"Head Upstairs For a Drink So called because it’s located above sister restaurant Pintxo, The Upstairs is indeed up a flight of stairs, but once you’re inside, it feels like a cozy, if dimly lit, living room, complete with Victorian-style couches and wingback chairs, hardwood floors, and artfully shabby rugs. The vibe is quiet and relaxed, a welcome break from the frenetic partying of other Belltown hot spots. They offer a good beer selection, plus classic and modern craft cocktails; connoisseurs will appreciate that the Moscow Mule is served in a pleasantly weighty copper mug. Happy hour is daily from 5-8 p.m. and features $4 wells, $2 off cocktails, and tasty tapas like bacon-wrapped dates and marinated manchego."

Went for a work happy hour. Good drinks and food! Had a bit of everything. The bacon-wrapped dates were great, the cheesy dip was delicious. Mushrooms were also good, and that potato quiche was also creamy and tasty. Had the Bees Knees which was I think $6 on happy hour and it was excellent.

One of the top cocktail bars in the city. It has a very cozy atmosphere but can get very hot and crowded in the summer. Happy hour drinks are a good deal. The bartenders are always very friendly and knowledgable.

Happy hour until 8 PM weekdays. Food was great. Get the bacon wrapped dates. Drinks were also delicious. Small venue, but didn't get too crowded while I was there. Friday night after work and didn't get busy until 7:30.

Arguably the best bar I've ever been too in a long time. I've travelled the world. I've done things that others haven't. This bar filled a void I've had for some time. I went on a Sunday. I drank a liquor I usually avoid. I was with my mom. All things aside, I had a blast. Go there. If thinking of going elsewhere....stop. Go there. Be a champ and let the bar staff pick a drink for you. You'll thank me later.

Cozy upstairs bar with funky lounge seating. Friendly service. Drinks and food were so so. Cocktail was a little watery and didn't have a distinctive flavor. Unless you really like the vibe, there are a lot better options in the area.

Found this place by chance and totally fell in love. Drink prices are fair and the cocktails are really, really good. There are games hidden in a small cabinet by the entrance. And who ever picks the tunes has great taste in music.

This bar was fun, but it was extremely packed. I could tell they make good cocktails, but with it being upstairs and so crowded it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Hopefully I can come back when it's less busy and really experience it.

Tip: Live music, hip decor, and a great bar serving great cocktails and drinks make this a place to hang out, catch up and enjoy your company. The upstairs location makes it feel like you've found a secret hideout or just are hanging out at a cool party.
