Went here for breakfast at opening time which is 8:30. the staff were friendly and kind . We ordered the red velvet latte which was delicious a cappuccino and the sour dough toast w beans and hashbrowns and the I had the omelette. The food was nice if a little dry. Overall good experience and I would come back and I am keen t on try the desserts which look great.

It's in a very central location, near the cathedral, under beautiful arches. Very beautiful spot. One girl at the counter was very helpful, some other a bit less. Food was ok, not the worst, not the best. I got my order slightly wrong, but it wasn't the end of the world, I ate it anyway. The soup of the day in my opinion was a bit acidic.. even if I only had 4-5 spoons, I felt it coming back up few hours later. Maybe was just not a lucky one!

It is a family run enterprise. Great friendly staff and proud owner. Food was out of the world. Tomato soup tasted divine. Mediterranean platter was scrumptious. Recommend to vegan and veggie lovers.

Recommended by our tour guide and indeed it is healthy and delicious. Four stars list though for the attitude of the Indian (?) cashier with glasses. Before cutoff for all other food and she BLUNTLY said she could only do one dish and rang it up right away without asking if wanted anything else - I could have gone for a pastry but I guess no thank you… rude enough that I wouldn’t myself come back

It is such a shame; this used to be one of my favourite cafes in Canterbury. Whilst the food is still tasty, the portion sizes for the price are stupidly small. I paid £11.60 this weekend for a buddha bowl to take away and was given about half of a standard portion that didn’t even cover the bottom of the container, and went less than half the way up the sides. The quantity was probably worth about £5. The staff were absolutely run off their feet and the service was incredibly slow. Really disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot continue to recommend this spot.

Always delicious and healthy food here. It's the tastiest and freshest food you'll find in Canterbury and I would highly recommend it. Lovely smoothies and juices too. I always feel well nourished when I leave here. Just wish they opened in the evenings for dinner!

This is my second time here. Last one about a year ago left such a lasting memory to our group I had to come back. They are dog friendly, food is actually delicious with fair price and the service is very very good. It's hard to find a place in the UK that meets all those points but this place has. Also having free water to drink is such a small but important thing a lot of other places neglect to install. Will he back.

We searched for a good place for vegans to eat in Canterbury and The Veg Box came up. We could see online that we had plenty of Tim as it closed at 5pm. We arrived just before 4pm, asked if we had to wait to be seated to eat and told we could just sit down. Browsed the menu briefly and at 4.05pm went to order food. At this point we were told we were not allowed to order our choice as they were no longer serving hot food but told that we could order cold food. Selected again and paid for the food and 2 cans of very over priced fizzy drinks. 10 minutes later, we were told that in fact we could not have one of the choices of food we had made as they did not have all of ingredients needed. We were then offered a refund for the dish they were unable to make. I had to follow the file to the till to get this. She was not competent enough with the till to do a refund so this took about 5 minutes. Eventually I got a refund for the dish. We shared the only dish we could order, the Buddha Bowl. This was very tasty, particularly the quinoa and garlic yogurt. We then left to get more food elsewhere. The lovely girls serving were very friendly and apologetic as the untrained staff were all put on the same shift. We would not have gone here had we have known we would have been buying an overpriced drink to accompany a dish we could not even have or to share 1 dish! £19.90 for 2 cans of fizzy and a bowl of salad!!!!!
