The Vineyard McLaren Vale

We loved our stay at The Strand cabin. Just a lovely place all around. Set up in the middle of the vineyards, it has beautiful views all around and plenty of spaces to sit down and enjoy your surroundings. The cabin/chalet is tastefully put together, with everything you will need for a an enjoyable stay.

We visited from the US to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We had a sweet private vow renewal on the veranda, a helicopter picked us up outside our room for a tour of the wine country and coast, and dropped us off for an amazing lunch and wine pairing reception at Maxwell. We ended our day in the jacuzzi. Truly perfect.

This was my second stay at the Vineyard Retreat. It is in a lovely setting and the room configuration and amenities were excellent. It would be helpful to have more hangers available when you are there for a longer visit and additional storage in one of the bedrooms would have enhanced the practicality of staying for longer than a couple of days.

The Accommodation was beautiful, well appointed with lots of provisions. The grounds were very well kept and the view was breathtaking Very peaceful and relaxing The hosts Communicated well. Will definitely be back We had an amazing time and by the wedding weekend even more memorable thank you , Matt & Nicola.

Amazing property, we stayed at the Ardmore and it was excellent. Great deck with views over the vines, breakfast and snack inclusions were brilliant. Really peaceful and quiet. Spa with views over the vines and cube and ocean in the distance is a nice touch of class. You won’t be disappointed!

The best stay experience in the whole of SA. Anthea and the team here do an exceptional job at providing above and beyond service and accomodation. My family and i have come back multiple times for a week and it has been the best mix of location, comfort and luxury. It really feels like a home away from home.

Another wonderful stay for us at the Highland in The Vineyard. The guest house is very comfortable with very generous provisions for breakfast, snacks and pre-dinner drinks. Beautiful location amongst the vines. Thoroughly recommended!

We were fortunate enough to have stayed this past weekend at The Vineyard McLaren Vale in The Strand 1 bedroom cottage. Absolutely blown away with how beautiful the accommodation was. Stunningly presented with everything you could ever want and that little bit extra. From the complimentary basket of local goodies on arrival, an extremely well set up kitchen and fridge full of necessities, fresh home made bread and little Beerenberg spreads, to beautifully appointed bedroom with an ensuite bigger than my main bathroom at home! I had the opportunity the visit the other accommodation options on site due to being booked out by the wedding party and every single accommodation option was stunning. What an absolute treat! Check in was stress free, the views and surrounding area is just divine and the spa on the hill was a spectacular way to take in the sunset. Just do yourselves a favour and book!!!!!!
