CANNOT BRING CAMERAS I had made a trip to the Pearl Island earlier in the day to capture pictures of the marena, food, the architecture and always wanted to get a photo of the sunset from this cool looking building which I was told also had a place that served tea at the top. I thought this would be an amazing place to take in the view and capture a picture of the sunset but when I went into the building I was told I would have to check my camera and would not be able to take it with me. I explained to the security guard my intentions and was still told the only was I was getting into the building was to check the camera and retrieve it when I left. To say the least my trip was ruined.

My stay at The Torch Doha and the experience has been excellent. The facilities are beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the service has been amazing. All the staff have been very friendly and their hospitality has made my stay even better. A special mention to brother Kalam for his great work with the room service. His kindness and professionalism truly stand out.

We booked this hotel to celebrate my daughter's Birthday. I was actually not so impressed with the customer service and the hospitality from the beginning. I asked them nicely, like any other hotels we celebrated my daughter's birthdays, to do some small gestures to surprised my daughter, and they just replied to me with an email addressing me with a wrong name as well. Considering the price of the hotel, I was expecting it would give the same experience we had in Waldorf and Mondrian, but no. It was a great hotel, but to sum it all up, the only special thing that's in there is the heated pool, with the view of the whole tower, specially at night. Customer service wise, the only staff I remember there that was nice and was offering genuine service was the guy from the pool and the girls who was preparing some balloons for an event in the tea garden. But, otherwise, nothing else special. Breakfast was ok for me also, staffs are not really accomodating, not having initiative to help, specially with customers who have families like me, breakfast option is ok, not really that wow choices, location wise was great, with the tunnel going to Villagio (atleast something else to visit). Rooms are amazing, except that dental kits weren't provided and we needed to ask for it. Overall, it's recommendable for single or couples celebrating something special, without children, not really recommendable for families, and not really a kids-friendly hotel.

The Torch Doha is truly a luxury hotel experience in Qatar. From the moment you step into the lobby, everything feels lush and upscale. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge; it really felt more like walking into a very nice apartment than a standard hotel room. The décor beautifully incorporates native Qatari design elements, which gives the space a local luxury vibe. The bathroom was especially generous, with a separate big area and a private toilet. One of the highlights was dining at the hotel’s rotating restaurant on the top floor. The restaurant is called Three Sixty, located on the 47th floor, offering spectacular views of Doha’s city lights. The food was wonderful, the setting very romantic. If you’re searching for a luxury hotel to stay in Qatar, this is your spot.

I would also like to acknowledge the excellent housekeeping service provided by Mr. Shafqat. He was consistently polite, attentive, and ensured the room was maintained to a high standard. Beautiful hotel overlooking Doha in Aspire park. It’s connected to the mall. The spa is a cool experience overlooking the city. And Three Sixty restaurant offers an amazing dining experience with great food and a rotating view.
