The Veranda

This place is great. There is something for everyone! The biggest problem is parking. You’re lucky if you can find a spot after 5 minutes of circling. It would totally be 5 Star Sf if it wasn’t for the parking situation.

This is a beautiful place to eat or hang out. Lots of public tables and a nice fire pit to sit and chill. Bars and restaurants are plentiful and good quality. The vibe and ambiance are fantastic here. 🙌 Highly recommend

I absolutely love this shopping center. Parking can be a problem but other than that it is clean, has great stores and restaurants and is a wonderful place to spend the day or evening. Go to a movie, dinner, shopping, Dave & Busters. There is a bookstore, Sephore, Cost Plus TJ Maxx, and so many restaurants and even a cotton candy machine! And of course the best movie theatre in the area. Spend some time here. This is what shopping centers should be like. They just need a parking structure.

For a large, corporate owned shopping center, the people behind the The Veranda actually designed a fairly warm, inviting space that succeeds in several areas: -layout does not feel or look like the vast majority of boring, cookie-cutter shopping/dining centers in the East Bay. With the cool water fountain feature (kind of like a miniature Bellagio water fountain attraction), interesting lighting at night, the area for kids to play, the ice rink in winter, the music, and the ample outdoor seating with tables and heat lamps, the layout feels a bit more European and less “corporate American strip mall.” So…kudos and thanks for that. -food and beverage options for adults are a step above similar shopping centers (their offerings blow Pacific Commons in Fremont out of the water!). Residual Sugar wine bar, Mikuni Sushi, Doppio Zero Italian…all great dining options for a grown up day/night out “on the town,” and a million times better than a shopping center that is predominantly fast food or horrible corporate chains like Chilis, Olive Garden, and Applebees. So whomever was in charge of attracting better food and beverage options, great job! We appreciate it! Overall, a great example of how a suburban shopping center can actually be designed to be a step above your typical “strip mall” full of nothing but boring corporate chain restaurants and fast food joints. It’s a decent mix of places, way more inviting than most shopping centers, and it always has a lively vibe. Keep it up, Veranda management. People need more “third spaces” like this to dine out, socialize, grab a drink, shop, or just sit on a bench and soak up the lively atmosphere!

It’s huge store with all different kinds of clothes for kids and youth and adults. For sports, party, swimming suits, shorts, Shoes, sunglasses. Make sure finish your purchase before they closing time. At closing time, they are going to stop you and keep telling you to go to cashier. One more things, make sure DO NOT pick anything in the line. They put many things in the way to the cashier. Like, chocolate, candy, brush, little toys, with super high prices. Make sure look kids to DO NOT take anything. They sell a little fruit gummy worth for $0.20 they sell it $2.00 and so on.

Excellent and beautiful mall. Parking was a bit tough, but its expected considering the shops, restaurants and movie complex they have. It's so beautiful. Totally enjoyed with kids. Nothing changed. Still more beautiful.

Super busy Shopping center, The Veranda with many more shops developing and a nice area for young kids to play. Parking was full and I drove around and found parking after a few minutes.

Very clean upscale plaza that has a great selection of shops & restaurants to include desserts eateries!

I enjoyed visiting The Veranda while I was in Concord. This place was clean and pretty with the water fountain and outdoor seating area. I realize now that I didn't visit the whole place as their directory/map shows more stores that I didn't get to visit. There's plenty of parking in their lots, and I see the security driving around so I felt very safe there. I visited several stores while I was there-Cost Plus World Market, TJ Maxx, Sephora, and Old Navy. I got Mikuni takeout, which was delish. The staff at Cost Plus World Market was friendly and attentive. I also visiting Dave & Busters to check it out, and it was definitely popping especially for the kiddos. I would definitely return again if I was in the area. :)

Overall rating: - Great potential, but room to improve. Service was not to a standard due to each brand had their MVP. The Veranda offers a solid selection of stores, food spots, and services, with something for every taste and budget -- from full meals to snacks, groceries to gym access, and beauty to boutique shops. The value is there if you know where to shop, and there's a good spread for all price points. That said, the experience depends on when you go. The parking lot gets extremely congested, especially on weekends and evenings. While the shopping center is visually nice, security feels hit or miss, and there's a growing issue with unsupervised youth -- bikes and scooters zipping through crowds with little correction or oversight. It can feel chaotic at peak hours. The location is convenient, right off the freeway and across from Sunvalley Mall, and EV drivers will appreciate the Tesla and electric vehicle chargers. But to truly shine, The Veranda needs to tighten up crowd control, safety, and parking flow. Worth visiting for the selection and convenience -- but go during off-hours for the best experience.

Parking. Don't even attempt to come here on a Friday night. Or weekend. The parking is half the battle. Takes 15-20 minutes to find any. Not worth it. We have completely changed plans solely due to the nightmare of parking here.

Excellent customer service from the staff. I went to see the 3pm showing. The staff were fast and efficient. The movie was great . Great value of the food and drinks. I got my free refill quickly. Once again thank you for the staff.

Our first visit to The Veranda - but we will be back! Large, upscale, new shopping mall in the heart of Concord. It's all outdoors and the property is gorgeous. Mostly restaurants - and good ones! We can't wait to come back and try more places. There is a nice Sephora and TJ Maxx and World Market. Also a very nice Barnes and Noble. I kept thinking - a great date spot! Giant Luxe movie theater too. There is a large water feature with dancing fountains and it was so nice just to sit outside and chit chat. We came on a Friday and it got very very busy around 5:30. I would say come early to find good parking and get into the restaurants. Awesome use of that parcel of land!! Loved it.

Me trying to catch up on reviews from January 2023, edition #2! Lol Nice place to shop and dine here in the Bay Area of Cali! Years ago, I once bounced around the bay long before The Veranda existed. In my day, Sun Valley Mall was poppin'!! IYKYK! This is a nice outdoor shopping center worth checking out located in Concord. I was here to meet up with friends from forever ago. It was nice to catch up, eat, and walk around. Be sure to get your selfie at the big red chair!! I recommend coming here for whatever may need. There are several parking lots here, but exercise caution as it gets busy during the holidays and other peak times. Plan ahead and have a nice visit!

Love going to this area for eating, shopping and just browsing around. They have a large movie theater, plenty of shops (pretty much all large retailers), a large arcade, big and small restaurants and a tiny little playground with one climbing structure. My little one is still a little too little for this- I wish there were more options for tiny tykes but I still enjoy bringing little man here. Super packed on the weekends and especially around Christmas time but such a gem on the weekdays if you can make it!

Yes - parking does suck here but that means it's a super popular spot everyone flocks to! The Veranda is a great addition to this area of town and there is a ton of restaurants, shops, and community building areas. Some cuisine highlights: - Doppio Zero: Italian- delicious pizzas, burrata salad, and fresh pastas) - Mikuni: Japanese- tasty happy hour- love the sakefin and Agedashi tofu) - Puesto Mexican- another great happy hour spot! Recommend the Hero taco (lobster and filet mignon) from their secret menu and their alcoholic drinks, especially the margaritas - Shabuya: Asian - AYCE Hot pot - Yardhouse: American- gourmet bar eats There is outdoor seating and family friendly activities, including a playground, live bands, water fountain, seasonal ice skating, and movie theater. Good luck finding parking!

Do not come here for the ice skating! The prices are cheaper than most places but that's for a reason this rink is TINY! Service was fast as easy but the skates left our feet super wet for some reason. I regret making the drive out here for a rink that was very overhyped online, it also looks a lot bigger on the website where we bought our tickets. Save your money and time do not come here. The only good thing about this rink is that they use a mini zamboni between sessions, but they don't wait long enough between for the ice to harden up.

Parking is absolutely HORRENDOUS during peak hours on weekends. Good luck finding a spot if you're dining here, you might have to park on the opposite end and walk over. Expect to drive around in circles hunting for a parking spot. I wish there was a parking garage. That being said, it is a popular shopping area with good dining options. There's also an Escape Room, something that I'll have to check out in the future. The shopping center is lovely during the holiday season, there is an ice rink during the winter/holiday months.

Our favorite go-to shopping experience in the Concord area, they have plenty of options to choose from when it comes to the shop and dining my main favorite stores are World Market, TJ Maxx, and Banana Republic, Please come and visit and support the community this is an awesome place for your family and friends and family!

Nice Place to hang out with the kids and family a lot of good spots to have a drinks, food & ice cream. Ping pong tables nice seating areas!!

The Veranda has many shops that have excellent service. There are a many selection of shops & eateries. Some shops have great sales & good value.

This outdoor shopping center has all the chain stores I have come to expect in a sprawling shopping center, and a lot of restaurants. There is also a movie theater, a Whole Food Market, and ice skating during the holidays. I don't shop much; if I did this would be one of my stops. The parking lot is always jammed-packed, but I never see that many people here. Every time I have been here it has been hard to find a parking spot and when I get out of the car I never see shoppers. It is a mystery where they go. I went on a Yelp scavenger hunt here last year and really explored the center. I don't think the Veranda is pedestrian friendly. I go to malls to walk in bad weather. However, the movie theater has comfortable seats, and there are enough restaurants to encourage me to return.

A great shopping center offering many different stores. Parking was a bit difficult during the holiday shopping extravaganza but normally throughout the year its not impossible. The landscaping and buildings are very good looking. Its a newer area and is of the outdoor trendy type. I still don't exactly understand why indoor malls are so out of style.... especially during one of these atmospheric rivers where we have non stop rain for days and days. A great variety of newer trendy shops. Eat, drink be merry. Most are chains and not too interesting. All the more reason to help out those mom and pop shops when you see them. Now that Christmas is behind us its actually the best time to go shopping. I'm not advising you buy decorations at 75% off - you've got enough of that sort of stuff. Avoid old Christmas cookies too that are heavily discounted. I don't want you to get round around the middle and blame me. I'm suggesting you look for children's toys and jackets. Perfect time for that. Do not park at the neighboring shopping center and walk across the street to this one. Thats taboo and there are these rental cops that spy on you if you do that sort of thing. Thats a no no.

A relatively new shopping center that offers dining, shopping, and amusement type activities. Visible security patrolling up and down parking lot as well as security around shops, which provides a since of safety while shopping. Parking: Non existent at peak hours. Expect extra time to park if you have reservations at a specific time. The parking lot has extremely small spots plus crazy drivers trying to find parking so the extra small spots don't help. On street parking none. Just have to wait till one person leaves and be lucky. Shopping: Lots of restaurants and popular shops such as Old Navy, Whole foods, Sephora, and Tj max. Many restaurants such as Mod pizza, Shabuya or Texas De Brazil. Lots to choose from. Overall: A highly popular destination with far too many people per parking spots available. With great shops and restaurants, you may want to come on the weekdays where parking may not be a trouble.

Great place for shopping, eating and relaxing! They have plenty of outdoor seating as well as a playground area for kids and a beautiful water fountain show right across the movie theater. They have a lot of dining options, a wine bar, ice cream, and several shops like Sephora, World Market , TJ Maxx. This plaza is always busy so of course parking can be difficult to find, however, it's not too bad if you are willing to park a little further from the restaurants. I often like to walk my pup around the plaza, he loves watching the water fountain!

It's a fairly new shopping center. Wasn't sure if it is considered an outside mall but it's beautiful. There are stores here that we all like such as TJ Maxx, World Market, Barnes and Nobles, just to name a few. But I like coming here for the restaurants and other things to do like the Escape Room and Dave and Buster. There's also free wifi! Yay! So when you come here to shop, you can eat here as well, and bring the kiddos to the play area or just hang out, sit, have coffee. Did I mention there's an Imax theater here? Yes there's is, come meet your friends at the movies. I should let you know there's a wrap around parking lot. Fair warning, on holidays, it's a little harder to find a parking spot.

Nice outdoor shopping center. I've been here more than ten times since they opened. There's shopping, eateries, etc. Most of the time I come to The Veranda is to dine at Shabuya which is an all you can eat hot pot restaurant. This shopping center needs more restroom locations. There's only one location for the restrooms which is near the Veranda Luxe Cinema & IMAX. The restrooms are pretty clean and there's a nice indoor sitting area before the restroom entrance. Sometimes parking spaces are hard to find so should allow extra time for parking.

One of my favorite places to shop, the restaurants are all pretty amazing. I love the little kid area, and the stores are all pretty good. I never have a bad experience with the customer service. I also love the look of it, very upscale looking.

If you're feeling a little Beverly Hills on any given day, this is THE SPOT! Nice upscale layout offering a luxuryish experience. Great food and drinks lovely fountain with a color show at night and live music is frequently played. Activities for the kiddos such as a play park and an amazing IMAX theater with alllll the perks. They put up an ice skating rink in the winter next to the theater that stays open even after the holidays! Also a cool spot to chill with friends and enjoy the ambiance with plenty of outdoor and indoor dining options for everyone. Nice place to go shopping. Would recommend it as a place to bring out of town guests if a day out shopping and socializing is your thing. Happy this place is here!

I drove by this place so many times and didn't really think too much about it since their freeway sign didn't really tell me a lot... or maybe it didn't help that I may have been driving too fast to really pay attention. And then one day, Hubbers decided to check out The Yard House and that's when I realized THIS was the Veranda. It's HUGE. The Yard House isn't the only place to check out. There's EMC, World Market (where Hubbers and parentals scored some home stuff), Whole Foods (where Hubbers scored specialty cheeses) TJ Maxx, Dave and Busters, Old Navy, Sephora, Silverlake Ramen, etc... there's plenty of things to see and do at this place! Parking can't be an issue here because it is a-plenty so I don't see it as an issue. (Although, I've only been here a couple of times, both non-peak hours, so I may not be as accurate as I feel to be.) I also found that round-about at one of their entries, which I feel wasn't necessary (not really a fan, it could cause some confusion with first timers, possible minor accidents) but I guess it adds a little touch to a grandiose place. Both times were great times. Will most likely return.

Worst parking lot ever. You will not find a place to park on busy nights. Dont bother

3 for parking!!! Lots of great businesses at this center but the parking is terrible. If you want to come on a weekend or busy weeknight...... think again. You'll easily drive around the parking lot for 10+ minutes looking for a spot and will more than likely end up parking on the other side of the lot away from your desired destination. Why this center did not put in a parking structure is beyond me. The venue itself is beautiful. The landscape is always well manicured. The lights during Christmas are beautiful. Security is always visible, whether you're walking around or driving around. The fountain is beautiful and dances to music. Lots of outdoor seating and seasonal events. This place would be perfect if the parking wasn't so crappy.

A great shopping center with different dining options and stores. I enjoy their water fountain and the lights. It's reminiscent of the water fountain show in Las Vegas ;) Parking can be extremely tough to find, but, that's because it's a nice place to hang out.

The good: This is a wonderful outdoor, kid-friendly shopping plaza with mostly restaurants/eateries. There's a movie theatre and some clothing stores but this is more of a spot to go to for food and hanging out with family. There's a big faux grass area where kids can play and a giant jungle gym that looks super fun for active kiddos. There's also a water fountain area that splashes a lot (great for the summer) and an outdoor piano. Many of the restaurants have outdoor dining options so you can people-watch. The area looks newly developed and modern. There are lots of Instagrammable areas here. I have no idea why the reviews for this place aren't higher! I'd definitely want to come back and try more of the food spots. The bad: The parking lot can get crowded. The interesting: They have complimentary wheelchairs at the security desk. They have free wifi as well. Every Wednesday until October they'll have outdoor musical performances on the lawn area.

I used to go here a lot when I still lived in Solano County due to their huge selection of foods and things to do. I recommend trying Shabuya, Gen, Devils & Angel Ice Cream (I usually get the pistachio drink), and watching movies at the Luxe theater (order their chocolate chip cookies, you won't regret it). When I'm in this area, I also like to walk around and occasionally shop at Old Navy, World Market, and Barnes and Nobles. The ambiance is beautiful as well. There are chairs surrounding the shops, in case you want to rest and relax. There's a beautiful fountain that lights up at night. For children, there is a playground located in the middle, right next to the fountain, and sometimes they have extra activities such as foosball, table tennis, and ice skating during special occasions. If you want to try other foods near the area, I recommend Fuji Buffet (it's on the plaza right across from it). If you're done walking around the area, you can also go to the mall, which is only a few minutes away called Sunvalley Shopping Center.

I love coming here. Wonderful food and entertainment. Some of my family and I went ice skating. It's a small rink and crowded, but nice to have the opportunity. (why I gave only 4 stars). There is a Ko Cups, they ate here. It looked really good. There is a red door escape room. We didn't get to try it this time. I am happy we had the time to come here. It was worth the drive. clean areas, play spaces, fine shopping, luxe movie theatre with IMAX. There is a Sephora here which is pretty cool. I hope to come back soon!

As I was driving on 680, I noticed a really nice shopping mall off to the right and had to check it out. I pulled into the lot and saw there was plenty of parking, which is the norm during these COVID times. This plaza looked amazing as it's still pretty new, clean, and has a variety of stores and restaurants to check out. While not everything is open, there are a fair number of restaurants offering outdoor dining, delivery, and take out. Curbside pickup has been installed and are visible when passing by. What's Open (as of 8/15/2020) - EMC Seafood & Raw Bar - Ko Cups - Mikuni - Mod Pizza - Peet's Coffee - Poke Bowl - Popbar - Puesto - Residual Sugar Wine Bar - Silverlake Ramen - Super Duper Burgers - Yardhouse The entertainment/fitness places such as Dave & Buster's, City Sports, Red Door Escape Room, and the Veranda Luxe Cinema are still temporarily closed due to local restrictions. Play areas are still closed for safety. Continue to monitor their website for status updates.

This place is not what it is cracked up to be. Sure it's nice but you can never find parking. I mostly only go over there to eat, because when I shopped I got my car broken into...

The place to be in Concord is the Veranda. This shopping center has all the stores you want to go into. The Veranda is your alternative to go shopping if you don't want to go to Sun Valley Mall. You have Gap, Old Navy, TJ Maxx, Banana Republic. Heck there is even Whole Foods Market, Barnes & Noble, and Peet's Coffee in this shopping center. I think what Veranda does to grab people's attention is having events. Before the pandemic there were Friday Morning Yoga! They even had Kickboxing being held on Friday Morning. You wouldn't believe that before the Veranda existed it use to be a huge Chevron Building. The Veranda surely makes you forget what use to be there. Stores has come and go within the years. Remember the Coffee Shop and Toys R Us? You wouldn't believe those use to be in The Veranda. Let hope that The Veranda doesn't die down. We need The Veranda.

Such a cute outdoor shopping area. Perfect for visiting with friends, perfect amount of stores to shops, a handful of restaurants, book store with Starbucks inside. Enough sitting and lounge area to take a break and relax. Parking is a little tough, but if you get there earlier in the day you should be good.

Every Restaurant and Store there is excellent, a great place to relax, shop, eat and drink, a phenomenal experience for everyone.

Nice looking outdoor shopping mall. Large clean public bathroom. Plenty of shops. A few strange characters wandering about. Nice green space.

Shopping Center is okay. Parking is a bit limited. They do have a lot of outdoor seating and a nice water fountain.

The Veranda is beautiful and appealing with good shopping, food, and entertainment options. If you have not visited I recommend checking it out. The food options are pretty good for a shopping center, but their price point is a bit higher than average for the area. In addition to the businesses their grounds have a few nice features that feel very family friendly, like a playground and a water fountain near outdoor food vendors. The only real downside is that parking can be tough at peak times, maybe they should have built a parking garage!

Stopped by this shopping center while I was in town & loved how close it was from the hotel. Fun place to hang out with friends & family. Parking can be a bit challenging at times. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely come back to check out all the businesses here

I really liked this shopping center. The only thing I did not like was the parking was horrible! I went through half the lot and only found someone walking to their car and hunted the space down! Took off one star for the parking. The theater is nice and next to an ice skating rink which was cool ( like the pun?!)! It was fun watching the kids and teens skate! Lots of different restaurants and beautiful water fountains. Nice place to go on a date ( or to go with my kids)!

The Veranda has been a highly popular addition to Concord with its mix of restaurants, stores like T.J. Maxx, an IMAX theater - and my favorite, a Barnes and Noble bookstore! We would go there more often if we were not marooned over in East Concord where it's a 30 minute drive. I mainly wanted to mention the parking situation. We were surprised that even on a weekday at lunchtime it was near impossible to find a spot -obviously the restaurants do a stellar lunch business. We finally found a few empty spaces in the very last aisle near Diamond Boulevard. (Customers with mobility issues need to be aware and may require drop-off if no handicap slots are open.) If you come at a busy time, and can't find anything, we did notice a possible work around. Make a left on Willow Way off Diamond Boulevard coming in, and park in one of the remote areas of the Willows. Then it's a short dash across the street directly into Veranda. Not ideal, but desperate times...

Veranda is cool, definitely better then the old chevron hq that was here before! The parking lot is huge and always near capacity. Smell heavily like exhaust from all the traffic, but not verandas fault. Its a societal issue. Love the play structure for the kid, so we purchase$8 beers and $12 rice bowls! But as of this review the play structure is closed due to maintenance. The wine bar guy said the ground service is super slow making repairs, the fire pat has been dead all year! So we will be lucky if the play structure is repaired by august! Way to go property owner!! The theatre is nice, nick the greek was tasty, the mexican place was super over priced!! But the tequila bar was really elaborate and cool from an engineering standpoint! The boy loves the water fountains, very nice touch, fun to hang out at! The crumble is super tasty!!

Long, long ago, Chevron bought several acres on I-680 and put a large office complex here. They moved all their workers out in the early 2000s, and sold the now-valuable land. So Chevron Park, Concord is now . . . a shopping mall. Well, okay then. If you haven't been to Concord since Chevron Park was there, then you will not recognize the area. The Veranda is open and nearly all leased. Several long buildings on the perimeter, with a ginormous parking lot in the middle, and no matter when I've gone, I had to search for parking. I don't know if people moved their retail therapy from Sun Valley to the Veranda, or they like the new place, but Concord has certainly embraced The Veranda. It's already seen some turnover. Toys R Us moved from Tarjay to the Veranda . . . and then the company promptly closed all of their stores immediately after the move. I don't miss it, the toys were expensive anyway. Actually roughly half of the stores here would be considered middle-priced. There are exceptions, especially Old Navy. But for the most part, its price point is halfway between Puke & Shop and Broadway Plaza. Dinner and a show? Yes with the Luxe Theater. With the layout of the property, you may be in for a long walk from the restaurant to the Luxe. Yelp held an event here in December `18, it involved visiting several restaurants. Two were at Whole Foods, and I write from personal experience that it took several minutes to walk from the Luxe through the parking lot to Whole Foods. Eh, the Veranda is okay, I guess. I don't do recreational shopping anyway, so whatever . . .

They did an great job with this area. It really is an upgrade to the City of Concord. Architectural wise, amazingly design and choice of businesses blends well together. Nice palm trees, fountain area, and grand round about entrance. They are right across from Seafood City and where Chevron building used to be. It's very pretty here at night with all the lights lit. Luxe cinema and ice skating rink situated here. Some restaurants even have outdoor seating area. It's great for the whole family to hang out. I noticed that Japanese restaurant recently opened (Haven't tried it yet but we will) and PopBar (ice cream bar)......Yes! See for yourself!

The Veranda is easily becoming one of my favorite shopping centers in Concord! Yes, we all know that the parking sucks, but you shouldn't let that take away from the actual experience. There's still so many new shops and restaurants that are being built here, but I've gotta say that I really love what they've done with the place. The Veranda is really putting lil' Concord on the map, and I'm so proud! First off, the variety of restaurants that they have here now are insane! You've got MOD Pizza, Super Duper Burger, EMC Raw Bar, Mikuni Sushi, Next Level Burger, Popbar and a whole host of other restaurants that are set to open soon! I'm so excited for the Yardhouse and Residual Sugar to Open up! Happy Hour in the 'Cord will probably never be the same after this. They've got a Whole Foods 365 and they moved the Cost Plus World Market here which I feel like is much more convenient than where it was at. But did you peep that?: Concord has a WHOLE FOODS now! Granted it's a "365" store, but daaaamn we are comin' up in the world! There's the Luxe theater that offers comfortable lounge chairs, a full bar, and table service! The shopping is about to be bananas too! Speaking of bananas; Have you seen that new Banana Republic Outlet? Not yet? Well, I KNOW you've been inside of that shiny new TJ Maxx! I'm so happy that there's a Sephora closer to home now. I love their Walnut Creek location, but now I don't have to travel as far. They've got an Xfinity center, AAA, and a Sutter Healthcare Walk-in location. I mean, SO many businesses are moving into the Veranda, ya girl can't even keep up! And my newest and possibly most favorite discovery: their outdoor lounge area! It is it the most adorable flippin' thing in life! I literally hung out here the other day for over 3 hours! Their outdoor lounge area has a cute kids play station, a foosball court, and a beautiful water fountain that does a great little water show! It's really perfect for the kids! There's an area with faux grass that has picnic tables and a sunglasses and phone case kiosk. So many comfy places to sit! There's an outdoor fire pit next to Residual Sugar and lots of tables with umbrella shades. Seating is ample! It's gonna be on and poppin' once the other businesses open up in that section of the plaza.They also have different events going on like their Fitness Fridays, Yoga in the Park, and their monthly car classic car show. The Veranda is one of my new local kick-it spots and I'm so excited to see what else that they have in store!

I love the reclining seats and the food and drink and service thats available. They also show a mixture of films that are new. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions.

The Veranda is my favorite shopping center, offering a great selection of stores, restaurants, and groceries. It's also kid-friendly, making it the perfect destination for the whole family.

The Veranda is one of the best plazas in the Bay Area. Everything is new and clean. Plaza management takes care of your safety, you can see security officers driving around the plaza. There are a lot of nice restaurants and you can find any cuisines you like. Also there is fountain and play area for kids next to it. What I like there is that you feel safe and you are in clean environment. Parking is a problem sometimes(specially between 6 pm and 8 pm), but there are a few parking lots so you can make it :) You must add this place into your go out list :)
