Was there for a wedding and stayed at Pawana. Had a pretty good time! I know the resort is for family gathering sort so we didn’t expect too many things for our two young daughters. Swimming within Pawana and having breakfast in our own villa were amazing. Butler Erwin and Hari made it very welcoming!

From start to finish, the team delivered world-class service in one of the most stunning settings imaginable. A special thank you to Velda, our event manager, whose professionalism, organization, and attention to detail made the planning process seamless. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and ensured every aspect of the event ran smoothly. On the other hand, Darna, our butler, elevated the guest experience in a completely different but equally impactful way. His warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care created a sense of ease and comfort that our guests truly appreciated. Velda and Darna each brought their own strengths—one with precision and execution, the other with heartfelt service—and together they made our event unforgettable. An absolutely outstanding Hotel experience for me. The service was super flawless, warm and friendly from. The room was a super nice and the bed just felt so comfortable. What impressed me most was the personal butler service, very discreet, attentive, and always with a big smile. And the best- the huge menu of the breakfast which was served into the room. The garden villa also do have a separate living room and dining area which you can use.

We had the most amazing experience celebrating our daughter’s wedding at the Ungasan. Our time was made very special by the entire staff; especially Rizka Henry. She is why we would choose to come back to celebrate upcoming celebrations. Had a wonderful experience at the Clifftop Resort. The landscape and surrounding area was breathtaking. Couldn't help but relax and take it all in in. Rooms and cleanliness made you feel like a king. The "butler" who's name was Rizka was phenomenal. She met me every morning with a cup of cappuccino- heaven. Just an amazing experience. All worth the value.

The most beautiful and memorable stay we’ve ever had! We booked out 3 villas, Ambar, Pawana & Tamarama for all our friends and family and have only had positive things to say about our whole experience. The attentiveness and organisation of the staff, especially from our butler in Tamarama, Erwin was spot on, our friends and family also had many good things to say about their villa and their staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and first class. The villas were also insanely beautiful and well maintained. We were sad to leave by the end of our trip. And we’re definitely looking forward to coming back again in the future. This was our second trip to The Ungasan and it was amazing as usual. Perfect for lots of kids and friends. The villas are a slice of paradise and Sundays feels like your own private beach club. More friends arrived later in the week for a birthday celebration which the team arranged on the clifftop with live music and great food from the onsite restaurants. We also had a couple of fully catered in-villa parties which was really impressive and seamless. The whole team are so welcoming and friendly and no request is too hard. We travel regularly as a family and this is our favourite place!
