Disappointing Experience at The Ten Café Despite Good Food and Ambience
I recently visited The Ten café with friends to celebrate a birthday, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service—especially from a waiter named Tahir.
While the café has beautiful ambience and good food, the staff’s attitude ruined what should have been a joyful celebration. As we were settling in, Tahir approached to take our order and rudely asked us to "hurry up," even though we had just arrived. We were there to relax, not be rushed.
Throughout our visit, he hovered around, making it clear he wanted us to leave quickly because others were waiting. Even after we paid, he asked us to vacate the table while we were taking a few photos. When questioned, he blamed it on “orders from inside.” His tone was rude and unprofessional.
To make it worse, no one welcomed us when we arrived—no water, no glasses, nothing until we called out multiple times. For a premium café, this level of service is unacceptable.
In conclusion, while The Ten café has potential, the lack of basic hospitality—especially from Tahir—completely ruined our experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff training.
