Thai Authentic you can find from this place. I came to eat here almost every meal during my 7 days stay in Rotorua. If you are a big fan of Thai Food. It’s a must. I love how Thai people are very nice. Tried to do more than the best to serve me Thai taste 🤩

Have been looking for a place that does a good crispy pork on rice and I finally found it 😍😍 food is amazing and delicious. I love Asian food and some of the places in Vegas were a let down but this spot is on. We ordered the crispy duck on rice (crispy & delicious), wonton (yummy pork), crispy duck soup (flavourful and delicious). I’ve finally found my go-to.

We had pineapple fried rice, green curry, Massaman curry, and Panang curry — overall, pretty satisfying and a good experience. The pineapple fried rice has a rich flavor. They offered a generous amount of chicken, vegetables, and nuts. It was flavorful and filling, though slightly too greasy, which took away from the freshness a bit. (Maybe we should not expect freshness from Thai fried rice 🤔) The curries. green, Massaman, and Panang, were all excellent. Each one was rich, aromatic, and full of depth. The chicken paired perfectly with the sauces, soaking up the flavor and staying tender. Great spice level too. I would recommend to come here again.

Absolutely 100/10! We ordered the crispy chicken rice and tom yum, and both dishes were incredibly delicious. The waitress was also very kind and welcomed us warmly, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to enjoy your meal, this place is perfect. Located near the lake in the city center, it offers a peaceful dining experience. Highly recommended for both the food and the hospitality!

We used to love ordering Thai rice from this place which was always fresh, delicious, and satisfying. We’ve ordered heaps before and were always happy. But recently, they’ve changed something, increasing the portion size while the quality has dropped badly. On top of that, they’ve raised the prices, which would be fine if the food was still good, but it’s not. Last time, one of our orders had a bad smell and was completely inedible. Gave them another chance today, and the chicken wasn’t even properly cooked. Totally disappointing. We won’t be ordering from here anymore. They really need to fix this.

It's been so long I haven't get to taste such authentic Thai food in New Zealand (North Island)! We have ordered : *Tom Yam Seafood soup & Tomyam Fried Rice - Fresh seafood and nice fragrance of the spices *Vegetarian Green Curry - Creamy and tasty with tofu in it *Pineapple Fried Rice - Wok fragrance is there! I Love how balance is the raisin and pineapple works together ❤️ ALL OF THE FOOD WERE AMAZING! The service staffs were all so pretty looking with the smile on their faces and also provided us excellent service with their enthusiastic personality! This is a very plus point for the dining experience here. Love this restaurant and we will definitely come back again!❤️❤️❤️

Wait such a long time, longer than 30mins. Was hungry for a long time waiting , finally got food… But main came out first before appetizer and food was way too salty, couldn’t finish … sad… spent $80 for this Re: Bro, there were two other tables next to me complained to you about waiting. And I love thai food but your food was very very salty, you can’t assume that I don’t like thai food like that. Reflect feedback from customers instead of trying to blame customers’ poor experience. And over 30 mins is long enough , that doesn’t justify your response as “ we are busy it’s not that long “ hahaha what a joke.

Today we had the pleasure of going to The Thai Restaurant. Overall, the store had attentive staff, and great customer service. We ordered the duck red curry, sweet and sour snapper, som tom, curry puff, chicken satay and Tom yum. The duck red curry came with a blast of flavour. It had a fragrant aroma, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The sweet and sour snapper was deep fried, and had a crispy surface, with a soft flesh. The curry puff had a deep fried, crunchy dough which was pleasing to bite into. The filling was good, overall a good entree. The Som Tom had a small variety of ingredients. There was no papaya in this dish and all carrots which made it really a carrot salad. Lots of boiled prawns too The chicken satay was not bad, there was a plentiful amount of sauce, and the chicken was soft and flavourful. The Tom Yum seafood is pretty good with lots of seafood in it

Yelp
Great Thai joint in Rotorura! My husband and I got takeout for dinner and were very happy with our order. The food was tasty, spiced very well. The staff were also very friendly when we went to pick up our order. Would recommend!

Yelp
Great little place for authentic Thai dinner. We ordered three different entrees and all were amazing.

Yelp
The service here was excellent for a casual lunch. The server has us very well taken care of. The spring roll was fried crispy to start us out with a good appetite. As for Main, we ordered the Ton Yum noodle which was abundant with seafood. So much that it was of such good deal. However, the soup was not as flavorful as it should be. As for the lamb curry on rice which I ordered. The Lamb were not the best quality or too lean.

Yelp
Got the spring rolls and pad see ew. They both were pretty average. Nothing wasn't good it just all tasted a little more generic than I'm used to my Thai food tasting

Yelp
This is located conveniently on Rotorua's Eat Street so it's easy to find. We wanted something light so we ordered the pad thai and Tom Jued Woon Sen-Vermicelli soup. Both were good and spicy. We ordered the pad thai "hot" and the soup "thai hot." They were both fantastic and the thai hot was almost too much and I enjoy spicy food. They do take out so it's very convenient if you want a night in.

Yelp
Friendly staff and great food. Was kinda quiet (albeit a Tuesday night) but service was great and our meals tasty. Have lived in the US for a while so forgot what authentic Thai food was like - spicy, flavourful and healthy. Ordered the green prawn curry and spicy basil tofu :)

Yelp
Fast and friendly service. Basic Thai food, reasonable prices.
