Our stay at Ungasan Clifftop resort was exceptional! ||The resort and villa itself is stunning with breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere. ||What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. Our butlers, Hari, Pande, and Dewa, were beyond amazing. They were attentive, kind and professional, always available and ensuring everything was taken care of promptly. ||The food was excellent, fresh, great quality and well represented. ||Ungasan Clifftop Resort delivers a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. |We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and looking forward to our return!

Our stay at the Ungasan resort was beyond amazing! |We stayed at the Tamarama villa, and since day one, the staff made us feel delighted and amazed. Room service was exceptional, breakfast and care of all our needs. |We had days by the pools, movie night, sunset canapés and drinks. Gym, yoga, tennis and golf to keep us active every day. |Recommend it to anyone who wants a five-star experience and team. A big thank you to Hari, Dewa, and Pande.

Our family held a dream wedding event at The Ungasan this year. It could not have turned out better - beautiful villas, beautiful sunrise, priority pass to the Sunday beach club for drinks at sunset, an excellent wedding buffet spread by the Ungasan’s resident chef. Arya was our butler at Tamarama villa who provided excellent service. The resort was a homely and grand experience at the same time. Guests can enjoy a healthy breakfast in the morning followed by a relaxing infinity pool swim or massage, a round of tennis or golf, gym or a stroll at the beach.

Was there for a wedding and stayed at Pawana. Had a pretty good time! I know the resort is for family gathering sort so we didn’t expect too many things for our two young daughters. Swimming within Pawana and having breakfast in our own villa were amazing. Butler Erwin and Hari made it very welcoming!

An absolutely outstanding Hotel experience for me. The service was super flawless, warm and friendly from. The room was a super nice and the bed just felt so comfortable. What impressed me most was the personal butler service, very discreet, attentive, and always with a big smile. And the best- the huge menu of the breakfast which was served into the room. The garden villa also do have a separate living room and dining area which you can use.

Incredible experience, the villa is magnificent and impeccably clean. The butlers, Arya and Rizka, are extremely attentive and always available and responsive to the slightest request. Here, it’s all about relaxation and enjoyment—no worries at all, they take care of everything.||I absolutely loved the experience and highly recommend it without hesitation!

The Ungasan Clifftop Resort was the most incredible wedding venue we could have ever dreamed of. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable! Delivered with a smile and a level of class that is truly rare to find. No request was ever too much for the teame, every detail was handled with such care and warmth that it made us feel completely at ease. The villa itself was breathtaking, and one of the highlights was the in villa BBQ the night before our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff who prepared and served it were outstanding. They created such a welcoming, celebratory atmosphere that set the tone perfectly for the big day. The Ungasan team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was flawless, and they did so with such genuine kindness and professionalism. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue or more attentive staff. It was an unforgettable experience that we will treasure forever.
