Quality food and a promising campsite for next time! We popped into the Swallow Falls Inn for a meal and were very impressed. I was delighted to find a good selection of vegan options. The food was of excellent quality and very tasty. While it was a little on the pricey side, we felt the quality justified the cost. We also had a look at the accommodation offerings and were particularly interested in the campsite in the forest park at the rear. The facility block for the campers has been newly refurbished and looked absolutely superb and modern. Based on our meal and the look of the site, we are already planning to come back and camp here on our next visit to the area.

We were gifted our stay through a charity. ||We had some booking enquiries before our arrival and whilst the inn collection central reservations line were friendly, no one could reach the Swallow Falls to get a response despite numerous attempts by phone and they didn’t reply to either of my emails. Staff were welcoming on arrival but the only explanation was that they were really busy. ||Room was lovely and spacious and clean. Great for a weekend away - my daughters adored the bunk beds! All amenities needed were in the room and beds were super comfortable. They operate a scheme where if you dont have your room serviced every morning on a longer stay you get a free drink - but I think we were overcharged at the end of the stay and ended up paying for them - but i didn’t want to make a fuss as we had been gifted our stay. ||There seemed to be some staffing issues on the Friday night we were there but we were served by a lovely lady named Jo who went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. She brought activity packs over for the children and gave us some local recommendations of places to visit. Service with a smile. Thanks Jo. Rest of the staff were all very friendly and polite. ||At checkout the manager kindly recommended us a local attraction and said they operate a discount for guests of the hotel. ||Lovely location and just across the way from some beautiful waterfalls and lovely places to visit . ||Would definitely go back.

Had a 3 night stay at this lovely venue, the room was great, clean and had everything I needed. The venue is stunning with some amazing views! The bar staff were friendly and welcoming. The only meals I had during my stay was the cooked breakfast which was cooked fresh and tasted great, not to mention the choice of hot and cold drinks plus cereals and pastries. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

I can't comment on the rooms as we used the pub. Loads of outdoor seating and indoors. Dog friendly both inside and outside. The food was amazing and good value for money. If you have sticky toffee pudding, it is huge! We were happy with the service and didn't have to wait too long considering it is a Sunday.

Overnight stay with 2 dogs whilst visiting Family who live nearby. |Check in & validate vehicle reg at reception, which is the entrance to the right hand side of the building from the car park. Stayed in room 109 which is upstairs but as well as its main internal door the room also has a second door at the rear of the room which leads on to outside area where a small table and chairs are provided for you to sit out but which was brilliant for getting in/out with the dogs , meaning you don't always have to walk through the bar/hotel / up the stairs.|From the back of the hotel you can walk through the camping area with the dogs and down on the car park where you can safely walk around a gravel path , which is also really well lit up at night. Dog bin also provided near the camping wash up area.|Dog water barrel and bowls provided at the front of the building. Dog treats on bar.|Loads of outside seating under the covered area at the front of the hotel but also if you walk around the outside on the right hand side of the hotel you will find 2 further outside seating areas. All outside areas were nice and clean. |Dined in the hotel as a party of 3. You order food at the bar ( NOT table service ) and pay for food at point of ordering. Food arrived promptly and was delicious - Burger, Carbonara & Lamb Rogan Josh.|Breakfast is included and ordered at the bar. Full cooked was super.|They also do a take away service on drinks ( except alcohol ).|The room & bathroom spotlessly clean. Several lamps so you don't have to use the main light all the time. USB chargers in the plug sockets. There was a fan provided in the room which was brilliant as it was very hot during my stay. Toiletries provided were really nice and the towels dried you well.|Well done to all involved . |Would not hesitate to stay again, dogs totally welcomed here.

Our first time to North Wales and we loved our stay here. The warmest welcome when we arrived (we were early), great food…highly recommend the katsu curry and very friendly staff. We had a few requests as were travelling with our 3 year old daughter, all of which were no bother at all. A little out of town but an adventurous walk through the hiking trail will take you to all the local amenities. Highly recommend. Cant wait to go back.

Just returned from a 3 night stay as the base for our Welsh 3000s challenge. We were in a group of 16 and the staff couldn’t do enough for us 🤗 The chef came in extra early to make breakfast sandwiches for us for our departure at 5.45am! They accommodated everything we needed and the food each night and morning was absolutely delicious!!! Lovely comfortable rooms which have literally just been renovated. I’d love to return with the family and see all the beautiful waterfalls and things around it soon. Big thanks to the team for looking after us
