Loved everything! Amazing rooms, pool, personnel and food! They were so friendly and professional at the same time, they were taking care of our dietary restrictions and were discreet in their room service and house maintenance. Loved the whole team of the staff (reception, room service and cleaning, breakfast team) - genuinely friendly- professionals! Would definitely come back. Grateful for everyone and everything!

Our stay at The Udaya was unforgettable. If you're booking — definitely go for the villa. It’s private, beautifully designed, and set in nature, with a private pool and outdoor area that creates your own jungle sanctuary.|The resort is calm, lush, and peaceful, just outside the bustle of Ubud, with a free shuttle into town (though traffic closer to the centre takes patience). The staff are truly outstanding, especially in the restaurant — warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile.|We also highly recommend the hotel activities or booking day trips. A big shoutout to Listia for her seamless coordination and to Degus, who was a fantastic and friendly driver and guide throughout our stay.|From the floating breakfast to the spa and incredible service, everything made for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We spent time in three hotels in Bali and this was our favourite. Fabulous surroundings. Amazing pool. Staff just wonderful and so helpful. I honestly cannot fault this place and we were sad to leave. We got the room with the private pool. It was an amazing room, fantastic bathroom. Beautiful big bed. Spa was top notch too. Haven't got a negative at all. Love Love Love. Would go back in a heartbeat.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The staff asked our names and we were greeted personally during our stay. |The jungle pool suite was the most breathtaking room that we have ever stayed in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the outside bath was an absolute delight. We could listed to the sounds of the jungle whilst in the pool, something we will never forget! |We also indulged in the afternoon tea and the cocktails, all of which were exceptional in taste and presentation. |We loved our stay, our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We are already planning to return next year!

A perfect space to start our family vacation. It is earthy with well manicured garden throughout the resort, yet modern and luxurious. Great food at their restaurant. The staff was both courteous and accommodating. The spa service worth every bit. Loved Udaya. ❤️

The fantastic reviews were what attracted us to this hotel as our base for our tour of the Ubud are and we had high hopes.There is much to recommend about the Udaya and we had a pleasant stay, but for us it was a bit of a mixed bag. Certainty the staff couldn't do more for you and they were hugely attentive at all times. Thanks to them all. In general, the food and drinks menu, while not extensive, were fine too - certainty we tried out the cocktail menu with great enthusiasm. Other positives were the quiet vibe and the shuttle into town. However, some areas perhaps didn't quite live up to expectations. This included the steep hillside location, the limited communal pool area, and the shaded aspect of our villa which meant we couldn't use the garden area or a very cold unheated pool. Overall, perhaps not the best choice for us, but doesn't meant it wont be for others :)

The Udaya was fantastic, I can’t recommend it enough! And the people who work there are even better - Natya and Sri in the spa, Listia at the front desk, Khris our tour guide and driver, and how could I forget my man Dek Na in the restaurant. Food was incredible, conveniently located close to Ubud city center with a great shuttle service, and the rooms were nice and clean (with comfortable beds). Every need was attended to. We will be back!
