Dani and the rest of the staff we interacted with were so above and beyond sweet. Very helpful and attentive. Would gladly stay here again. Rooms were plush and cozy and was sad to leave that comfy bed!!

A delightful little place to escape the hustle and bustle.The food in the Elm tree restaurant was delicious and the waiters were friendly & attentive .

Fair value. Pricey with some quality control issues. |I found nail clippings in the bathtub, that was just disturbing. |Bath and Shower gel was two thirds empty.|Check-in did not explain anything about the wi-fi and I had to later ask about the password etc. They did attend to everything after I brough it to their attention. The restaurant was very good. Parking ample and location very central.

This is one of my favourite boutique hotels so far. It is beautiful, the common areas are spacious and charming, the rooms are huge with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The couple that owns the place were gracious and made my stay so much better (At one point, the owner dropped me off at work because the Ubers were acting funny). The staff were warm and delightful. Another highlight was definitely the food! I actually have cravings for it now that I'm home 😅|The gym is modest but I really only needed the rowing machine which was available.|I highly highly recommend the place.

A tranquil spot in a peaceful part of Rivonia, not far from the bustle of Sandton. The service is excellent, from the time you enter the gates, you feel appreciated. Our brunch was most enjoyable and the pride in the presentation of their food evident. The Elm Restaurant is perfect for a quiet catch up for breakfast, tea or lunch amongst their other offerings.

I highly recommend staying at the Syrene Boutique Hotel. This is such a lovely and cosy safe place to stay. All the staff are so friendly and they really do go out of their way to be extra helpful when needed. The food is absolutely delicious. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable with a powerful rainfall shower. You are within walking distance of shops and some nice restaurants. We were thoroughly looked after throughout our stay. Tony and Dani the owners were so lovely and helped us with all queries about the area. They arranged private transport for us as well. I have to say this hotel has to be one of my most favourite stays in all my travels. I will return for sure. 5 star review from me. Well done to the Syrene Team.

Lovely and delicious breakfast. We were 14 people. Only 2 waitrons... Many other guests. Took a little while for our breakfast to be served but well worth the wait. Beautiful ambience and lovely art display which changes to allow artists to show if their work. All in all nice get away. Lovely gardens for a photo shoot.
