If it were possible, I would rate this building with zero stars. The management and superintendent are clearly not on good terms, and unfortunately, the tenants are the ones suffering the consequences. I must express my disappointment in Maggie from the management office, as she has proven to be extremely untrustworthy. Prior to signing my lease, I was quoted a completely different price for parking in the garage compared to what I was charged after signing the paperwork. Initially, I dismissed it, thinking that I may have misheard during my apartment tour. However, as time went on, I began to notice the ongoing conflict between the management and superintendent.
Unfortunately, if you report any issues with appliances, it takes a minimum of 7 to 10 days for them to be resolved. Additionally, the presence of a dog park in this building may not be appealing to non-dog owners, as there is dog waste and urine on the stairs, parking lot, and carpets on each floor. I kindly request that you refrain from parking your bikes in this area.
The new person in charge has proven to be an absolute disaster as well. Unless Maggie is removed from the management, tenants will continue to come and go. What frustrates me the most is that I was paying exorbitant prices, expecting a luxury experience. However, this building falls far short of that standard. Access to the pool is near impossible, as it is constantly booked by individuals who receive preferential treatment from Maggie. I must emphasize that this building is not worth the price and cannot be considered a luxury establishment. In fact, if you work from home, I highly recommend getting your own internet service, as the free internet provided here is of such poor quality that it is simply not suitable.
