Lovely ambience, great food, we ordered a bunch of appetizers, we were served by Ivan, who recommended us the brioche and it ended up being my favorite part of the dinner.

Great venue where you can eat at the bar, on terrasse or covered. Very broad list of tapas on the menu : cold - hot, pieces - plate, 🥩 & 🐟 Look at your local neighbours to find your way and have the best selection. Good idea to book upfront as from 4 persons.

The ambiance was nice and the server. The food service was slow, I was disappointed with the arroz a banda because some reviews said it was good, but my husband and I was surprised. It was too salty. We had the same food we ordered in Cartagena, La Tapa’s rice was too salty. I hope the chef tasted it before giving to us. On the other hand the sangria was good.

We were served by Javier. He took the time to recommend dishes to us and make sure we understood the options. The food was delicious and his recommendations were spot on. A lovely little spot next to the fountain to sit and eat good food with a drink and watch the world go by.

Everything was really tasty, we suggest to order buratta salad. But service here is really slow. We only understood the real price of paella when it came to the table. The waiter without asking us decided to give us 3 times more paella than when we had ordered, instead of 17€ we paid 51€.

If you are at the Murica Center, I highly recommend to visit La Tapa! Can say that it can be a good place for both lunch and dinner so just book an appointment! I would say that if you are looking for a place to meet with a group of friends that's more than four people, then I recommend you to sit outside. But, if you are having a cute dinner date or a meeting with less than four people, I highly recommend you to sit inside! We have ordered multiple food, and honestly, every one of them was so nice that I cannot pick a best dish! Lovely staff with great food so highly recommend!! :)

No no no! Not in my foodie heaven of Murcia! We've been coming to Murcia for 5 years and this was a poor experience. The tapas arrived very quickly, everything that should be warm was served cold and the quality of each was not upto standard . We should have complained but like all English we just carried on and then I spoke with the waiter and he didn't appear surprised at all. To be honest I really don't like leaving reviews like this but this was poor and the food being one with pork and one with prawn was unacceptable. We will vote with our feet and hopefully they can turn this around and make a proper effort. We will not revisit and feel sad from the experience which is a first here for us.

Paulicarus and Jorvic decided to stop for our favourite breakfast. 2x an Americano and a small beer. 8.20€ Plaza de la Flores is a lovely spot and we liked the look of La Tapa. Took up a seat in the spring sunshine.Very good coffee. Quick service on our visit. There is an indoor bar srea and a separate dining area. Lots of outdoor seating and an additional tented dining area under the trees.

Yelp
The place is located in a turistic area. It is nice and has enough shade and ventilation. The food is ok. Beer is great and cold. But service sucks. Waiters look grumpy and barely look at you. They almost throw the food at your table before moving on.

Yelp
This bar is the most popular and oldest in the Plaza de las Flores, despite being reformed its central location in the middle of the square, make it the most visited by tourists and visitors to the city of Murcia.
