The Tavern at Oceanside Hotel - American Restaurant in Miami Beach

We stayed at a hotel right next to this restaurant and ended up coming here several times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The fish with vegetables and mashed potatoes was absolutely delicious — the combination was amazing. The eggs Benedict for breakfast were also excellent. The atmosphere is wonderful — very cozy, relaxed, and perfect for enjoying a meal. One thing to keep in mind: there are quite high taxes and service charges added to the bill. While the menu prices may seem reasonable, the final total can end up being noticeably higher than you might expect

Gustavo’s hospitality definitely made an awesome experience during my time here. His espresso martinis were EVERYTHING!! The calamari was delicious. It was juicy, firm, lightly fried and did not contain any of the “squiggles” lol. The Pizza was a hit as well. I also enjoyed the grilled shrimp kebab! All in all, it was an awesome early afternoon experience 💯

Stefan was an excellent waiter. He greeted me quickly, Informed me of things to do in the area from a local standpoint. Very great service. The food was delicious. I ordered the very veggie omelette with avocado and tomato on the side. You actually get a whole half of Avocado. It’s a big meal with the zucchini added in. Very delicious. The atmosphere is very calm and fall and they are open early in the morning. Thank you, again Stefan.

The Tavern at Oceanside Hotel is a spectacular place to eat, the hosts were friendly and speak both English and Spanish. The service was quick, considering how packed the place was. The atmosphere itself was the best thing you can enjoy. You can see the live city and people passing by, with clear and beautiful trees watching you as you eat 🌴. Overall, I highly recommend this place because of the exceptional and breathtaking food, city like atmosphere, and constant service!

Excellent service from Gustavo and Carlitos! The food was very nice. There was live music, creating a cozy atmosphere. A great option for eating out in North Beach 👍

A1 customer service and the food was delicious. Juan was pleasant, professional and very attentive. Our first stop in Miami for breakfast did not disappoint. Praying the rest of the trip is just as amazing.

Visiting from NJ, we spotted The Tavern across from our hotel and decided to try it for breakfast — and we’re so glad we did! The outdoor seating area has a relaxed, chill vibe, perfect for starting the morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We ordered the salmon Benedict and the spinach omelette, and both dishes were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was quick, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared. Definitely a great breakfast spot — we’ll be back next time we’re in the area!

Food was great and affordable compared to the places nearby. We ate here twice, once for dinner and again for breakfast. Juan was an excellent server. I really liked the Caesar wrap.
