We went for the dinner, the staff behaviour was extremely non professional, no menu card was provided. No glass. Also the waiters didn't knew how to serve the food on the table and how to clean the table. Talking about fodd. The ambience suggests to have continental. But surprisingly the Indian dishes are way too better than the continental. The thin crust pizza was made with a ready made base, which is very much disappointing. But I would recommend to have a mutton dish.

Absolutely pathetic service. The server took our order and simply forgot about it. When we enquired, he said we didn't order the mentioned thing. Each dish is taking forever to arrive, when neighbouring tables are getting their food in a matter of minutes. Not sure if that's a case of racism as we have non-indian folks at our table but nevertheless this place is something I would never recommend to anyone. Saw folks from other table returning their food so that talks about the quality and taste of the food. Maybe we arrived on a bad day but it was definitely a bad experience for us. Disappointing Experience at The Ten Café Despite Good Food and Ambience I recently visited The Ten café with friends to celebrate a birthday, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service—especially from a waiter named Tahir. While the café has beautiful ambience and good food, the staff’s attitude ruined what should have been a joyful celebration. As we were settling in, Tahir approached to take our order and rudely asked us to "hurry up," even though we had just arrived. We were there to relax, not be rushed. Throughout our visit, he hovered around, making it clear he wanted us to leave quickly because others were waiting. Even after we paid, he asked us to vacate the table while we were taking a few photos. When questioned, he blamed it on “orders from inside.” His tone was rude and unprofessional. To make it worse, no one welcomed us when we arrived—no water, no glasses, nothing until we called out multiple times. For a premium café, this level of service is unacceptable. In conclusion, while The Ten café has potential, the lack of basic hospitality—especially from Tahir—completely ruined our experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff training.

It is about Cafe.. They dont have sense of making what they wish to serve. Vietnamese filtered Coffee was ordered they served black coffee with ice.😂😂 Chicken Steak was served undercooked and charged extra for chutney. I mean what the hell are these guys doing. Ambiance is good but food is ewwww

Its not about the hotel but the cafe… The service is terrible. They delay everything and is like they are handpicked to do so. Despite the bad service, the hummus platter and tomato soup is worth a shot. Though not worth recommending

Not Worth The Price But Gel Well With The Beautiful Ambiance And Other Delicacies ( 195/- ) For Single Cup Overall It Was Pleasent Experience, Will Try More Dishes And Upload More Reviews. If you just want to relax and enjoy the coffee this is the most beautiful place in bhopal with a very peaceful environment, I highly recommend a Barista( Mehaz ali) he is so professional in his task, that you guys will love your beverage.

Recently explored a new café in Bhopal, housed in a bungalow. The café offers roadside parking, although there’s no valet service available. The food and beverages were just okay, and while the ambiance is soothing with plenty of greenery, I noticed that most of the menu items were missing. Overall, the location is good, but the café could benefit from additional training and improved management to reach its full potential.
