Amazing experience with TUS! And many thanks to all the staff! I have been their fans and watching their videos for years and now I got my dream uke from them! The service is fantastic! Veronica is super nice and patient, answering my endless questions and helping to address the issue of shipping the instrument to my friend’s place in Hongkong. And they also did good set up and premium protection for the instrument!🙏🫡🤩 While the only pity is that I forgot to ask for autograph from Kalei and Corey🫠 Let me do it next time.

My experience with The Ukulele Site has been nothing but wonderful! The people here really seem to care about their customers, and are incredibly helpful during every step of the process of finding your 'Uke! Veronica helped me over the phone before our plane even landed in Hawaii. One of the first questions she asked me was "what do you want out of your Ukulele?" This told me that she was interested in helping me find the right instrument for my needs rather than just making a sale! That level of customer service is hard to find nowadays, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed! Once we arrived in Hawaii, I stayed in touch with Veronica, and she made sure to have the Ukulele I was interested in ready to go in the shop on the day I was planning on visiting. She even went as far as to have it properly set up for me. Once there, we were greeted by Kalei who helped us throughout the purchasing process! He was incredibly kind and helpful, and made us feel like friends or family! I told him how much I enjoyed watching the videos that He and Corey put up on the website for each of their Ukuleles. Any company that is willing to put in the time to make custom videos to showcase the unique sounds of each of their instruments solely for the benefit of their customers, has earned my business! Overall, I would recommend The Ukulele Site to anyone who is in the market for a wonderful instrument sold by some folks who are experts in customer service! The Ukulele Site in Haleiwa, Hawaii is the only place I would buy from or recommend anyone to deal with. People at this store are amazingly knowledgeable and cooperative. I have purchased six instruments from them and each has been set up and delivered as promised. I have communicated with Joel and Veronica. They are both super people – one day I would love to meet them in person. Things happen and sometimes they go wrong. This is one place you can rely on remedies quickly executed. Outstanding service with a friendly and helpful staff! Picked up a Koaloha Napauka tenor . Sounded great and perfectly tuned PLUS I got to meet one of my heroes, Corey Fujimoto!

The most underrated Ukulele shop located in the North Shore town of Hale'iva. All of the people that work there are tremendous musicians! Their selection, hospitality, and value is world class! I hope to visit them again soon!
