Taco Club is situation on a bustling street in Revelstoke where you feel the culture of this town. We got the medium nachos as well as their house watermelon and avocado salad. The nachos were tasty, but I was a bit disappointed by the lack of layering of toppings between the chips, everything was just on top. The salad was incredible, so bright and fresh, perfect on a hot day. Their margarita of the day was the strawberry which was fine.

Stopped in for dinner. Nice little patio. Good food options. Great selection of drinks. Had the beef enchiladas. They were very good but should have had tacos as they were very filling. Freshly cooked came out sizzling. Recommend for lunch or dinner.

First place we checked as soon as we arrived in Revelstoke, after a 4 h drive we were starving and OMG, so glad we decided to try Taco Club. Food was amazing with so much flavor, staff was very friendly, we didn't have to wait because it was lunch time but the next day we came back for dinner and we had a 25-minute wait, and once again worthwhile, We tried a different dish and it was delicious. We spent 3 nights at Revy and we have already came back to Taco club 3 times (1 lunch & 2 dinners) Wet burritos with Beef were amazing and so filling, this place serves a lot of food, we also tried the empanadas and they're delicious. The Bowls and the club salad are really yummy too. As a plus, if u sit outside u can get some live free music from the corner. If u are at Revelstoke u have to try this place

Came here for a birthday celebration, enjoyed the chip and dip appetizer - loved the yam dip! the birria beef burrito was FANTASTIC. you can eat it as a normal burrito or “make it wet” which is what I did. As much as I love a saucy burrito, I don’t understand the justification for the sauce and cheese on top of the burrito costing an extra $6. dessert was churros and they were some of the best churros I’ve ever had. Also enjoyed their non-alcoholic lychee strawberry soda. delicious, but $11 for a non-alcoholic drink. Overall great food, but kind of pricey.

Google
First time visit during our visit to Revelstoke. Highly recommend for the food quality and service. They also seem to have an outdoor patio arrangement for summer season. Food quality was great, service was impeccable and pricing was not too heavy. Best thing is the patience of the staff as we were the last couple to leave the place and we never felt rushed and were allowed to complete our meal without any distractions. Highly recommend the Wet Burrito! And the Deconstructed empanada.

Google
Such a great restaurant! The hostess was welcoming, our waitress was awesome, the food was INSANELY GOOD. We even had the in house made drinks which were DELICIOUS!! 10/10 across the board. Will definitely visit again!

Google
It was a busy hockey night and we luckily spot this place after a fun hike in Mt.Revelstoke. We enjoy the food! I had the empanada (pork and pineapple) and the club salad, my husband had enchiladas which hit the spot!

Google
Love love looooove this spot. The food is amazing, the drinks fantastic, the patio is awesome and the atmosphere excellent. Lots of options for pretty well all diets, and most importantly lots of flavour!

Sharon H.

Yelp
Great avocado taco with interesting mix of toppings. The guacamole was fresh and no heat which is a plus for me! I got a homemade strawberry soda which tastes like fresh strawberries. Husband had a beef bowl and said it was very good as well. Great find in this small town.

Yelp
This is a true local joint with all of the usual Mexican-American suspects. It's low key and unfussy with a straightforward menu. I ordered the fish taco and had requested a flour tortilla but was served corn, no big deal but not ideal, and a side of the chicken avocado soup which didn't taste very Mexican and wasn't very hot. I was also confused by the serving of capers on the side, as someone from Texas. My friends seemed underwhelmed with their tacos and burritos, too. The staff was pretty inattentive but they were friendly. All in all it was fuel on a cold night.

Douglas M.

Yelp
Great service and tacos! What more do you want??? Bar is open even if the joint is packed

Liz H.

Yelp
This is a very cute spot in downtown Revelstoke! The restaurant has a very nice aesthetic. They have lots of drink options and variations of tacos, enchiladas, and burritos. The tacos were good and we really liked the nachos. I might not have the prawns crispy next time and just do grilled The sauce on the nachos they put on top was really nice too! The server was great and everything was pretty timely. Check it out!

Yelp
A Taco Shop in the middle of Cedar and Hemlock tree forest. I had to try here. The reception was very friendly and full of attention. The decor in the place was somewhat Mexican. They had a nice variety of Tequila in the bar tough. I order Tortilla Soup and Chilimole Pork Burrito. The tortilla soup was very close to what would have been served in any US Mexican restaurant, maybe a little bit more minced vegetable texture but, was good. The Burrito, this was something that I wanted to experiment. Solely because it had Pineapple and Orange mayo. Yeap, it was definitely a new breed of burrito. Definitely not found in any Mexican restaurants in US. It was a Mexinadian Burrito. However, it was surprisingly tasty. It was flavor that I didn't expected but, was good to eat and fun to taste. One thing that I would recommend here is to add a Carne Asada in the menu, which is a must in a Mexican restaurant. The server told me that cooks are from Mexico, Argentina and Colombia. They could take advantage of Mexican Pico de Gallo Salsa en Asado from Argentina.

Yelp
We were traveling through and tried The Taco Club. We thought the food was amazing and the ambiance was pretty good too.

Natasha B.

Yelp
Good was delicious and plentiful and the staff were helpful and friendly. Tends to be quite busy so was loud.

David F.

Yelp
just had dinner and the service was near non existent. The place was moderately busy but was staffed well. After placing my order I was virtually ignored, no one checked in with me, offered to refill my empty glass. When i finally got to order a refill the server did not put the order in and took 3x as long to get it than the original. The food was average, maybe a little too much salt. I would have discussed this with the server had she actually stopped by and taken notice.

Jack R.

Yelp
Great taco spot in Revelstoke! Highly recommend calling in if you're in the area. Outdoor seating for the warmer days, great menu, friendly staff.

Deenu P.

Yelp
Really had a great experience here. Middle of summer. Busy patio, partially busy inside. All staff were hands on deck. Food was really amazing. So much flavor, fresh ingredients and great drink selection, even for La niños. I will come back again!

Bono L.

Yelp
Lame. Poor portions. Poor service. Shane. Every ski town should have good tacos. Cultural appropriation at its finest. Here is the 6 dollar salss

TJ A.

Yelp
Tasty tacos & prompt friendly service. Beers go down smooth! Will definitely be back!

Andrea W.

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a Sunday evening for dinner around 6PM, had to wait 15 minutes during which we walked around downtown a bit. We were seated outside which is what I wanted, and we shared a seared cod burrito bowl with the rice and beans replaced with fajitas and more coleslaw and tortilla on the side as well as an order of churros. The bowl was really small and not a lot of fish, although the tortilla was quite tasty as it was crispy on one side and chewy on the other. The churros were really good, crispy and dusted with sugar. Food was definitely on the pricier side given the portions, service was alright.

Poonam S.

Yelp
We planned a 2-day trip to Revelstoke and wanted to have something delicious to eat. We love Quesadillas and we're lucky to have found the Taco club! It was pretty full when we got here but we didn't have to wait to long to be seated. The have some good seating inside with AC as well as patio seating. We waited for about 5 minutes for our order to be taken. The waiter was friendly. Our orders arrived in about 15 minutes. We ordered a chicken and beef quesadilla each. Quite disappointed that it was a little bland and dry. It certainly wasn't worth $15 each. The salsa on the side was great! Overall, an okay experience. The staff were lovely. It can be really warm outside in summer so best to sit inside if you want a nice and cool place.

Jenn K.

Yelp
We love this place! Casual, delicious and hits the spot every time. All of their tacos are great! But they guac and home made ginger beer are the best!

Yuri Y.

Yelp
Decent but not amazing. But it's too good to be true to find legit good tacos this far up north so I'd say they're doing a good job. The shrimp and cod tacos were pretty good and I would order them again. Less impressed with the chicken and pork tacos. They use fairly bland store bought tortilla. It would make a big difference if they warmed it up. Also, a little bit too much filler - cabbage, red cabbage, carrot. 4 tacos was a lot. 3 might be the sweet spot. Staff were nice and friendly. Place still felt a little stretched when it was busy. I went around 7pm on a Saturday.

June S.

Yelp
We stopped here for a quick dinner before catching the 7:30 movie at The Roxy. Mentioned to our food server this as it was 6:50 pm. She got us in and out by 7:25. The food was great and the creativeness and local sourcing is key, the service was great and she heard our plea and said it might be doable: we will be back! The atmosphere is very cool with inside and outside dining. They also have an electric awning if it starts raining to continue enjoying your meal. Definitely recommend!

Lierh L.

Yelp
The taco and service was fine. (Maybe I'm picky....) But the burrito was... I ordered one to go and....

Ali N.

Yelp
Okish food with bad service. The waitress was not really nice and took too long to come to our table to get the order. Then the food came late. When we asked for more lime, she throw a glass with lime on the table and left for other tables without looking at us. We ordered burrito and in my opinion was tasteless.

Yelp
I want this place by my house back home. It's not your traditional Mexican food and definitely was one of the best I've had. The enchiladas were huge! I highly recommend those here. My husband loved the crispy yam tacos and the local IPA. He wanted to know why more Mexican food restaurants did not have this yam taco. Service was good, super friendly, very attentive. If anyone is swinging by in Revelstoke, go to the taco club for some homey delicious food.

Brittany F.

Yelp
*WARNING: FALSE ADVERTISING* My experience is that this place lies about their ingredients. The Taco Club menu states their tacos come on a 6' corn tortilla. Nobody asked us about allergies at any point during our visit. My boyfriend and I placed a takeout order for fish and yam tacos. We specifically came to dine Mexican because he has a gluten allergy and can't have wheat (read: gets incredibly sick if he eats it) and this cuisine typically has corn options. Our food was quoted 15 minutes at time of order and we were told to go for a walk and come back to pick it up. After a lengthy lap around town, we returned to different servers saying different continued wait times. "It will be 2 mins" said one, "about 5 mins" said another. We stood there for an additional 30 mins until our food arrived in a brown paper bag. Considering the restaurant wasn't anywhere remotely close to full, the wait was ridiculous. If you forgot my order or it's going to take awhile for whatever reason, just say so rather than misleading people. We didn't open our takeout until we got home (a 5 min drive away), only to find bland soggy tacos. We each bit in and discovered the tortillas were wheat, not corn. My boyfriend spat his out immediately and later had an allergic reaction. Taco Club, misinforming diners about their meal is completely unacceptable. If you ran out of corn shells or it's cheaper to source wheat tortillas, fine, but don't lie about it on your menu. This inconsiderate act can make people seriously ill.

Yelp
Just happened to be here on Taco Tuesday!! Lucky us! I had seared fish, chicken, and prawn coconut. Hubby had pork, chicken and seared fish. All great, but the coconut prawn taco was the BEST TACO I HAVE EVER HAD! Yes, even better than Tin Fish in San Diego! If you are ever in Revelstoke, even if it isn't Tuesday, come HERE!! Also, pitchers of beer (2 Mt Bigbie's on tap) are $15. What a great deal!

Danielle B.

Yelp
Very delicious and great GF options. Stopped on our way out of town, clean and friendly staff. Hats off to the kitchen staff for producing some amazing tacos that were sooooooooooooo mouth watering! I would recommend.

Julie P.

Yelp
Pretty tasty and I am a Mexican food snob. We split the nachos, which were excellent with the pork and guacamole, and the pork enchiladas. It was more than enough for two of us. We also ordered a margarita which was excellent. I had ordered margaritas other places in town and they were not good. I also ordered a Kahlua and coffee. It was just right after a day of skiing. For dessert we had the cookie and ice cream. They cookie although a little expensive was worth it. The atmosphere was fun and the restaurant was clean. Lastly, the service was a little slow, but they were pretty busy and we were not in a hurry.

Canuck C.

Yelp
Wow ! Amazing Tacos! The cod and shrimp tacos were my favorites. Cod taco has a sauce with turmeric, which was a nice twist. Even the chips and salsa are beyond ordinary. Will come back next time I'm town!

Jeff B.

Yelp
Great drinks, the spicy pineapple margarita was great! Beer was cold with 8 varieties on tap! Chips and salsa was a nice light snack! Well done Taco Club, highly recommended!!

Nicole G.

Yelp
Good tacos, fast service. I tried the chicken and pork. On the night I was there there were 3 taco options.

Bonnie A.

Yelp
Best tacos I've had on this side of the border. We stopped in for a quick bite on our road trip and were not disappointed. Corn shells were so soft and fresh tasting. Lots of unique options for the types of tacos. I had a fish taco with mango salsa. Highly recommend! And they also have blue agave tequila if you're wanting a little somethin' somethin'.

Alex L.

Yelp
Great tacos place in Revelstoke, I had the quesadillas with beef, delicious!!! The homemade mint lemonade was peferct with my meal

Sanchit G.

Yelp
The outdoor seating is the perfect location on the Main Street. The food tastes delicious although we ordered a salsa on the side which was never provided and was included in the overall bill.

Mairtin M.

Yelp
Great food and good price. We've just moved to Calgary from Houston, Texas and the tacos, burritos, and enchiladas here were superb. The only reason it didn't get a 5star review was that our first waiter talked down to us and then left (was cut) without telling us anything. The rest of the staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. Keep up the great work TC.

Dany A.

Yelp
Great little Mexican restaurant in Revelstoke. Friendly staff and located on quiet street. The nachos are fantastic! Gluten free options available. Kids menu available.

Jake R.

Yelp
Stopped at Revelstoke for lunch on our way back from Banff. We decided to get Mexican food and I'm so glad we found this place. Best burrito I have ever had! The burrito was large and delicious. It had just the right portion of each ingredient and even though it was large I finished every bite. I'm not a big fan of cilantro (read: I hate it) and I asked our server, who was very informative and friendly, if I could get it without cilantro. She said of course and even checked all ingredients to make sure there was no cilantro, how nice! She told me the only ingredient that was made with cilantro (she called it coriander) was the corn salsa but said it was light, so I just asked to have light corn salsa. When I are the burrito I hardly noticed the cilantro at all and the rest of it was so delicious I didn't mind. I would highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be back. Hopefully you have the chance to get our server, she was great and I wish I remembered her name. I was telling her how much I enjoyed the food and she said that's why she started working there, since she was eating there so much lol.

Nikita K.

Yelp
The food was very delicious, but the service is super slow. Was waiting for my pop for 10 minutes and for churros for about 20 mins when the place was barely 1/2 full.

TJ M.

Yelp
Awesome Mexican bar in Revi. Pork Habanero Burrito is one of the better burritos I've had in recent memory

Robb S.

Yelp
Wife had a wet and dirty burrito(you'll understand when you go), you won't be hungry after having one. I had a beef, a pork, and a chicken taco. All delicious, the gold medal would go to the pork though.

Mohammad Sajjad H.

Yelp
A little stopover on our way through to Vancouver. Loved the food. Right blend of spices for a great Mexican treat. The enchiladas are probably the best. Prawn one was splendid. Drinks are a bit tacky. The one we liked the most was the icee tea.

Stephanie T.

Yelp
Love the menu- there are 6 (or so) main protein/veggie offerings that you can mix and match in tacos, enchiladas and burritos. And they are a bit creative - ancho orange pork and citrus chicken for example. I had a hibicus margarita and whatever they put on the rim was divine- something sweet/salty/smokey?? Vibe is relaxed and local. Would definitely recommend!

Neil H.

Yelp
Cannot say enough good things about this place! It's a fairly casual looking place, everyone will fit right it. Small but excellent "local" (as in Revy, Nelson) beer on tap. 2 Attila the Honey, pale ales from Begbie, a local brewery. We started with the simple chips and salsa.. cheap at $10. Well, it is when it arrives as it's quite a plateful and it comes with a tomato salsa, a black bean and corn salsa as well as a guacamole, that is one of the tastiest I have ever had.. asked what was in it, it was quite a list! Couldn't keep track of all the ingredients! Best guacamole I think I have ever had! Enchiladas were the choice of the day. Mine spiced beef and my dinner companion (sounds nicer than "The Mrs"!) had the yam... portions are just short of huge. I was a little afraid when I saw some burritos come out of the kitchen for the table behind me! Two enchiladas each and they are a very generous portion! I managed mine, my "dc" didn't make it but tore apart what was left for the yam. We both agreed the saucey enchiladas are a definite excellent choice... Main courses consist of about 7 or 8 fillings, ours plus chicken, pacific cod and more. You order in a taco, burrito or enchilada format. Simple! Excellent! Very good service! If you like this sort of thing, this place will not disappoint! Wish I had taken pictures! Prices are good with the enchilada being the priciest choice at about $20. So, not bad at all. Dinner for two with a pint each, some chips and sides, two enchilada meals.... $63.38 plus tip. Hmmm, not bad....

Matt S.

Yelp
Over rated to be honest. Service was ok, tacos and quesadilla were ok. Was super excited for this place as I've heard it was awesome. Defiantly coulda done a better job at home with a old elpaso taco kit.

Heather W.

Yelp
This place was our lunch stop during our weekend at Revelstoke, we walked by it the day before and were excited to try it! We sat on the patio and it was a gorgeous day out and had the chips and guacamole to start. They came out fresh with a selection of salsa and there was so much that we couldn't even eat our mains that we'd ordered... We had ordered both the chicken burrito and the mahi mahi burrito intending to split each as we couldn't make up our minds. The mahi mahi one was a little skimpy on the fish and what was there was over cooked, but the coleslaw that was on it was delicious and it had great flavour otherwise. The chicken burrito we ordered was actually sent out to us as a pork burrito. We didn't realize right away because we packed up that one to go. We gave it to her husband and he said it was good even though it wasn't chicken! We would go there again, they have an amazing looking breakfast menu that we want to try...

Steve W.

Yelp
I've had burritos here twice. Both were very tasty. I recommend getting the burrito "wet" as this covers it with an excellent red sauce. First time service was great, last time things were not as smooth. But the food makes up for it. The last time I had the roasted yam burrito and it was awesome.

Bernice H.

Yelp
I can't wait to drive through Revelstoke again, JUST so we can get tacos at The Taco Club again. This place is legit, as you can probably tell from the large crowds of people eating on the small patio and filling the restaurant. I dream of these tacos. I bought a Taco Club t-shirt and I wear it all the time. #1 Taco Club fan right here!!! I had the Coconut Prawn tacos and hubby had the seared fish tacos. They were both outstanding and we can't wait to go back. Great service too, BTW. Super friendly and helpful. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

Andrea K.

Yelp
Interior and vibe is nice. Service is good too. If you're looking for authentic tacos etc. I would not come here . Beside the spicy burrito being so stuffed it was barely held together and only edible with a knife and fork, it was bland and tasteless. 7$ for one taco in my opinion is way over priced . Won't be coming back.

John B.

Yelp
Stopped here on our way to Edmonton and had tacos and a beverage. Really good food, nice portions and good staff. We will be making this a regular stop on our drives in the future.

Kelly L.

Yelp
I was not expecting much for mexican food in Canada, but this place was amazing. I had the special- mushrooms- in a taco. It was so good I went back the next day to try the enchilada. It was probably the best enchilada I've ever had. I don't know what they put it, but it's delicious. I also had the soup and a couple margaritas. Everything there was great. A must stop in Revelstoke.

Colm M.

Yelp
If I had to choose one restaurant to only eat at for the rest of my life I would choose here. The tacos/ burritos are the best I've ever had anywhere. The crispy fish alone is the sole purpose I live for envying even fresh fish from Victoria. And here I thought just the tacos/burritos where good but today I had the best nachos I've ever had, far better then even the village idiot (down the rode) This rests rant deserves to have its own tv show. If you are stoping in Revy eat here. A little side note is it has a really cool skier, hippy vibe great for young skiers/ snowboarders Update: I just had the cheros and they were literally heaven on earth. Perfect ration of deep fry, cinnamon, and bread- good with lime juice

Alina A.

Yelp
Lots of good and unique option here! The service was exceptional and we were seated immediately.

siobhan d.

Yelp
Oh heaven in a taco! In Revelstoke! If this place was in Vancouver I would eat here every week. Best michelada north of Austin. Amazing salsas with lots of flavour. They are mild, but if you like more heat, toss on some of their signature hot sauce for extra kick. I ordered a steak burrito. It was massive. My husband ate half for me.
