The Tiffany Blue Box Cafe at Harrods

We had a delicious brunch here today. It's tucked down on the lower ground floor, and it's best to go in through door 10. The staff were all so attentive and provided great service. There was a really nice selection of food and drinks. We had a buy a gift voucher and it included unlimited teas, coffee's and fruit juices. The food was delicious, the square croissant boxes were interesting and and a very fresh fruit salad. I had the eggs florintaine was delicious, especially the eggs, which were probably the best I've had.

I went for afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday! Everything was explained clearly to us, we tried the teas and even got extra sandwiches as they were unlimited. I really enjoyed my time and would definitely go again. Sandwiches, scones and cakes tasted really fresh. We ordered seconds as we enjoyed it the first round a bit too much. Teas were all lovely too!

Visited for high tea to celebrate a birthday. The space is iconic and the food were good — but the service and experience didn’t live up to the price or the Tiffany name. No one acknowledged the birthday, the menu wasn’t explained, and as first-time guests not from London, we had to ask basic questions about what was included. A few miscommunications throughout — such as wrong drink served, — just made the whole thing feel disorganised. For the price plus a £1 cover and then asking for a £18 service charge, it felt very underwhelming. It is worth visiting for the setting and ticking off a bucket list, but don’t expect a polished or special experience. That said, we raised our concerns and management ultimately provided a fair resolution, which we appreciated.

I visited after receiving a recommendation, and it was simpler than I thought. The signature green tea recommended by the staff in charge had a deep scent and a good flavor. But I was sorry that the rest of the three-tiered trays except for one sandwich didn't suit my taste. It was a very casual atmosphere with a lot of children. I recommend it if you are with your children.

This is a really difficult review to write because part of the issue wasn't Tiffany's, is what we were told. Prior to booking afternoon tea, I checked 2 times on the phone and via email that they cater for Gluten-free diets, and my partner also checked and received confirmation from 3 people during the booking of the afternoon tea that it is offered and they can offer alternatives. I have an allergy to wheat and when we sat down shortly after we were told that they do not offer gluten-free alternatives. The restaurant manager was apologetic, offered to try and make accommodations where possible but ultimately they could not deliver what we were promised. This was booked by my partner as an anniversary treat and this caused a significant drop in our enjoyment of the day. I made a conscious decision to persevere through the normal menu and deal with my issues afterwards, in order to try and salvage the experience as much as possible. For me the initial impressions were good, it looked pleasant, staff appeared friendly and the settings seemed to reflect the brand. We were sat at a table and for an establishment carrying the name "Tiffany's" I'd expect exceptional standards. The first thing I noticed was water stained champagne flutes, and scratched water glasses. This was then followed by the news above. Which really was the nail in the coffin of this experience. The first course, the raspberry granita was nice, pleasant and refreshing. I started with a hot chocolate they accommodated me and made it with oat milk. It was a nice hot chocolate, but that's as far as I'd go. The "main course" came out and all items were delicious. The flavours were great and the textures great..I especially loved that I could have more and even though I know I shouldn't, I was hungry and it tasted good. The cucumber sandwich, the chicken sandwich, the egg and sweet brioche roll and all really tasty. The salmon was my least favourite. The sweet treats that came out, the scones were warm, soft and delicious, the best part of the sweet treats for certain. The strawberry jam and clotted cream were tasty. I think more clotted cream would have been great. The mini desserts to be honest, I didn't really like them. The chocolate profiterole was nice, but it was quite overwhelming. I had a strawberry and kiwi tea which was as you'd expect. All in all, the whole experience was just okay. It was majorly tainted by the misinformation we were given. Whether that was from Harrods or Tiffany's I don't know, but when 4+ individual people tell you, you can enjoy a gluten-free option at Tiffany's and when you're sat down excited to have an afternoon tea which caters for your allergies, to be brought crashing back down really left a sour taste and bad impression. I'm grateful that our bill for the additional items like the bottle of coke was complimentary and the service charge was not enforced. The likelihood is even if I could eat the food, for the price of a champagne afternoon tea, there are other places which are better and I'm unlikely to revisit the Tiffany Cafe for afternoon tea again.

Had an amazing breakfast here. Service was fabulous and the food was amazing. Probably the best eggs I’ve ever had (Eggs Florentine). Was it expensive?, yes but worth every penny. My wife had the avocado toast and she agrees about the eggs being best. Definitely an experience worth having. The White Peony & Jasmine tea were also delicious. Couldn’t fault any of the servers, so friendly and helpful.

My wife made this reservation over a month ago, and initially, I was somewhat indifferent about it. However, my perception underwent a remarkable transformation by the time I sipped on my tea, and I found myself smiling, even requesting extra salmon sandwiches. The dining experience was truly classy, exceeding my initial expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, whether you're a tourist or a local resident. High tea at Tiffany Blue Box Cafe in London was such a great experience! I've always wanted to visit and was aware of the location in NY but never took the opportunity to visit. I was thrilled to know that there was a location in London and made a reservation. I love luxury brand cafe type settings and although small it was perfect. It was very classy and I loved the Tiffany Blue touch seen throughout the experience. I really enjoyed the service as well as the various pastries, spreads, and teas and was happy I was finally able to check this item off of my bucket list!

Had the worst experience here. From food to service to price. Definitely wasn't what I imagined my first London high tea experience would be like. Arrived around 1pm after finishing lunch with my partner. We didn't have a reservation but front reception said they can accommodate us for 1 hour. We asked if we can share or just order one tea set as we just finished lunch and honestly just wanted the Tiffany high tea experience. Was told no, fine. Food came out relatively fast but sandwiches were really soggy when it came out. The sweets were overwhelmingly sweet and teas all felt meh. After a couple bites we decided to go but we had majority of the food unfinished between the both of us. We asked for togo and the server just gave us a resting B* face and told someone else to pack it for us. We had all our scones untouched and asked if we can also get something to put the jam with. Response was "no, we don't have a container for that. It'll go bad". So I let her know that it'll be quite dry without the jams and asked if I can just spread some on the scone instead. She gave me another face and let me be. Since we didn't finished any of the sandwiches we also asked for those packed as well and found that they never packed it. It also looked grossly packed so we had to just toss the whole thing.. As far as service, all the servers looked very snobby and standoffish. Even in the very end when we asked for another bag to put our sweaters (Harrods has the heater up and it's super hot in the stores), we were told to wait. And the lady completely leaves me hanging by the door. Made eye contacts to remind her I'm still here. Just completely ignored and she goes about doing other stuff. Finally went to ask another person for a bag and was handed a used one with oil stains on it. For $72 a person, this has got to be the worst service I've experienced and would not wish the same to anyone else that comes to this establishment. Understandable that people just come here for the pictures. But there was zero good vibes and now I think twice before stepping into another Tiffany store.

The purpose of this particular visit was to really have a truly immersive London experience. That said, having afternoon tea with my daughter was part of the itinerary. Though we were the only ones dressed the part, the goal was to really make it an authentic experience for us. Imagine us walking through Harrod's to get to the cafe, where we were the recipients of many looks and stares and some compliments. Honestly, we didn't care because this was our planned experience. We had a reservation that we thought we'd missed because of the awful London traffic that was a 45 minute drive to drive only 4 miles from our hotel. Fortunately, we made it in time. When we arrived, we were seated pretty quickly. We had a great table that allowed us to take pictures without disturbing other guests. It was not a packed house on this particular day, so we were able to enjoy the experience without being spectacles. The afternoon tea began with a raspberry-flavored Amuse-Bouche, which was quite delicious. Additionally, we had an array of savory sandwiches that included salmon, cucumber, chicken and one other. The sandwiches were replenished twice. They were all absolutely delicious, The treats included four decadent options along with two varieties of scones and butter and jam on the side. The scones exceeded my expectations. They appeared to be dry, but were far from it. There were also different flavors of tea from which we chose the Tiffany's Blend and the Jasmine tea with milk flavoring. I was a little disappointed that actual milk was not offered with the tea; however, the Tiffany's Blend was my absolute favorite,even without any milk or sweetener. Since we could not eat everything that was brought to the table, we boxed our treats and a sandwich to go. It was a great experience and it was actually fun to play dress up, even if it is considered unconventional in this day and age.

I came here for afternoon tea and really enjoyed it! Everyone that works here are super friendly! It's also a very cute cafe! I chose the Tiffany Signature tea, and all of the drinks, sandwiches, and scones are unlimited. And you don't have to stick with your original drink - you can switch it up at any time. During dessert, I chose the Harrod's hot chocolate :) The sandwiches were really yummy!! I especially liked the coronation chicken end egg salad sandwiches. The scones were brought out warm, which made them even better! The desserts were a little too sweet for me, but they were gorgeous to look at.

Inside Harrods. The iconic Tiffanys cafe. Cute decor, great tea. Waitress nice but never really checked on us throughout our visit. My friend ordered a sandwich and another ordered a cocktail. Everyone seemed to enjoy theirs as well.

This Afternoon Tea experience was so worth every penny , actually pound ... The assortment of tea sandwiches included chopped beef / salmon / turkey and of course cucumber. They were ALL delicious. Moving along to the sweet/savory scones - delicious and hearty. The desserts were decent and presented in such a way you couldn't help but try each one. Besides the delicious food, I have to say that the service here is beyond any expectation. The entire experience was so incredible that I will be suggesting to anyone traveling to London to indulge.

Amazing afternoon tea! We made reservations for 5 pm and had a lovely time. The cafe is very cute and cozy. Please note that the service lasts around 1 hr 45 min but the bar closes at 6:15 pm which means you need to place any additional tea/drink orders prior to that. The food was incredible and the staff was very accommodating to our special dietary needs- one guest was vegetarian. We couldn't finish our scones or tea cakes so they boxed them up for us.

Definitely on the pricy side but worth it for an experience especially if you are traveling. Suggest coming for breakfast - the best item was the rosti with the runny eggs on top. Great service and interior was decorated in the tiffany blue.

Located inside Harrods, this pop up concept has now become a permanent addition to the food options at Harrods. It has its own entrance on the side of the building with very faded blue awnings. Once you go through you are taken to the cafe. Once there you are whisked to New York 50s mid modern cafe. We went for the tea service. You are given a selection of white, black, and green teas with optional infusions. You can start with cocktails and I had their signature lavender martini: excellent. So much so that's it alone is worth a flight across the pond! The food was excellent and the sandwiches could be ordered again and the cucumber was the piece de resistance. The desserts were awesome. My only quibble was service which was agonizingly slow. To the point that the teas and martini were brought 45 minutes into the sitting. So if your in a hurry this may not be the place for you as the serving is 1 1/2 hours no

This is a great bucketlist item when in London. I can't wait for the NYC location to reopen. The blue box is exactly what you imagine. Beautifully decked out in robins egg blue. You can go early for the 3 course breakfast or later for afternoon tea. Service was nice and they don't rush you at all so you can enjoy your meal.

The service was pretty swell. They could anticipate what I needed prior to asking. They were quick precise and gave thorough explanations on what would go on. If they had a delay they would express that in advance. I love great communication it allows me to stay relaxed during my experience.

This is a wonderful intimate small location. If you are in a hurry do not come here. The theme is to relax and enjoy after a hard day of shopping and spending all of your money at Harrods. It's honestly a great deal because the sandwiches and dessert is unlimited along with the tea.

Love love this place! Went with my boyfriend and both were decently surprised! Came for breakfast but didn't get here until lunch time. Needless to say, well we thought it was a little bit pricey you do get unlimited amounts of tea and sandwiches! Makes the price make more sense def recommend visiting If in the london area!
