The Ummed Jodhpur Palace Resort & Spa

We recently stayed for three days with our family at The Umed Jodhpur Resort & Spa, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, serene, and perfectly maintained, offering a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere that made our stay truly relaxing.|What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the housekeeping team. A special mention to Jwala, along with her team members Kumut and Sharif, for their outstanding service. Their warm behaviour, attention to detail, and genuine care made a big difference to our stay. The rooms were always spotless, and every request was handled promptly and with a smile.|It’s rare to come across such dedicated and courteous staff, and they truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. honestly, it was a solid choice for unwinding after running around the forts and old city. The grounds are huge and super green ,nice big lawns, and the pool was actually clean and refreshing (used it every evening to cool off). Our garden room felt spacious, bed was comfy, and the AC worked fine after we asked them to check it once. Food was okay breakfast buffet had good fresh parathas and fruits, dinner thalis were tasty but nothing mind-blowing. Staff were polite and sorted things quicky. Room service was slow one night (waited 45 mins for snacks), and the bathroom had a bit of that old-hotel musty smell, but housekeeping fixed most things fast. Not the fanciest 5-star we've stayed in, but for the price and the calm vibe away from city noise, it was worth it. Good if you want peace over being right in the action.

Visiting from US, decided to stay at this property with my parents. It’s a beautiful and peaceful property. Entire staff is very courteous and professional. We were greeted by Tapasya, she took care of check in quickly and took us to our rooms. Their food is delicious and breakfast is must have, Neetu was very courteous in the restaurant and the food variety is meant for everyone. I would definitely come back, it was very comfortable stay for my elderly parents also and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool views.

It’s a very good property. Architecture, rooms, ambience of the property specially dinner in courtyard with bonfire, everything was up to mark. Mr. Donpal of F&B was there for anything related to food and made sure we have a great experience. Dinesh pal singh in the restaurant was on his toes to present everything whatever we demanded and his service was 10/10. Mr. Akshay in Sales was cordial enough to provide us the best possible rates and best category of rooms for our stay. Overall a truly Rajasthani warmth & experience. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay.

We traveled to Jodhpur from the USA after five years to attend and celebrate our close relative's wedding. We stayed for three days, and the services offered by the hotel staff were terrific in every aspect, including food quality and variety, as well as room service. The hotel's area and heritage construction are genuinely unique. When you stay here, you feel like you are in a palace. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip with my friends and relatives. Once again, I would like to thank the entire hotel staff and management team for their exceptional hospitality.

His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuinely caring nature made our visit truly memorable. Manish was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at the right moment and ensuring everything was perfect. He made great recommendations and served everything with a smile. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to providing an exceptional experience, and Manish definitely elevated our time at Umaid Palace.
