I had a lovely experience at the Tea Garden in the Torch. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, with beautiful décor that made the visit feel special. The tea was excellent, served with care, and the selection of pastries and snacks was fresh and delicious. The staff were polite, attentive, and made the experience even better. It’s definitely a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a refined tea experience.

We had a productive 2-day session with our peers, and everything was well-prepared upon our arrival. The IT personnel were readily available to provide support whenever needed, which ensured a seamless experience. The meeting room on the 27th floor proved to be an excellent choice, perfectly suited for a small group session.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the modern comforts you could ask for. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough every day. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and I had a fantastic view from my window. The on-site dining options were exceptional — every meal was delicious, with a great variety of dishes and impeccable service. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight. I also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, which were serene and well-maintained. Whether relaxing by the pool or unwinding in the spa, I felt completely pampered. Overall,delivered a truly 5-star experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-tier hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning!

We had lunch at the Flying Carpets, which was very satisfying and lovely. After that Mr GoodLuck was very nice and hospitable to us. He was kind enough to show us the Gym on the 50th floor. It was a great experience, and we will definitely come back. Mr Goodluck was very friendly and cheerful to us!! Thank you for the great experience, especially to Mr Goodluck!

The rooms are great with very helpful and colour changeable wall lighting, the bed was also very comfortable and all around a very nice room. The team was also very attentive with ability to get room service 24 hours of the day which was appreciated. Having a covered walkway to the mall was also nice

I had a fantastic stay at The Torch Hotel! The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Asma at the reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. One of the highlights was dining at the 360 Restaurant — the food, the views, and the ambiance were all top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay!

Our family had a 2 night stay & we really enjoyed ourselves. The views from our Our Junior Suite located on the 14th floor were breathtaking. The gym 🏋🏿‍♂️ & pool amenities were clean and pristine!👌🏿 The close proximity & accessibility to Villagio Mall was really nice and convenient. I would highly recommend a stay or visit to the Torch Hotel!
