Simple but comfortable. It was undergoing renovations when we were there, so the bar and restaurant weren't operational. Should have brought swim wear to enjoy the pool after the tiring temple tour. Very friendly and helpful staff. One even packed our breakfast for our bus trip to Vietnam. Close to Pub St. and the night market.

Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It is close to the Night Market and to Pub Street. It is an older property, but it has been maintained. The Windows are four le glass which helps to keep the room from getting too hot and also keeps the noise out. I feel the value is good for the price. The restaurant has basic western and Khmer offerings, and the food is decent. I would stay here again.

We booked 2 nights at The Villa to start and ended up staying our entire 12 days in Siem Reap here. We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic. Walking distance from the night markets and Pub Street, but not so close that it’s noisy. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The Palm Cafe a couple doors down was especially good. A big supermarket right down the street. And the hotel has a pool that gets sun for most of the day. We paid $18usd a night for a big, spacious room on the second floor. It was cleaned and stocked with complimentary water every day. It came with a desk, safe, mini fridge, TV (with lots of English channels), big bed side table, and a comfortable bed. There were plugins all around the room and the AC worked great. The bathroom had a wall separating the shower keeping everything dry. Soap and toiletries were included. The hotel manager, Pauly, was an absolute gem. Very friendly and helpful. He organized a Tuk Tuk for us to visit Angkor for a good price. He got us a ride to the airport for cheap too. They have in house laundry service and will help you book any number of activities without ripping you off. Overall, the hotel was great. The fact that it was as cheap as it was and had a pool made it a steal of a deal. I can safely say it’s the best value we’ve got for our money in all of SE Asia. We felt at home for the 12 nights we spent at The Villa and wouldn’t hesitate to return again. If you’re considering staying here, I can’t recommend it enough

Quaint place. Clean and nice room. This place has the feel of staying in a private home. .. good location close to the smaller night market. Also, a few steps away is a massage place for very very good traditional Cambodian massage. I forget the name of the place but when you exit the hotel turn right and about 4-5 doors down is this place. Ask the staff at the hotel.

Actually, I expected a lot from the pics. So when I went there I got a little bit disappointed. But after few hours we liked it when I got to know the How nearby it is from the Night market and Pub street. Service was good from the manager. Room was okay. The bed was not great but okay. Ac was old and takes time to room cool. But this hotel is value for money for sure.

So so, the room is okay because they doing the renovation. But a disappointed is they don't have their own swimming pool. And it was fine with me because they are the affordable price at that time. But they should not take other neighbor property to be their owner or posting in their listing in media.

Good budget hotel, basic amenities and some still have some area under renovation. A short walking distance to Pub Street and Night Market. The reception provided an idea for the itinerary in Siem Reap. You can just book with them for the private tour guide/group with reasonable price. I booked tuk tuk to airport is only $5. If outside cost you $9. I will give high rating for those services and reception guy call Mr Phally (if i remember correctly).

This place is relatively basic, probably mid level between hostel and posh hotel. The room is pretty basic. Aircon is powerful, fridge works really well. Some free bottles water provided and replenished when used. A safe with a key provided. Shower and bathroom in general a bit dated and worn. The most disappointing aspect was disorganized staff. I had reviews saying how helpful they were but I got the opposite. Firstly, free airport pickup never came, had to ring them from airport. They claimed I had never arranged it, despite having done so twice in writing, and they acknowledged it! They blamed a change in staff, but surely knowing I was checking in they would check the computer that day?! They sold me a ticket to an Apsara show with food (don't bother, it was poor) yet the bloke on reception couldn't even tell me where it was. Then he 'found out' but sent me to the wrong place. The villa is in a good location, near some great eateries and only 5-10 mins walk to Pub Street and night markets. Could do better, let down by staff being inept for me sadly.
