I am giving this five stars solely for introducing me to the combination of scotch egg and cullen skink. The food here is great, and it is also pretty reasonably priced for the sort of fare you are served. Courses aren't too huge, which means you can try a few (guessing this is why they are reasonably priced)
I have tried quite a few things on the menu and usually ask for a variation of a cocktail i like, as an accompaniment, from the bar staff, who are all very good at putting a slightly different twist on something you are used to.
The music is never too loud, or obvious, which is also good, and they keep the numbers down at the weekends to ensure the customers inside aren't too crowded.
This place is a step in the right direction for Aberdeen.
