Motel with 10 suites. I was given suite 7 for my 3 day stay. Arrived to find out check in is across a busy road in a different hotel. Requiring me to put luggage back into car rather than drag across the busy street in the dark. Was only one other guest staying in the motel. Why put guests next door to each other in an empty hotel with paper thin walls? Awoke to loud news channel in the neighboring room both Saturday & Sunday morning. Alas my own tv set was non functional but I’m not a huge fan of tv so not a dealbreaker. Room was spacious & decorated stylish. Upon closer inspection it was not very clean, the floors were dirty and bedside tables had grime with hair stuck in it. Bedding was sparse & I had wished I packed my lightweight sleeping bag. Fortunately the heater was effective. Also only one bedside lamp but 2 nightstands made me think one was missing and not replaced. Floor to ceiling windows are nice but privacy is lacking as you cannot fully close the curtains. Used a hair clip to fasten one side of them but was still left with large gaps. Large closet with safe but no hangers?? Take a trip to Costco and buy the 50 pack and each room gets 5! That’s plenty! Bathroom definitely showing its age, I really enjoyed the forceful shower spray but if you are taller than 5’3” you will hate it. The shower sprays so forcefully the water gets all over the floor outside the bathtub and is causing the laminate floor to peel up. Original dark grey tile is painted over in white paint that is peeling in places. Motel room does come with a microwave, hot water kettle & a mini fridge. Plate, bowls, mugs but no utensils, thankfully I travel with a backup spoon & fork. I thought I was going to be at a stylish boutique hotel but it was a run down old motel. Views around the pool are spectacular but that’s all. Also paid a deposit to find out a large portion was retained by the hotel for reasons unknown to me. No one answers the phone across the street don’t even bother calling the Three Fifty

Too bad the company fails to do simple maintenance on such a charming property. They put everything into the property across the street but ignore this little gem. Awful bathroom mold, hot tub was also filled with mold and had no working lights at night. Cute set up but no towel refills, or water. Too bad they don’t install vending machines in the little office for ice cream or juice. So much potential. Take it from a veteran hotel manager. Company is stepping over dollars to pick up dimes.

We booked last minute due to arriving in Palm Springs a day early. Our deluxe room had everything we needed including a great kitchen area and gorgeous views. The finishing is a little rough in places but we found the hotel to be clean and generally well looked after. Lovely pool which was cleaned early morning and plentiful towels and flavoured iced water next to the sunbeds. The breakfast was a little disappointing however, with bought in muffins, yogurt and past their best pieces of fruit. This could be improved especially as it forms part of the $39 resort fee.||Overall though we had a great time and I would recommend if you are looking for a semi private retreat as only 10 rooms. The sister property over the road has a fab restaurant and rooftop bar if you want to venture out though.

I'm really confused. This is supposed to be a pretty nice little resort. But holy cow! In all my years of travel, I've never had this complete lack of privacy! ALL of the shades in the living room, next to the bed, and in the kitchen have such severe gaps next to the window, people can see in my unit all the time. I'm not sure about you, but I want absolute privacy, not 'mostly' private. I've had to hang towels, jackets, and when I ran out of those, stacking pillows and seat cushions just to have privacy... I've never ever faced such a dereliction in my life. When you add to that the door not having a double lock, the front gate being propped open so that literally ANYONE who wants to get onto the the pool area can with Z-E-R-O problems -- even at 10:30pm(!) -- I simply do not feel safe. Finally - it's just not all that clean or well maintained. Pubic hair in the shower is such an indication. T The shower head sprays right into your face when you turn on the water.... The bathroom floor is warping because of the excess water... The music is too loud... So this property is a big nope for me

Location and pool area is nice. Other than that, I’d skip this place. You can get far better for a bit more money elsewhere in Palm Springs. The room was very cheaply put together. Light fixtures broken, paint stripes on mirrors, floor tiles have huge gaps in between boards. The most disgusting part was that the cups and silverware in the room were clearly not washed. Breakfast is muffins, apples, and yogurt. I’d skip this place. It’s not worth the price point at all.

Don't let the pictures deceive you; this hotel was a disappointment from check-in to check-out. Our room was dirty. We turned the bedspread down to discover hairs from a previous guest and a stained sheet. The bathroom was dirty with hairs along the tub and floor and toothpaste stains on the sink. (There was no sink plug and no body lotion.) We asked for clean sheets and that the room be cleaned. We got clean sheets but the bathroom remained untouched. We sent photos of the bathroom and were told by the manager, "I'm so disappointed in my cleaning staff" and that was it. Good luck getting your morning coffee (the restaurant opens at 7:30 a.m.) I was told by the staff to go next door (?) and when I mentioned the front desk told me they were open they told me "we just got here" as in, "no coffee". We asked if the pool music could be turned down (we were the only people at the pool) and were told, "yes, let me make that happen for you" and it was never turned down or off. We had 2 rooms and all of us had similar experiences. The final insult to injury are the signs around the hotel to "be kind", "be courteous". How about "be competent", "be clean". I don't blame the staff. I blame management. If you like surface smiles, cliche responses and surface cleaning this hotel is for you.

Wish I had stayed somewhere else. My room (all rooms) surround the pool area. There was loud thumping music when I arrived. Had to ask three times to get the music in the pool area lowered. They did lower the music after the second ask, saying it was because the power had gone out a few days earlier, but when I came back from dinner the music was as loud as ever and I asked again to get it lowered. Walls are paper thin and this “resort and spa” atmosphere was more like a disco. In the room the power outlet to the tea kettle didn’t work. Couldn’t remove the plug to heat water elsewhere in the room because the countertop was built over the plug, trapping it into the wall. Useless amenity. Hard bed—like a futon mattress—and uncomfortable pillows. My neck, shoulder and body hurt after the night in that bed. Bathroom water faucet drips constantly. Hall floor near the bathroom looks like it has caked on mud…or worse. Wall outlets in the bathroom don’t work so have to use the hair dryer at the only working plug in the room, which is the nightstand near the bed. The mirror is on the wall across from the bed, so I knelt in the middle of the bed to access the mirror and then gave up because the mirror is too far away to see what your doing. “Breakfast” was hot water for tea, coffee, a selection of apples and oranges, a few mini yogurts, and unpackaged dry granola. I gave up and went elsewhere.

This place is filthy and poorly maintained. Stayed for 3 nights during Indian Wells tournament. Pillows and sheets were old, worn, gray. Pillows were completely disgusting, clearly had not been upgraded since the midcentury origins of this motel. No staff or support onsite. Everything is run out of hotel across the street. Accumulated dirt and dust on floor, furniture. Textiles so old and dilapidated. No two towels matched. Bathroom vanity peeling, water damaged. Window latch broken in bathroom so no security. Blinds old, dried up, cracking, falling off if touched. TV remote didn’t have parts, back batteries exposed. 3 nights was $1705 and it was horrifying. Friend tried to get coffee at 7:30am across the street when the restaurant opened and they said sorry, we just got here. Friends room had hair on bedsheets and in bathroom upon arrival. This place is a complete nightmare and the staff really don’t care. They comped a beer to each of us which was insulting. Saccharine apologies only made it worse.

Yelp
So I wanted to like this hotel. The people who work there are so so so so nice. Like lovely lovely people. Great location - can't be beat. But both of our beds were dirty. One had yellow stains on the bedspread and my sheets were dirty. I asked them to come and change the sheets, which they did, but only the bottom sheet, and I kinda feel like dirty sheets would warrant bedding to be changed. The outlet didn't work. The kitchen sink was stopped up. Half a roll of TP until we asked for more. Ridiculous loud heater. Just really in poor condition overall. No phone to call front desk. No one was ever in the office at our property, either. You had to use your phone to call the front desk of their sister property across the street. I might not have cared as much except all this and then they tack on a resort fee. And the restaurant the two properties share was closed the night we were there. This is a dive hotel that badly needs some basic upkeep, at the least. This is NOT a resort. $320...no way.

Yelp
Keep looking for a better stay! We paid $1889 for a 4 night stay, thought we were getting boutique and nice, for the price, we got a polished turd! Our party were in 2 different rooms and they both were horrible. Our smelled wet and moldy because we found the toilet to leak and stepped in septic water, just walking in bathroom. Floors are so mushy all around, it's dirty and just not worth the price, there are so many better newer CLEAN places around Decor and pool are deceiving. Edgar was so apologetic and was helpful although we were promised a call from the manager and a week later almost no call, don't let the pics online fool you. It's also at the edge of BevMo parking lot and is so close to another motel it's LOUD!!! All night

Yelp
Pros: It's sister property La Sirena Villa is nice, has a restaurant, and the people are super nice there. Rodney, our waiter, was attentive, kind, and fun. The front desk staff were also great- check in was a breeze. At Three Fifty, the room decor was modern. I loved the old school fridge and the Palm Springs green theme. Cons: AC doesn't work well. It must have a governor on it to stay above 72. People partied by the pool until midnight and you can hear everything as if you are in the same room. I wouldn't stay here again, but I would stay at La Sirena.

Yelp
A great no frills spot in central downtown Palm Springs. Everything is an easy walk away. The pool is heated and the hot tub is hot. Only 10 rooms adds to the charm of this place. Light breakfast and happy hour included. If you're looking for a small, quiet, central, chill spot with great staff, this is it.

Yelp
This place is not worth the money. You can stay in a hotel wayy nicer for the amount we paid here. The only good thing about this place was the pool, jacuzzi, and location. The pros: the pool was heated nicely and the jacuzzi was super hot. We were able to walk everywhere. The cons: the walls were paper thin and you can hear everyone talking outside and from inside their rooms. The bed was the squeakiest bed I have ever laid on. Even moving my foot it squeaked. The pillows and the bed were pretty uncomfortable. The floors had laminate tiles missing and the bathroom had no ventilation. The window in the bathroom did not have blinds. I hoped you were unable to see through from outside. The blinds were very old and did not close. When we did use the pool we had to continuously ask for more pool towels as there would not be any out. Our hotel keys stopped working at least 3 times and we guard to continuously get new keys made. I was hoping this place would be way better.

Yelp
What a peaceful Oasis right in the middle of town. Just 1 night here and feel very refreshed. Brianna was on top of things, super sweet, and helpful. I felt welcomed and appreciated. I have 4 kids, so the grown-ups only element was worth it. For sure coming back. I wasn't sure how the bed was going to be b/c it was lighter than what I'm used to, but I slept great. People on Yelp are often kind of complainy, but if you are unhappy with this place at all, it's probably cuz you are unhappy in life - don't put that on this gem. If you want a 5-star resort people-lavishing-on-you-every-five-seconds, there are places down the road for that at much higher price points. Parking is a little tough on the street, but that's just cuz this area is popular. I walked all over town from this location and had a great solo day here. Clean. Peaceful. Not over the top. Perfect for a calm Palm Springs stay.

Yelp
I loved this little hotel overall . We stayed for a long weekend . It's close to everything and has a quiet pool area which was the best part and it earned them the fourth star. . You will have to leave the property to get food and drink but everything is close by The rooms were clean but small and the bathrooms were TINY. The hotel desk staff was almost never around which i found odd so you're pretty much on your own here . I think i saw the office open only once and that's at check out . Walls are thin and I could hear the neighbor snoring all night . Cute , well maintained place with a great price !

Yelp
Early in my stay I received a text asking me to rate my stay. I let them know I was unsatisfied and I requested a call from management. I was told I would receive one, but never did. The complete lack of effort by this hotel is the biggest problem: it's bad, and they do not care. WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING - This is a budget motel experience with colorful wallpaper and throw pillows. If you are booking this hotel at a rate higher than Motel6, you are paying too much. POSITIVES - Pool area is nice and has a great mountain view. - Parking is complimentary. - Housekeeping staff are very friendly. CONCERNS - Linens are threadbare and fraying - just disgusting. White towels are gray - my cleaning rags look better. They smell musty after getting wet and made the whole room stink. - Really needs a good deep clean - build-up of dirt grime in corners and on baseboards, sticky stains on walls. Dishes provided in the room also were not clean (I pulled dirty silverware from the "clean" silverware cup). - General lack of repair: tv remote won't turn it off, had to unplug. Many fixtures/furnishings in the room are chipping/peeling. - I prepaid my reservation and then saw rates less than half what paid!! It's honestly a crime hotels can hold my CC in case there are damages, but I am held hostage in a non-refundable nightmare with absolutely no course of action except to leave this review. - Room only stocked with decaf coffee. No bag for ice bucket, ice bucket also did not look clean. No cups in the breakfast area for coffee, bananas were brown and beat up, some oranges moldy. This is my $40/day resort fee at work! - Pool area has speakers but no music was ever playing and would be nice if there had been some. OTHER NOTES - Check-in is at a property across the street. Very close tho. - The property construction is very original MCM- thin walls and single pane windows. You will hear your neighbors snore... and everything else. - Breakfast is a muffin and fruit. Muffins are very good! - - I paid $1100 for three nites (inc. tax and fees). Thats an average of 355/night. The online rates listed were $100/night during my stay. The place was mostly empty except for one-night guests who arrived late and left early. I expect they were short-notice bookings. One other guest room had an overdose and guest had to be taken away by EMT. I felt completely taken for what I paid.

Yelp
You know it's bad when they water down the hand soap...I realize there is always a disconnect between the pretty pictures of a hotel online and the reality once you see it up close and personal. The Three Fifty Hotel feels cheap, cheesy and lame. Hollow parquet floors, cardboard mattress, dirty overhead heater and slatted window shades missing or inoperable on every window. This is particularly bad as the rooms are arranged around a simple cement pool with huge clear picture windows that fellow guests can easily peer into - those missing window shades are crucial to any hope of privacy. I could go and on...but take my advice and look elsewhere - and kudos to you for reading the reviews before you book.

Yelp
How cute is The Three Fifty! It was our first stay here, but what a little gem! It's a small place with only 10 rooms. All rooms face the pool. We stayed in a king studio (room 9). It was clean, spacious for 2, and most of all - on a HOT 120 degree weather day, the AC & 2 ceiling fans worked so well. The check in across the street at the sister hotel was a breeze (and a gorgeous welcoming lobby!). The hotel provides all of the basics - but a quick walk next door to BevMo, Rite-Aid, or Grocery Outlet Bargain Market & you can pick up any extras you need for your trip. Our holiday weekend trip was so enjoyable, partly due to our stay at The Three Fifty.

Dan K.

Yelp
Really nice staff but the room feels a little dirty and not well maintained. Blinds are not fully functional and do not completely close. The front desk staff tried to repair them but was unable to. Peeling caulk next to the bathtub, no outlets on one side of the bed, on a really dark street and parking is limited, there are no blinds on the upper windows so the room is filled with light when trying to sleep, pillows are really lumpy with no support. The property does not justify the price for a boutique hotel.

Yelp
We came for a one night stay and this place is a gem ! The cutest room , all rooms have a view of the pool. Brianna was amazing, so accommodating, helpful and even recommended places we can visit! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend a stay here, it's a must!

Yelp
WORST PLACE EVER! This was an absolute terrible place to stay at, especially after an 8 hr drive. Reasons why this place is horrible : -Checking in is done across the street, no one at the front desk onsite -Front gate to the rooms were constantly open, which felt very uncomfortable. Especially if you want to sit in the hot tub -Cold showers only here. No hot water even after running the water for 15mins. The pool was warmer than the shower -hot tub was Luke warm, same temp as the pool -The bed was hard accompanied by flat pillows and stained sheets -the room was so bright in the evening, it felt like it was constantly daylight which made it difficult to sleep (Note: photo of the room at 9pm) - thin walls so you can Hear your neighbors conversations and hear when they go to the bathroom -TV didn't even drown out the neighbors talking because the TV kept cutting in and out -words can not describe how terrible this place was to stay at. -people are in the pool/hottub past 10pm because there is no one at front desk. I'm pretty sure these weren't guests at the hotel that were in the pool/hottub passed 11pm. Since there's no one on site & the gate is wide open, anyone can use this facility Only positive, its close to shops and restaurants. I do not recommend this place and won't be staying here again. Motel 6 down the road was the same price and with better beds and hot water for showers.

Yelp
The 350 Hotel was perfect for our girls trip. The room (8) included a refrigerator, 2 queen beds, AC and ceiling fans. It was an easy walk to the main strip. Rite Aid and Bev-mo are right around the corner so although the hotel was rather self serve, it was easy and comfortable to do that

Yelp
This is the perfect little place. The pool is just steps from your door, and the parking is so easy, and it's on one of the most beautiful convenient roads in Palm Springs. Also in this location, you can walk to everything, from the museum to all the restaurants. As you know, prime location is against the beautiful San Jacinto mountains and THIS US WHERE IT'S AT. Energetically, the San Jacinto mountains will refresh you and renew you. The rooms are adorable, and now that I know how they are set up and situated, I definitely will bring more of my own food. Full kitchen, adorable renovated rooms, and Breanna was the best. She wanted to accommodate our every wish if it was within her power. And they are all so kind and patient. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning, with really quality foods like eggs and yogurt and more. We will be back.

Yelp
Nice little place. The feel is definitely Palm Springs. I visited about a month ago for a few nights. They were great helping me book the room. They even texted me the day I headed there to confirm arrival time (personal touch). But when I arrived at 7pm on time no one was there for 20 minutes. I knocked and waited. Two more guests arrived. Finally someone showed up and quickly got use our keys and walked us to our rooms. Roomy rooms. Clean and comfortable. I never did find anyone to sign a registration but I was out a lot to enjoy the downtown. This hotel is located so close to downtown that all I had to do was walk each day.

Yelp
This is our 2nd stay in about a year, we love it! Its small, retro and close to everything. Bevmo literally next door, downtown about 2 blocks away. Small being 10 rooms means you dont have to fight for a lounge chair and your room is steps from the pool. Also adult only so no kids running around and splashing. (Yes i have kids, but everyone needs a kid free vacay sometimes!) Retro means that its not totally remodeled, furniture has been updated, new paint, but all made to fit that PS mod style. So if you're looking for high tech or super modern don't stay here! If you appreciate "retro" def stay! Also, Laura, who runs the place is a super cool lady with the cutest dog! She also does a continental breakfast, fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, oj and coffee, just enough. So yeah if you're looking for intimate, retro, close to everything and affordable, this is the place!

Yelp
We can't say enough about our experience at Three-Fifty! The manager Laura went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and was always available when we needed something. The room was tastefully decorated, and had all of the amenities we needed. Great restaurants within walking distance. Pool area was clean and spacious. May never stay at a big hotel again
google avatar

Margie D.

Yelp
This past weekend (PS Pride) was our 3rd stay at at The Three Fifty Hotel. It gets better every single time. I really can't say enough about the property and the manager, Laura. This woman clearly loves her job. She truly goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The updates Laura has done to the property are amazing--and we thought it was nice before the makeover! My only worry at this point is that our little "secret" hideaway is going to become more well-known and we'll have a difficult time getting a reservation, lol!

James S.

Yelp
What a gem and the perfect location. Cozy....not to big and the staff is so kind and helpful. Breanna filled our every need...gave us lots of tips on things to do and places to eat. It's our new happy place!

Yelp
Loved staying at the Three Fifty Hotel. I have stayed at the sister hotel, Del Marcos and it was very similar aside from the daily happy hour. As with all boutique hotels, the buildings are old with basic upgrades, so if you are looking for a super fancy upscale and perfect hotel, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a good deal, close to downtown, that's quiet and comfortable, this is the perfect spot. It was clean and well maintained, the staff were always prompt in responding to requests and we were well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
I made a last minute reservation for a friend of mine that was stuck in the airport due to bad weather. I called the hotel to ask if he could check in. She looked up the reservation told me she was disappointed that I did not call her directly instead of using the hotels.com app. As if I would have known about the hotel in the first place. I explained the situation about my friend being stuck at the airport, flights canceled and asked if he could check in early. This was around 12:30pm. She said he could check in an hour early at 3pm and that his room was being cleaned. I thanked her and asked if it was possible for him to come to the hotel and enjoy the pool so he could get one more day of sun before he went back to the brittle cold of Upstate NY. She flatly said NO and said that all loungers were dedicated to each room. I said that should not be a problem then since his room is vacant and the assigned loungers to his room would also be vacant. Makes sense, right? She became rather aggressive at this point and the conversation escalated to where she said that maybe I am used to the way things are run in larger hotels, but that they are a mom and pop hotel. I asked if hotel rules were different in small hotels. I I asked if what I was saying made sense which aggravated her further. At this point I am annoyed beyond belief and asked for name because I just LOVE writing Yelp reviews. I usually use this platform to praise businesses that go above and beyond (You can see this in my reviews. I'm not one of those people that go to Yelp to cause harm to businesses). This situation was the polar opposite. More words were exchanged. I asked again for her name. She paused and told me she was cancelling my reservation and hung up abruptly. I called back a few times within the next hour. No answer. The money was not refunded. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Worst. Customer. Service. I never got her name. We made another reservation at another hotel. My friend was enjoying a cocktail poolside by 1:30.

Yelp
The Calla Lily Inn is a hidden gem in Palm Springs. If you're looking for a lovely stay in a quiet and cozy hotel with a beautiful pool, stunning view of the mountains, and wonderful staff, stay at the Calla Lily Inn. My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. When booking our stay, I mentioned that we were celebrating Nate's birthday. Upon arrival, we were surprised with the sweetest touches that outdid what even I would have put together for Nate - a birthday cake with his name on it, a room for of balloons and birthday signs, and a bottle of wine with two birthday-themed wine glasses. What a warm welcome! I was truly moved with the effort that the owners had taken to ensure a memorable celebration for our first time in Palm Springs - see my pictures to get a glimpse of how sweet this was. In keeping with the personal touches for the birthday celebration, there are a lot of special details that the Calla Lily Inn pays attention to. At night, they light little candles around the pool area - this was so charming to come home to. They provide robes in the bedrooms. The soap and shampoo are grapefruit-y and delicious. In short, I look forward to my next stay here and would highly recommend it to friends and family visiting Palm Springs for a quiet getaway near the heart of downtown.

Yelp
This is our go to place in Palm Springs! We have been many times. The price is right and a nice discount for returning visitors. The place is small and cozy only 10 rooms. We love the pool and the jacuzzi. Also it's so close to everything happening in town. You can walk to great meal and village fest on Thursday. They have bikes for you to use also. Brianna was on duty this weekend and did a fab job of answering all our questions. Thanks! We will be back

Yelp
Wow.. What an experience this hotel was! I absolutely loved everything about it. Pro tip: When making reservations, ask for room 10350.. it's the biggest suite in the hotel and the nicest! Everything was a blast from start to finish. We had such a relaxing weekend there, I cannot wait to return!

Yelp
This is by far my favorite hotel in Palm Springs. It is super clean, small and very intimate. If you're looking to get away and to avoid crowds, this is the place you want to be. It is within walking distance to all the hip new restaurants, bars and the best shopping ever! The staff is excellent and Laura, who runs the property, goes above and beyond to see that your needs are met. You'll never catch me at another hotel in Palm Springs again

Yelp
We have been going to the 350 Hotel and always have a blast ! The hotel is in a perfect location since it is walking distance to downtown and there is a Bev-Mo next door to stock up on your "goodies". Laura is the manager and she treats us like old friends.....which we are since we have made this place our favorite P.S. hangout. She might even make you a drinky poo to enjoy by the pool ! ,

Yelp
My husband and I picked this place for our babymoon as it had so few rooms and a no children policy we figured it would be perfect for relaxing and getting as many Z's as possible before the big day. It also listed itself as newly remodeled and photo seemed to back it up. We thought the slightly lower prices was due to it being so new. The remodel was more like a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture. Our bathroom was the big tell which, besides a fresh coat of paint, hadn't been updated since the 70s. By the end of my average length showers there was a good two inches of standing water at the bottom of the tub. That being said the beds were incredibly comfortable and it wasn't horrible, just don't expect an 'everything is new and shiny' remodel. What really made me give this place two stars, and I'll keep it short, is the zero warning that we were one of two rooms not participating in a 40th birthday party. Thank god it was only on our last night that the party broke out but we had to ask the owner to shut the party down at 11 (even though she emphasized to us at check in that quite time started at 10) The party moved right next door to us and partied for another hour. I fell asleep thinking at least they'll be sleeping in. Wrong! The party started all over again at 7 am. After giving up on sleep I went pool side where I got to listen to the group do a morning workout class. FML. I could go on but to wrap up I found it completely irresponsible of the owner not to let us know before hand that there would be a party checking in. Specifically at check-in when we said we were there to relax and get some Z's. Thank god it was only one night but if we'd stayed through the weekend we would have had to put up with it the entire time and ruined our entire trip.

Yelp
We stayed here at the end of September and loved it! The place is adorable, great pool, very quiet, and relatively inexpensive. This is the place to go for complete relaxation. It is a small complex - no food or drink service but that was just fine for us. We had food delivered to the hotel and it was super easy! Beds were very comfortable, rooms were large, small kitchenette and nice sized bathroom. The location is excellent and within close walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The sister property, La Serena Villas, across the street is also really cute though a bit more lively with music and poolside service. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing experience, I would highly recommend the Three Fifty One!

Yelp
I should've done this review a long time ago since my wife found this place. Talk about home away from home. We try to come here 1-2 times a year just to slow our lives down. We like that we can bring our dog with us and still find the comforts of home. Laura has been such a wonderful host since we found this place. We love that once we park our car, we don't ever get back in it until it's time to leave, because we just love how walkable the 350 is to everything. The rooms are clean and well kept and we always look forward to our plunge with the yellow ducky every year.

Yelp
So, this was hubby and my first time to Palm Springs. And I have to say, I absolutely love this cute little Inn! It seriously is like a little mini paradise. It is so quiet here, and I love the decor they have in and around, it just makes it even more peaceful. Ok, but my first impression was, the pool does not look like the pictures on the Internet! I was getting nervous thinking "oh no". Also, there is no one at the office, so we used the phone there, which is ok because I think it said that on their site. But, when we got to room and walked in, hubby and I were so ecstatic! The room is absolutely beautiful. It's kind of like vintage French meets vintage Hawaiian. It is romantic and it feels like you are a million miles from home. This is definitely going to be my go to Inn when I come to Palm Springs from now on.

Yelp
This place awful! I'm sure they mean we'll but yuk! Thin walls, motel options, awful! Super nice staff, super awful accommodations!! Great location. Good for spring break cheesiness

Yelp
This is a dumpy motel dressed up to try to look chic-- but failing. The new grey fake wood floors were not glued down so they bounce in several places. The shower is an old traditional small tub/ shower combination. There are two queen beds in our room but not enough toiletries, coffee, creamer, sugar etc for even one day. I called the front desk to ask for more coffee- still waiting. The person acted as if it were a big surprise that someone would even bother to ask. This is like a motel 6 for over 300/night.

Yelp
Let me just say that I have traveled all over the word and stayed in $1,000 a night five star hotels to a $1 a night little shack in India and this little oasis in the desert is by far one of my favorites! Everything about it was perfect. From calling and speaking to Laura over the phone and having her without me even asking upgrade me to their best room (which is room number 5, by the way) to lounging on their oversized rubber duck pool raft. It was just so tranquil and calming to be here. I only stayed one night while I was in the area visiting my mom in the hospital and even in the midst of the stress that that caused, I was able to take a few hours to myself and just pause and reset. The views of the mountains and palm trees are stunning, it's within walking distance to all Palm Springs has to offer. You can rent complimentary bikes at the sister property across the street (La Serena Villas) and they actually keep their Jacuzzi hot in the summer (some of us like it hot even when it's hot!) and the air conditioner works great inside the room. There is a kitchenette with electric stove and microwave, so if you want to have your own food or keep leftovers fresh to be heated up the next day, you can. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows and the whole 1950's retro theme is just so cute! This is my new go to spot! Especially at the reasonable prices. As of writing this review, they are about to upgrade the landscaping, so things will only be better!

Yelp
Very cute, quiet & quaint boutique hotel. The fashionista owner (Laura) is super friendly and helpful! Loved her. The hotel is in a wonderful location within close walking distance to the main drag. My GF and I also used the super cute free bikes they offered. Nice touch! Also, The Three Fifty is located across the street from a sister property...which has a spa, great restaurant and bar. You honestly can't go wrong here.

Yelp
Stayed here last night and the AC in room 7 wasn't cooling the room so i called the front desk and no one came by to check. Called again in the morning, left a vm, and finally went to the front desk and had to listen to the front desk manager explain how it's hot outside and it's the dessert and.... Finally the maintenance guy inspected the unit and said it needs to he serviced but they went ahead and booked the room anyways. The ice machine wasn't working and again i heard nothing but excuses. This place is not worth the price of a motel 6. Spend your money elsewhere and stay away. The place wasn't overbooked last night and we should've been moved to a room with working AC. So disappointed with the manager and her hotel service.

Yelp
I made a reservation here in hopes of getting away for a few days while staying as safe as possible (take-out, outdoor activities, etc). We were eager to enjoy one of the adorable rooms with a kitchenette. Unfortunately, conditions have changed and we had to cancel. The person we spoke with was kind and helpful and quickly understood the situation. They made sure we were able to cancel without any fees. We plan on staying once we're able to travel again.

Yelp
I've stayed at the Calla Lily three times over the past several years, most recently last month. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. It is in a great location, near downtown Palm Springs, but on my last visit the tranquility was often broken by the rumble of dump trucks hauling debris from the mall project several blocks away. My first day there was an infant in the room across from mine. The second day three dogs checked in, one of whom was a yapper. The rooms are what would be described as "cozy" in a real estate brochure. Storage space for clothing etc. is at a premium, as are electrical outlets. The wi-fi needs to be faster. The air conditioning, parking, pool and spa are top notch. But I was left feeling I had paid a premium price for a bit of faded glory.

Yelp
There are a bunch of good things about this cute hotel including location, close parking, cleanliness, nice 50s building & decor, continental breakfast, ease of check-in & out, personable texts from manager Laura, nice a/c, delicious and adorably-decorated restaurant across the street called Azucar on sister hotel property, but by far the BEST thing is the pool; it's not huge or anything, but with only 10 rooms, it's not at all crowded so it was wonderful relaxing on the floaters and lounge chairs admiring the mountain views with just a few other guests instead of teeming with children and/or being forced to put up with some wanna-be-Vegas DJ-d pool-party vibe!

Yelp
This review is long overdue for The Three Fifty Hotel. My husband and I just stayed here for the third time. There are 10 charming units and a wonderful pool and spa facing the San Jacinto mountains. It's a place where we can truly relax and bring our little dog, as it is pet friendly. We are loyal, as Laura who runs it is very friendly and accommodating. She really pays attention to details to ensure that your stay is wonderful and relaxing. The location is great to walk to local restaurants and shops. I highly recommend reservations at the Azucar restaurant across the street. Laura can assist and most likely will be there to greet you. We will be back to our happy place soon.

Yelp
We are sad to say that our stay at Hotel 350 was far less than satisfactory to the point that we don't imagine ever coming back. Context: We visit Palm Spring at least once a month. Our favorite places to stay include L'Horizon, Parker, Sparrow, Korakia, and Del Marcos Hotel, which is a sister hotel of 350. We booked our room through Hotels Tonight as we always do. Arrived at 350 at 3:00 pm and were in our room by 3:25. Below is a list of the pros and cons of 350 that are worth mentioning. All the issues simply show a lack of proper management, no oversight of housekeeping performance, and a blatant lack of respect for customers. We hope that this review will be constructive and help 350 improve. Pros: -well decorated and updated -nice outdoor pool and seating area -walking distance to the main strip -rooms are well ventilated and the central AC works perfectly Cons: - clients had to wait outside in the heat for about 20 mins until Laura (either the receptionist or property manager) arrived. (besides us, there was another gentleman who had booked directly through the hotel and confessed that he had been waiting there for quite a while when we arrived.) - We found it unprofessional that Laura repeated 3 times that the good deal we found on Hotels Tonight had been a mistake and it will not be repeated again. -Our sheets had several stains including a very large one and several strands of hair on the pillowcases. We politely requested the sheets to be changed and the response was quite shocking. As successful business owners, we would have apologized and simply had the issue resolved. Instead, Laura suggested that she is more than happy to see us leave and have our money refunded! We insisted that we only wish to see the sheets changed, if possible. And, we were happy to see the sheets promptly changed. - Two dead roaches in the bathroom. - Semi-clogged bathtub - Very loud squeak on the left side of the bed. The noise woke me up several times, and I was fully awake by 3:30 a.m.

Yelp
We are on our third stay at the Three Fifty. It's a wonderful value for the money. It's bright, cheerful, peaceful, clean and well run. The rooms are comfortable and cheerful with a green, black and white decor. The pool is wonderful and the location is waking distance to everything in the downtown area. Stay! You won't regret it. And Laura does a great job running the hotel!

Yelp
Came here fo a quick weekend getaway and loved our stay. The room had a large king with plenty of space. There was also a mini fridge! Manager Laura was very welcoming too.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for a weekend getaway. We found it last minute on HotelTonight. The price was so great and turns out, that's the normal cost through their website, too, so we didn't "save" much, but it was lovely. Laura, the manager mentioned that we should just book directly next time. I'm not sure why, perhaps hoteltonight takes a percentage. Anyway, the place was adorable. The decor was very updated and cute. The color scheme was fresh. How could you not love a giant floating duck on the pool at all times! The room was very clean. Lots of cups, plates, towels, blankets, etc. in the room. There is a little continental breakfast in the morning: coffee, tea, juice muffins, fruit, granola. All yummy. There are complimentary bikes to use as well. Laura was very very helpful and accommodating. She let us check in early, promptly answered texts, and waited on us to finish lunch and to come let us inside to check in. Overall, pretty simple accommodations, but well above the value of the fee. Super cozy too, since there's only ten units in the entire hotel. We will definitely be back!
