I had an amazing experience here! I brought my 3 younger sibling for dinner a week ago. The two younger kids will remember it forever and can’t stop talking about it. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our waiter, Mike, truly elevated the evening and made the kids fancy mocktails which made it just that much more special as it was their first time at a restaurant like this. Mike was attentive, funny and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He definitely made our day! His recommendations were spot-on and the descriptions he gave of each dish were very detailed and informed. The food was fantastic—each dish was beautifully presented and delicious! Thank you Mike for the outstanding service! This is a place I’ll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend!

The best meal and service we have had on a LONG time. Where do I begin? The building is gorgeous and it’s was drew us in initially but as soon as we sat down we knew this would be a special experience. Mike (owner? Partner?) such a friendly gentleman crafted a few special on menu and off menu cocktails for us. What a treat! All of them were delicious but the Smokey one was unbelievable. Then comes the food and it was not any less delicious. The honey Brie - don’t sleep on that while it’s still on the menu. Honestly we can’t wait to be back. Thank you TC for such a special night out while we’re visiting on rather stressful circumstances for a medical trip.

We went to the Twisted Cork to celebrate a milestone birthday. There were 10 of us in total seated in the Cigar Room. It was lovely to have a semi-private area, with board games available to use. The wine and cocktail selection was vast, the food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. We ordered oysters, appetizers, entrees, and desserts and everything was top notch! The server was attentive and friendly. The bartender is next level. The food came out in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend!!

Feb 27th 2025 Went here for my second time and it was most definitely a 10/10 all around. Had seared scallops to start followed by the Lamb Shank and New York steak with peppercorn gravy. Couldn't resist dessert of the Creme Brulè and the house made New York cheesecake. We paired our meals with a Heron Bay savignon blanc and a Pomegranate lemon sour. Our waitress Barbie was very attentive and on the ball as well as being honest and informative about the meals. The food was 10/10. Best meal in years. Thank you very much. New pics attached. 2019 The atmosphere was amazing here. And my girlfriend went as we are doing a monthly girls dinner out to different restaurants in town to get a taste of PG... This will definitely be a repeat stop on our list. I had the duck which was so amazing and my girlfriend had the pheasant... Also a hit... The service was amazing and they were very knowledgeable about their menu and were spot on when we asked about choices for dinner .. thank you so much Twisted Cork for an amazing experience... We'll be back...😉

We visited the Twisted Cork for its weekend feature of Prime Rib and Yorkshire Pudding. We paired it with a bottle of Hahn Pinot Noir from California. A great evening in Prince George!

My friend and I came here for our 10 year reunion. I was truly impressed by the service I received! The server, Mike, made sure our every need was attended to, including that of my 13 month old daughter. He even made me a complimentary non-alcoholic drink, which was delicious. At the end of our meal, he gave us leftover brownies to take home for later as well. The only thing that could have been improved was the veal dish, which was covered in panko, was slightly too greasy. However, it still tasted delicious, and the Brie cheese dip is to die for! They stayed open late just to wait for us. It was truly the best service I've ever received at a restaurant. I'll definitely be back for more special occasions!

We love the atmosphere of this place. The rock and wood old castle kinda vibe is our vibe. Love it. Service was good, a little awkward as I think there was a lot of new staff, but their kindness and willingness to figure things out showed they'll find their rhythm and smooth it out. There was a fantastic variety of food. Seafood, fish, steak, veal and salads. Gluten free and vegetarian options. Portions weren't big, but certainly satisfying. I don't think anyone left hungry. We'll be back.

While visiting Prince George for work, I googled German restaurant for the area with no luck. I then googled Schnitzel restaurant and came across this gem of a restaurant/pub. I was not disappointed! The atmosphere was chilled, I did get there at 6ish and they were playing some classic rock. The bar tenders, Mike and Sam are top blokes. The schnitzel was amazing, lightly battered and the mash and mushrooms were perfect, the dark local beer (can't remember the name) hit the spot. Kudos to the chef!
