The Urbanist

Located just outside our hotel, it’s been a good location for the odd drink. However, it is a little tired and dated. Their menu is out of date and doesn’t have a lot of things on there. Especially the beer. What I’ve had has been good, it could just do with being refreshed, or have a board with their beers listed.

Good coffee, very nice matcha latte (not too bitter, yet not too sweet). Friendly service and cool interior design. The place itself a bit tight, but overall that's ok.

Just a few feet from the biggest cafe where everyone goes abroad lies this cozy café. Good prices, nice music, good coffee.

Cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Nice menu and big variety of beers. Bit hipster for my taste but still a nice concept store. There are some T-shirts and accessories by pork it’s a Romanian designer and some staff by carharrt. There are tables also outside on the pedestrian street where you can sit have your coffee, beer or drink.

We had breakfast here, loved the place. Awesome vibes!

Amazing cappucino, both in flavour and skill he showed when making it. Great concept with clothes store and cafe. Cafe part is definitely good enough so not need the clothes, but gives it that extra touch. For me the music was a bit loud, but I usually listen to my own music so didn't matter so much. Worth a visit, Bucu's best coffee I tasted so far)))

Hip pub and cafe in the Old City Center. Cool vibes, posh coffee and craft ales. Here you can taste some Hop Hooligans stuff - the best craft brewers in Romania. Highly recommended if you're in the mood for a craft beer.
