The Timbers Manufactured Home Community

Lori is a wonderful property manager. She is always very professional, she always answers any and all questions. She is always smiling, and has a great sense of humor. The property is nice, and kept up well. She takes pride in the property, and really cares for the people. I would recommend this property to anyone, unfortunately it was full. I would feel lucky to be find a property that has another person like Lori as my property manager.

I absolutley love what Lori has done in this park. It has transformed beautifully since she started. I have had th pleasure of attending a few community events she has put together for the families that live here. Wow! I am amazed always by her heart for her residents. She goes above and beyond for the people who live here. Every time I have visited it has looked clean, well Kept and the residents seem to love her. I have witnessed her in action and can honestly say she is a blessing. Thank you Lori for being such a kind and wonderful person. I especially loved that she collected Backpacks for the children and school supplies.as well as the Easter egg hunt and the Easter Bunny visiting for the children. There are not many manager that will spoil a community the way Lori does. She is a great leader and loves her community.

Shout out to Lori! Her professionalism and concern for the community. She helps everyone and treats us all the same. She shows love for the kids by hosting events.

Recently I inquired about the property at Timberlake.. manager Lori Sumarco was prompt and thorough with providing info and offering a tour and showing. The properties were surprisingly nice and well kept... I would recommend if you're looking for a property to check them out.

This place is great! Lory Sammarco, the Community manager, has been fabulous. She's very approachable, answers all our questions, and helped us find a really nice mobile home, the place is great! I definitely recommend Lory Sammarco to help find a place to live on The Timbers Community.

The timbersis amazing place The manager, Lori always plans outreach events for the kids this past Easter and provided school supplies to the kids. I would absolutely recommend this community for the way that it’s managed and it’s atmosphere.

This is a wonderful place, Lori does a great job here taking care of the property and those that live here! Her events on holidays and care for people really makes this place a great community!
