Stephanie and her husband are wonderful hosts. I felt safe, appreciated with their hospitality, kindness and interest in making my stay the best it could be. This is a five star, excellent, well attended place. It is not luxurious, but it is affordable, clean, comfortable and well maintained. I highly recommend The Sunset Cove.

Of all the myriad lodging choices in Eleuthera, I had the good fortune to pick Sunset Cove! ||Even though I arrived late on a Sunday --and was unable to call Sunset due to Verizon problems-- I'm switching to Consumer Cellular this week, I had so many problems with Verizon-- I was graciously greeted by Stephanie and soon met Andre; two of the most caring and hospitable hosts I've ever encountered in a lifetime of travel! They both went out of their way --in countless ways-- to make sure I my needs were met and my belly and soul satisfied. ||From patiently answering countless questions about where to eat and shop and visit... to actively helping me with my rudimentary Italian; they seemed to be Made By the God's Above to make my stay on Eleuthera one of the finest of my lifetime. ||THANK YOU, Andrea and Stephanie, for your kind help and friendship offered in so many ways! || With their help I went caving, fishing, diving, surfing, exploring... and packed a month of fun into a (relaxed) week. I've visited perhaps 40+ Bahamanian Islands, and Eleuthera and Sunset Cove has become one of my favorites.

Excellent in every way. I stayed in room #7. It opens to a hotel pool, lounge area, and a view of the sunset over the ocean. Hot water, clean, coffee maker in spacious room. Breakfast. No roosters waking you up at 3 AM. Very quiet. Great host & hostess. By far, the best value I found for the week I was visiting this island.

Positive: her husband did a great job in taking care of us - and even gave us two options for rooms (which was extra kind). Breakfast was nice. They have a great external generator when the island power goes out - so we had power all the time. Negative: ""
