The hotel is located right in a cove, next to a typical Hindu shrine, which makes it feel a bit out of place within the local cultural setting. The complex consists of five two-storey villas and a central water feature. Everything is built in a modern architectural style — very tasteful and well-maintained.
The hotel feels relatively new. The villas are spacious, but not very well soundproofed. I appreciated the in-room coffee machine, which is not a standard feature in this region. Air conditioning is available only in the bedroom, while the living areas are open-air but nicely furnished.
The upper floors of the villas have private pools with beautiful mountain views, while the balconies offer a view of the sea. There is also an outdoor bathtub, which doesn’t have a sea view but is still a very nice touch.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and I encountered no issues during my stay. Breakfast was fine, although the selection wasn’t particularly impressive. Dinner was a bit disappointing and rather average.
I didn’t use the central pool, as I preferred spending time swimming in the sea. Based on the reviews, I was a bit worried about encountering unwanted animals, but in the end, I only saw some cats — which I actually found reassuring.
Overall, I would rate the hotel as a solid five-star resort that met my expectations and provided a relaxing stay.
