The Two Professors

We enjoyed our breakfast here. Ham and cheese croissant and Eggs Benedict Bagel. Excellent. Oddly enough coffee was ok thiugh they have a wide variety. Coffee bonbon was not drinkable with the amount of condensed milk in it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Two Professors is an absolute gem! The staff were so lovely and welcoming — even the trainee who served me was friendly and attentive. I ordered a full cream mocha, and it was one of the best I’ve had: a perfect balance of rich chocolate and smooth coffee. For food, I went with the “Two Professors Benny,” and it was incredible. Thick, smoky bacon paired with perfectly poached eggs, all resting on fresh sourdough and spinach. The hollandaise sauce was spot on — silky, tangy, and full of flavor. The presentation was just as impressive, with a touch of balsamic glaze decorating the plate. A perfect mix of warm service, amazing coffee, and beautifully executed food. I’ll definitely be back!

Their big breakfast was exquisite with different varieties and done really well. Thick shake was really thick and creamy too.

Absolutely delicious, best bacon I've had! Cold brew 10/10 Pancakes, benny & breaky tacos - all fresh & super tasty!

We stop here every year while travelling between Brisbane and Townsville, As soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed and remembered as we were , Food was great, coffee was also great and the staff are the best. Highly recommend. Lathan and his gp’s. Will %100 be back, see you next year :)

Great to see a small Local business still providing great coffee, food and customer service experiences. I took my dad here today for morning tea and he loved his toasted banana bread with ice cream and delicious flat white (formula 1 blend). I grabbed a kilo of the F1 blend to take home with medo my son.

Had the "professor healthy start" for breakfast. Great yogurt and tasty granola. Easily fill a big person. At the back i ordered scramble eggs as an extra. My friend had the acai bowl with sliced bananas on top that looked great as well. Edited: returned a second time and added two new photos

Hands down best coffee in Rockhampton. Creative takes on food mean everyone can feel adventurous but comfortable in their choices. There are some tasty things on the menu and they have got that artistic flair in naming and pairing flavours. Wonderful to see such quality at reasonable prices in regional centre. More genuine and laid back than capital city hotspots but very professional and forward thinking

Travelling with a caravan it can be very difficult to get good coffee, but this cafe has excellent coffee so we make a point of calling in here when in the area even if it takes us 5km out of our way. Also had a blueberry and apple muffin which was very good. Highly recommend this cafe.

Haven't got my coffee yet so can't talk to that... to be fair it's only been 20 fucking minutes! You have 2 coffee machines with 5 spouts and 5 staff yet you make one coffee at a time! If I owned this joint I'd sack everyone and start again.. people who drink coffee are irritable addicts.. you are playing with Fire
