Courtney's homemade sausage rolls were so delicious, we had to go back for seconds. Coffee and friendly service was also greatly appreciated.

Great coffee. Otherwise disappointing. Staff uninterested, wrong coffee, forgotten food order. When enquired about ordered food staff gave impression we had imposed on their conversation with locals. Very disappointing end to a great Carcoar and surrounds weekend.

To be honest, expected better Service. The lady was playing on the smart phone and I was standing at the counter. Waited patiently for minutes until I decided to interrupt her to get her off the phone. I decided to make my order even though she was glued to the iPhone. Very rude on her part. I ordered a meat pie and milkshake that cost $16. Felt ripped off. The meat pie was poor quality. The pastry crumbled away. There was nothing to eat. Lady also coughed on my meat pie as she was bringing it out. Then she could not get off her phone again. She did not care about any customers. Wow I hope they lift the game as it’s a nice historic town. Where is the old-fashioned Service? Need better staff. PS. You need someone who knows how to make pies too.

One star only and that is for passable / okay coffee that took significantly longer than it should have when there was nobody else waiting for coffee. Stopped for coffee on Sunday 26 February for take away coffee and cake. The staff member taking our order had no customer service skills and just stared blankly at me when I approached the counter and offered no greeting and didn't ask what we would like. We eventually ordered coffee and opted out of ordering food based upon a lack of warmth and welcome. The coffee took ages to be made, in fact I spent about 15 minutes in the next two shops browsing and then still waited another 5 minutes. While we waiting two locals arrived and they were warmly welcomed, which furthered made us feel like we were unwelcome.

It is mine and my son's go to place for a cafe treat. Coffee is always good and the food is excellent, we usually have a homemade sausage roll, toasted turkey roll and brownie. Carcoar itself is a lovely town a great place for a walk or bike ride.

Wonderful to find a cafe open when so many other towns are totally closed on a Sunday. Good coffee and a yummy brownie. Will remember next time we are out this way. It's worth the short diversion off the highway.

Gone down hill since my last visit 3 years ago, we ordered a small cappuccino and caramel slice each , after the first bit and sip we left, very disappointed.

Coffee was as hot as Hades and just okay, server was miserable and pie, although ok tasting, was overpriced. $21 for two pies and a coffee.
