The Vintage Lisbon, an SLH Hotel

I had an absolutely amazing ten day stay at this hotel. The hotel in a great neighborhood of Lisbon, within walking distance to many great sites, restaurants and unique shops. The room was superb, comfortable, well located and well appointed. It was exceptionally clean , as were public spaces. Across the board I found staff welcoming, friendly and at the ready to provide guidance, advice and top notch service. Breakfast was lovely and provided an excellent start to each day. The choices were varied and expansive. The rooftop bar was relaxing and a great place to catch some sun or moon and stars and have a cocktail or glass of wine. The views were stunning. I was able to enjoy airport pick up and port drop off as arranged by staff; super convenient and reasonable. As a female solo traveler I would definitely recommend to family and friends and I would gladly stay at The Vintage Hotel and Spa again.

Stayed at The Vintage with my daughter 18-21st Dec and has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in and I’ve been lucky to a lot of travelling. From the moment we arrived until we left the service was exceptional. Every single member of staff was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The room was well equipped and we had a beautiful balcony looking up the avenue. On arrival we had complimentary gin and tonic in our room and a delicious birthday cake . We had fresh bottled water that was replaced every day without charge., and a mini fridge to keep it cool. The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of fruit juices, fresh fruit, fantastic bread basket and amazing cheese and charcuterie boards not to mention Prosecco. There was a small hot menu available from the kitchen which we didn’t avail of as there was so much choice from the buffet. Staff were very attentive and the food was continually replenished right up to close of breakfast at 10.30am. The rooftop bar serves great cocktails and despite it being December we were cosy with heaters and blankets provided. We did use the spa and massages were excellent and we had sole use of the pool, steam room and sauna prior to our treatments. If I am ever in Lisbon again I will certainly be staying at The Vintage. Thank you to every member of staff you were all amazing - and always smiling.

This is a stunning hotel with impeccable service. Their attention to detail is unbeatable, from my perfect morning capuccinos to the nightly hot chocolate bar in the lobby. We felt like treasured guests from the moment we walked in, and loved the luxury of having our own spa time, our nightly turn down service, and enjoying sunsets on the rooftop! It really felt like a luxurious home in the heart of the city. It's a great location, with lots of city highlights easily walkable, but I really appreciated that our street was safe and quiet! Our room was spacious and full of wonderful touches - free gin and tonic kits, a diffuser attachment for the hair dryer (curly girls know this is a rare godsend!!), and a sumptuous bed with plenty of pillows. i loved that even though we were on the same floor as teh rooftop, it was so quiet and easy to fall asleep. The rooftop is gorgeous, small and private with a tiny bit of a water view and a large amount of wine options! This hotel is such good value for your money - it's an elite five start experience in a great location at very reasonable cost.

Great stay! Checked in on Christmas Day 2025 and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is lovely and smells good all the way round! The room was great, and love all the little details from the Gin to the drinks in the mini bar! ||Spa was lovely, and again great staff! ||Roof top is a great place to sit and have a cocktail and the breakfast in the morning had lots of choice! Would definitely want to return!

I highly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the beginning, the staff was very helpful and attentive. I was even able to check in super early and was upgraded. The room I had was spacious and elegant. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but I slept well each night.. maybe it was the hills that tired me out haha. The breakfast offered a pretty good selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, juices and more. You can also order breakfast foods too. The staff at breakfast/restaurant were also attentive which I appreciated. I am pretty sure there were people in rooms next to me but I did not have any noise issues. The location was great as it is far enough from the action but close enough to walk or take a the train or uber into the popular areas. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

I had the most lovely and most hospitable experience with The Vintage in Lisbon. All the staff were so helpful and welcoming. As a design lover, I greatly appreciated and admired the simplicity and beauty of the rooms, lounge and dining spaces. ||||I can think of no greater compliment but to say I found it hard to leave the hotel at times because of how comfortable it was. It really felt like home away from home, only just extra special. ||||I highly recommend you to try The Vintage for yourself!

This is a charming elegant-yet-informal boutique hotel in a delightful neighborhood convenient to everything. Lovely mid-century decor, friendly, helpful staff, bountiful and delicious breakfast, cocktails-with-a-view at the rooftop bar. Principe Real is a great neighborhood with delicious traditional restaurants nearby, lovely shopping, Botanical Garden and other sights. Easy and inexpensive bus/tram/Metro/Bolt/Uber to everything we wanted to see, and multiple supermarkets close by for snacks and food souvenirs. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel in a better location!

Great location -- tucked away from the bustle -- easy to get to tourist areas and access more "locals" dining and bars. The staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was lovely - so nice to pop downstairs and start your day with a delicious and satisfying meal. The spa was relaxing and restorative. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again!
