First of all the place is beautiful. The color scheme is just gorgeous and the details of each fixture required thought. The chairs are plush and comfortable. They always offer a cup of fruit and drinks from water to mixed drinks...on the house. This really sets the tone for relaxation and pampering. I love to huge amount of polish colors and brands! The staff is always friendly and there to provide great service while maintaining a calm, soothing atmosphere. Every one is dressed neatly and show up looking their best. The pedicures are amazing! You always get a fresh chair, towels and pedicure bowl liner! I don't know his name but they have a guy that walks around the entire time cleaning and replacing towels, making sure that the facility looks immaculate for every single customer. Yes the place is beautiful and well maintained, but my favorite nail technician is Kelly!!! Kelly is by far the most thorough and creative nail tech in the building. She is sweet and patient and pays attention to everything. There is never a crooked nail, a poor filing or a chipped polish. I can even bring outlandish styles I have found on Pinterest and Kelly can recreate the exact photograph. She is super knowledgeable about the products and has introduced me to gels and techniques that I did not know exist. She also waxes my eyebrows and I am not even a fan of wax, I am a thread kinda girl!! But baby listen, Kelly does an incredible job!!! To top it all off she is gorgeous! Now I don't know about ya'll but I like by beauty services performed by people who look the part...and Kelly is soooo freaking pretty!!! If you really want a phenomenal experience, please visit The Venetian Nail Spa on Memorial! It's truly worth every penny!!!

I visited this nail salon on August 30th for a full set with French tips and a design. The nail tech was very kind, but unfortunately the quality of the work did not match the $93 I was charged. French tips are an extra fee, yet no underlay color was applied to blend with my nails — the acrylics were glued on and the tips painted, leaving them unfinished in appearance. There are also several noticeable flaws in the set, as shown in the picture. I reached out to the salon on Instagram to address the issue but never received a response. For the price paid, I expected better quality and customer service.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time, and I’ve always supported this salon. I recently paid $197 for my manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately, the service kept failing within less than a week, woke up the next morning slit nail. I had to come back four times to have my nails redone because they kept cracking across the bed of the nail some causing bleeding. Today, I still gave the technician a cash tip, for the redo, when I called this fourth time they recommended redoing them all. I was charged for the redo even though, I paid for a service I never truly got to enjoy. Each time taking off work missing money for something that I shouldn’t deal with until two weeks later. After paying nearly $200 and spending so much time in the chair all week, I honestly feel I should not have been charged again. I recommend the place because when it comes to OSHA compliance they are top-tier. I don’t have to worry about my safety, or health. When I first decided to use this nail shop, I made a TikTok review that brought a lot of customers here. Many of their current clients came after seeing my review, but after today’s experience, I can no longer recommend this salon. I will be sharing honest reviews of other nail shops in the area on my platform. I was not expecting this level of disappointment after being such a loyal supporter. I’ve never asked for anything free. I just expected the quality and service to match the price and time I’ve invested.

Went in really pretty place and clean told them what I wanted Power nails and pedicure(milk &honey) NO ISSUE WITH THE PEDICURE Brian was great. Nail tech comes in i tell her what I want she said ok but felt like she got upset when i said nails where too little, and from then I felt attitude after that I just felt like I couldn't say anything else when I spoke about my nais being too long now she just said but you wanted long nails, basically just paid and left very unsatisfied.

First time here. Very clean. Good customer service. Received a complimentary drink & a cup of assorted grapes. Nice & refreshing. Chose the Tropical Pedicure. Nathan did an excellent job with the leg & foot massage, very relaxing. Very satisfied with the pedicure. Will definitely come back.

This is by far the most beautiful nail salon I’ve been to before. After going to many across Houston, this one is its own category of excellence. It’s sparkling clean inside, and the attention to detail, from its decor to its service it’s sublime. Trish was my nail artist and she did a wonderful job! I will be coming back!

First time here and I’ll definitely be back! It was so clean and felt very luxurious. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They gave us cups of fresh crisp grapes and drinks. I had my 8 year old who got a pedicure and my 10 month old who sat on my lap. They were so sweet with my kids. The attention to detail was so refreshing. It’s quite a drive for me but I’ll definitely be back! I would 100% recommend to anyone

Took my wife to get her feet done for her birthday celebrations! I wanted to try a new nail spa and I am so glad we did! Beautiful refreshing atmosphere, serine vibes and our feet feel amazing. I will go out my way to come back to this spa again! I was also given a 10% discount because it was my wife's birthday. Thank you!

Tried this nail salon out while in Houston. The place was beautifully decorated for Halloween. I thought the service was decent upon arrival they ask you what drinks you would like and what service you would like to get done. They quickly direct you to a seat and start working on your nails. Prices for pedicure and nail enhancement services such as Dip Powder as well as gel X is a bit high but the work of the nail artists is truly amazing and very clean. At first I came in to do gel polish only then I decided to try gel-X as I wanted my nails to grow longer. Both Kristy and Angel were truly amazing and loved their work. I did cat eye red nails for Halloween and regular red nail polish for my feet. Amy one of the owners was also very kind. The only minor thing is that their machine charges a 7 percent fee for card usage which they stated hopefully that will be replaced with a new system soon. I will definitely recommend this salon.

Chloe did a fabulous job on my nails! I used to see her at another nail spa and heard she moved, so I actually traveled to Houston just to have her do my nails again she's that good! She always does my Gel X manicure exactly how I want it. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, and the prices truly reflect the quality of the work and the experience. Highly recommend both Chloe and this location Definitely request Chloe if you want a Pinterest-worthy Gel X manicure done to perfection!

Loved my experience at Venetian Nail Salon! The service was amazing and everyone was super friendly. Hien and Quinn did my nails and they came out really nice--exactly how I wanted. Definitely my new go-to spot!

Initially enjoyed my experience until a new customer came in and the manager stood by my nail tech and rushed her to finish quickly with me and go to attend the new customer which caused my nail tech to rush on me and commit a few mistakes that then had to be corrected by another nail tech. This experiencing shouldn't have happened I paid for my time and I wish I would have been able to get it done correctly the first time and have been able to leave and not deal with it turning into such a time-consuming visit. Management was definitely made me uncomfortable with their presence and definitely was the reason why i disliked my visit outcome . DO BETTER . Also i left with mistakes still on my nails but felt defeated with all the time it was taking to continue correcting.

Horrible job on my nails. Nothing like the photos I showed. Overpriced and under delivered. Not worth wasting money.

Have enjoyed this nail salon now 5-6 times. I love it every time. The facilities are brand new and beautiful. The service is fantastic and I always leave enjoying the experience. Been to many, this so far is my favorite

Had the most amazing pedicure this evening my Nina. She took her time, was kind, very accommodating to my requests and was willing to apply pressure during the massage after I asked. Highly recommend checking this new place out! Ask for Nina!

Upon my visit The Venetian I must say everything was a 10/10 and great quality. The customer service, my manicure & full set of Gel X, the atmosphere, the relaxing spa music, and my nail tech Yvonne all of the above was exquisite and excellent. Susan also did great on my pedicure. I will definitely return, and also invite my mother. What a great experience to start the New year, I am overjoyed by my results!

Beautiful and clean nail salon. Just had a manicure by a tech who was very rude! She didn't like that I wanted shorter nails and was very put out that I asked her to make them a little shorter. She made a few comments to the tech next to her under her breath and it wasn't nice. Will not be back!

They lied about the price for half leg wax saying its $50 but it was actually $40. And they were rude and had zero respect for the customers.

Love love this place!! I always recommend Tiffany! But they have so many good nail techs. My nails stay on for weeks! Plus great pricing

MY NAILS have little damage as shes guides me to have my natural look which is what I want. I travel for this technician. Followed her from the last salon AND her acrylic game is the best ever coming from 30 years experience of nail salons I only go to Katie Katie Katie is the best Yes Yes Yes

Brand new location! Very clean salon with all new equipment. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I am very pleased with my pedicure and will be returning again!! Lucy did a great job on my feet and I really enjoyed her massage.

This is a gorgeous and luxurious nail spa that offers other services such as facials, waxing and eeyebrow shaping. The technicians are all specially trained and licensed. Lynn is my go-to, but all are equally skilled and talented.

Super clean and everyone was so nice! My husband and I both got pedicures, they did an amazing job! Took their time and allowed us to really relax and enjoy.
