The staff are so friendly! It creates such a welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. I ordered the asian chicken wings, they were delicious! Paired woth the Windmeul Chenin, the size of the glass is incredibly generous. Thanks for a lekker lunch I later presented a tasting here with Shandré and Natalie from Perdeberg, what a lovely evening! The food, wine and flow of everything was lovely! Thanks so much for having me ☺️👌🏻

I've been meaning to visit the Tasting room for sometime, beautiful space to have an intimate outing with anyone.The tasting experience did not dissapoint and the guy I think Atlegang, executes the experience so beautifully. However the burger i had was one of the worst food I've had at an establishment.They literally just put ingredients together.There's no distinct taste and the cucumbers are a terrible addition to a burger that's already lacking creativity-Not only that but the burger sauce not only lacks flavour but becomes grainy/gritty when cooled down which is not a pleasant texture to digest. I will extend grace on the point that the place has potential & because their focus is Tasting.I don't expect food as an exceptional offering but you could try,for your growth more than my sake. Service could also be a little more proactive. I genuinely enjoyed the actual tasting and the ambiance but everything else could be improved. I'd be happy to engage further privately for some points from a customer's POV.

I recently visited the tasting room Long for wine tasting and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to explain each wine in a way that was easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone interested in wine, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned enthusiast.

I arrived at the Tasting room on Wednesday for my birthday lunch. Sat on the table waiting for a waiter to serve me with no joy. I sat for a good 20 min I even called one waiter passing me by and asked to be served. Waited at least 5 min before the waiter could assist.

I wish I’d taken more photos from our lunch but we ate it too quickly😂 we popped in for a quick bite and were so happy we did. Chose the pulled pork tortillas for 2- the flavours were brilliant and the service impeccable. This was our 4th time here and we’ll happily be back for more. Excuse the half eaten plate of food!

Been here twice from the United States and really love this experience. We enjoyed the tasting boards and the wines & brandy. Highly recommended!

I recently visited The Testing Room restaurant and had a great time. The atmosphere was nice, with a modern and cozy vibe. The wine tasting was a highlight, with the staff doing a great job of guiding us through the selection. The food was really good, with each course of the tasting menu being flavorful and well-presented. The service was good too, with the staff being attentive and helpful. Overall, my visit to The Testing Room was a nice experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal

I recently visited The Tasting Room in Pretoria and had a great overall experience. The atmosphere and service were excellent – definitely a full 5/5. The staff were attentive, and the setting made it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. As for the food, I’d rate it a solid 4/5. The wings had a slight aftertaste that I wasn’t sure about, though it may have been the result of mixing flavors, since I also had the pulled pork with coriander, which was delicious on its own. Overall, the flavors were bold and well-prepared, just that small detail kept it from being a perfect 5. I’d still highly recommend The Tasting Room – great food, fantastic service, and an inviting atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.
