The Ten Suites

Recently explored a new café in Bhopal, housed in a bungalow. The café offers roadside parking, although there’s no valet service available. The food and beverages were just okay, and while the ambiance is soothing with plenty of greenery, I noticed that most of the menu items were missing. Overall, the location is good, but the café could benefit from additional training and improved management to reach its full potential.

We booked the room last minute as we were travelling via Bhopal with our fur baby. We booked the suite as that was the only one available. Bedroom First about the room. - The interior design of the room was good. But the comfort of the bed could be better. - Our suite was next to the restaurant in the hotel and let me tell you that their windows are not soundproof. Infact the sounds were so loud and close by we thought the windows were open. - 2 of the plugs didn't work. Bathroom - The hot water was insufficient for winter as the geyser capacity didn't match the water flow(pressure pump) - The showerhead was spoiled and sprayed water everywhere. - THE FLUSH DIDN'T WORK - The toilet seat was a bit dated and stained, though it was clean. Living Room - Nice art - Fan stopped working after 15 mins - There were literally 20 plugs in the room. - Mood lighting was in abundance but none of it worked. Service - There was no private parking, in fact we had to park infront of their main gate when we first arrived. - Food was decent enough and was accomadatingly served in our room. - They gave us packed breakfast even though we left very early in the morning. - Attendants were not knocking before entering the rooms. Pets - There was no seperate area for pets to relax, not even a small area. - Pets are allowed in the rooms and outside area of restaurant. - Outside the hotel there were at least 15 street dogs which made walking our pet very difficult. Overall we expected better for the price. Though if they improve their basics, it would be a lovely room to stay.

41 YO male and 38 YO Female Staff: Untrained, callous, unresponsive and offered no solutions. Gentry: the gentry at the property was pretty good.The first time around, when we visited in 2019. has taken a dive since then, our room was opposite bunch of bachelors, and they were loud and my wife and I could not sleep till around 1 am. this was a problem because we had to leave at five in the morning for hyderabad, by car. obviously, that did not happen.We got delayed. ROOM: The room was not well kept the, the bed headboard filthy, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, the room safe did not work, the card insterter was broken, mould in the bathroom, no hot water in sink, stains on Wall and room skirting. Entertainment: the television had a prehistoric set top box, and the channels that were available would stop working for lack of subscriptions after five minutes of playing. Food: we ordered a burger and sandwich with tea for dinner. the food was cold and was average in taste but honestly we weren't expecting much. however, we had specifically mentioned for a certain type of tea (no ginger - only request), but obviously, the one thing that the tea had in abundance was ginger. My wife and I had previously stayed in this property in 2019, however, this is no longer that property and is a far cry from what we were expecting. we drove eight hundred kilometres from Gurgaon to Bhopal and were looking forward to our stay at the property (it was amazing back in 2019). This property is definitely not worth it any more. we personally do not recommend this, you'd be better off staying in a radisson or a Ramada.

Recently I visited this place and this place never disappoints you if u love nature theme cafes. The fragrance of the coffee here ,u just love it .I really appreciate the staff here they are like really humble and polite. And u are going to love the food it's pretty good.Its a must visit cafe.

Waited for 30 minutes for the food, and still waiting, it is not even a weekend that they are providing such a delayed services. Please visit if you have plenty of time or patience to wait. When asked for the order, the waiters had no proper response. Ordered pizza with french fries, even fries where not ready in 30 + mins, no idea how they are managing there services.

We have visited yesterday with the family to restaurent but we have received pathetic service in restaurent seems this restaurent not for family only for young people , even some of them abusive next to our table— few experience like -, buzzer no one bother to answer |Order taken almost after 10 mins when we remind them |Food delay almost 50 mins ,we waited so long that I have to remind waiters to rush for food. | as per server some other event going on so kitchen and service busy( that’s not acceptable when some one paying ) |No senior came and even understand family concerns |Lasagnae dish took almost 1 hour to serve.|Food taste also average and portion size for indian food is too small.|Cheese chilli naan never serve.|No finger bowl given and showed us the way to use restroom like road side restaurant.|Over all No hospitality and connection with guests.|I would not suggest families to try this restaurant at all

Atmosphere is good , ambience is also nice , food is great beyond expectation but very sad with services no one is looking for tables , staff is very unprofessional.

Worst staff behviour and service. Yeah.. some are very good but majority are extremely rude and disgusting. Me and my friend came here, because we have been here before and we used to like the food and ambience, but the behaviour of staff forced us to WALK OUT and trust me we are never gonna come again. Stop behving like customers are coming for free. The thing that staff here should learn that if a customer is not rude, doesn't mean they can insult us.. we both are doctors that too working in central government insititutes. Its just a place where customers are insulted.. I am sorry but i am never ever coming back there neither will i recommend this place to anyone. May the almighty bless your staff with good behaviour.
