The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast ist made with love, but it lacks variety. Overall the hotel has a problem with mosquitoes and bugs of all kinds. Ants everywhere, cockroaches, butterfly midges etc. The hotel room was okay, but there were stains on the bedsheets. Anyways, the location is quite nice, as everything is in walking distance.

A small beautiful botique hotel in the old town area of Chiang Mai. I stayed only for 1 night due to date availability issue. The staff is helpful and they arranged a car for us to drop till Chiang Rai and price was at par with what you get outside. There is limited parking spot but I was fortunate to get one during our stay. A small swimming pool and a small restaurant which serves breakfast. Options for vegetarian is limited to bread and fruits. Being in Old Town, everything is near by. The room of the hotel was quite spacious with a double bed and extra bed. The beds are firm to our liking and we got a good night sleep. Lighting in room was good. Bathroom was basic but clean. There could be mosquitoes around but they provide repellent. Wifi in room is weak, ok for normal browsing. I preferred to stay on data as i felt multiple devices connecting to wifi was slowing the speed. Overall we had a pleasent stay.

Very nice hotel in Chiang Mai. Beauriful garden and amazing breakfast bufffet. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only thing: the swimming pool would need a refresh 😊

Generally good! We had the ‘family villa’. It wasn’t quite what I was expecting, I assumed interconnecting rooms but we had to physically leave our room to get next door to the kids but it was ok. We had a huge main bedroom and a large private terrace. Rooms basic but nice. Huge shower in the master bedroom. Aircon was good. The outdoor area is beautiful, a rainforest feel. The staff were all lovely. We had a great massage organised by the hotel. We managed to find a few local restaurants to walk to but not close to the main bustle of old town so taxis required. Nice little pool but the chemicals in it were too strong so we only used it once. |The breakfast spread looked good but was actually completely tasteless so we went to the cafe over the road for the remainder of our stay for breakfast. But a very sweet, authentic hotel and I would recommend it overall.

The staff were friendly. Their photos are rather misleading on what's included, but were more or less able to work things out. Low shower pressure, good necessary AC, very very firm bed. Regularly clean rooms and stock rooms with water. Less than mediocre included breakfast, but a nice quiet hideaway from the busy areas of Chiang Mai.

Lovely location, rooms are tucked into a jungle-like area, very attentive staff, but the rooms are small, the bathroom is tiny and not particularly clean. Of course,in Thailand everything is a bargain, so the price was great. Just wish the rooms were nicer, but overall a nice place to stay.

I was a little apprehensive booking this due to the fact that it was rated only 3 star. I shouldn’t have worried; it was absolutely perfect. My room was spacious and well equipped. Both WiFi and Air Conditioning were excellent. The staff are all charming and helpful and the location is so peaceful, despite being only a 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the famous night markets. Also - best massage I’ve ever had was here!!

We stayed here for four nights. The staff is very friendly and the hotel itself is very nice. The garden view is really nice as well. We had breakfast there every day too and it was good. Only negative thing that we have to mention is that the rooms are quite noisy. We could hear a lot of traffic noise at times and sleeping was sometimes impaired by that. Other than that we can recommend this place.
