Google
I LOVE this shop. Beautiful booths, SO much to look at! Prices are definitely higher, but most of the stuff in there is antique, not just second hand, so i don’t expect thrift store prices. There are some booths that have items that seem like cheap drop shipped prints. Type of stuff that you find overpriced on Etsy. Wish it was just true, authentic antiques. But overall a nice antique store :)

Would not label this a flea market or thrift store by any means. They have a beautiful selection, but the vendor’s prices certainly reflect that. A majority of what I got last time was on sale which was great. the back room smells a bit like dog pee. Not sure where that came from lol. I enjoyed my time here but this is certainly up on the pricing scale for my antique ventures!

Parking is a nightmare, is there parking in the back? There are literally like only 10 parking spots and they are so tight you can't maneuver a larger vehicle in that, nothing handicap about this place, inside or out. The bathrooms were clean. If you find something you love, search on ebay or market place and you may find it a bit cheaper, I know I did for a few things. It is a great place to go to kill time with a friend, or get ideas. The booths really close together, and many items are precariously arranged, I was afraid to touch anything, how do you shop like that? I purchased an item that was supposed to be 20% off and I pointed that out at the counter. She said, yes, I got that on there for you, but after I got home my receipt did not have the discount. I did not catch that in the moment because I bought several things at once- I suggest you add it all up and do the math for the the discount, the tax, and the credit card fee if you are using one, before you get to the counter so you will know the total. Also, they do not do any refunds, period. They won't help you load anything into your vehicle. If you buy a large furniture item you would think they would at least help you load it up or deliver it for a fee or something but they won't. I imagine alot of people see items they would buy if they had a way to load or get it home. I also did a search on ebay for a particular item I seen there to get a price compare and ebay suggested an item that was 5 miles from me, so I realized the exact same seller who had that booth, also listed them on ebay. I may occasionally drop in, but Mike's or Timeless will still be my go-to spots.

Upscale! What a fun store to wonder through. Come in for ideas and inspiration. We loved all the variety of the booths. Definitely more upscale than any other thrift place I have been to in Springfield

Google
Adorable stuff, and each time we walked through I found stuff I didn't see previously. Everyone was helpful and happy. My daughter needed furniture and home decor for her new apartment and we found adorable decor at great prices. We can't wait to go back.

Google
This is the best vintage/ antique store I’ve ever been to! It’s a really good place to buy good quality and one of a kind pieces at amazing prices! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. All of the spaces are clean, organized and and well curated. I would be in every weekend if I lived closer!

Google
Went for my first time today! Literally the coolest vintage antique store I've been to. Sooo many neat finds. A lot of it is pretty expensive, but its just amazing to go through and just admire all the rare pieces. Many stores these days just buy items that look vintage....but this store actually has vintage things. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! Whenever I'm in town I love to stop by and see what unique pieces I can find to take home to NYC with me! The ladies who work here are so friendly and helpful, making the experience truly top notch.

Yelp
So cool! So many genuine antiques to look at. Everything was arranged so nicely. A little pricey but not terrible. My only complaint is that I wish it was bigger!

Yelp
This is based on a few factors. Some would rate this 5 stars, some may rate it 1. For what I look for, prices and friendliness , this is about middle of the road. You instantly can tell it is "prettied up" "shabby chic" which probably does great here, but not for me. I didn't feel overly welcomed here which is fine, just stating. The restroom had not 1, not 2 but 3 signs telling you to TURN OFF THE WATER! 3 SIGNS, like a preschool. Most of the booths were decorated and made to look nice, which they do, but it comes across almost like a museum and less like an antique store. You won't find many bargains here but it isn't insane prices, just not the cheapest place ever..and they are more than happy with that. Enjoy the signs, and the decor. It's a nice place to browse but then go find the things somewhere else.

Yelp
Cool stuff man! Check out this awesome old desk I got, on the cheap. It's a pretty big place, with friendly staff but be prepared to load anything you buy yourself as they can't help you.

Yelp
Awesome Antiques and Vintage finds. The store has a great vibe and the merchandising is incredible! Definitely worth the stop!

Yelp
I love this place! It's extremely well organized, with a wide variety of items: quilts, some antiques, French country home decor, dishes, some clothing (new), jewelry, pictures, some farm decor, lawn statues, and more. Not many rustic or primitive items, but plenty of wonderful inventory! The ladies working there were very friendly and helpful. (You can even try clothes on in this place!) My husband let me shop and picked me up after I'd looked an hour. (He prefers a flea market type antique store, like Ozark Treasures). This store seems a bit more "boutique" in inventory, but worth stopping! I left with a piece of home decor that was $18....a child holding a lamb. I'll be back the next time we're in Springfield!

Yelp
Unique and eclectic treasures with helpful staff! I will definitely return when I visit the area again.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE this place. Booths are neat, clean, well-lit and nicely "staged," so you not only can see things, but get great ideas on how you might use them in your own decor. I know this might sound strange, but it smells good inside too - not that musty, old attic-y smell some shops have. There is some newer and upcycled items - but the majority is true vintage and antique. Prices are on par with similar shops - a tad bit higher than in "flea market" places, but lower than hardcore antique stores. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. They added air conditioning this year, which is a HUGE plus - I always take friends and family visiting from out of town and we always end up spending a couple of hours there! Be sure and pick up some of the cookies at the check out counter (if they aren't sold out) The the owner bakes them fresh every day, and they are to die for! One downside - there isn't a lot of parking in front, but they do have another lot in the back, and I think the business next to them allows parking, too. I found out the hard way that they are closed on Mondays. (I saw an earlier review that criticized them for having signs about turning off the water in the restrooms. That doesn't bother me - they must have had issues with it, or they probably wouldn't have put up signs. I can't imagine down-rating a store for something like that, personally)

Yelp
This place is awful hard to beat. It's not junky, it's not trashy. It's very nice, the prices aren't bad, the products are exceptional, and the staff is nice. The only thing I would recommend is that they paint the reflective yellow stripe across the loading dock where there isn't any kind of fencing. Seriously though this is the place to go. I hope it's always as awesome as this.

Yelp
One of the nicest vintage shops I've been in while in Springfield! Lots of variety! Good prices.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this beautiful shop with so many gorgeous things. It's more of a high end vibe with each stall being like a curated little vignette rather than a hodge podge mess. I like all types of antique stores/malls, but this one is extra special. I'm very happy to have finally checked out the store because it's just my sort of thing and will go into my rotation. Beautiful gift level items at all price points, and none too high considering the quality.

Yelp
The Vintage Peddler is a wonderful distraction to the hustle and bustle of life. This is not a flea market, it is a step backwards in time to the beauty of the simple pleasures of life and style. I am confident I have made more classic purchases here than anywhere else in Springfield!

Yelp
Always great vintage items. No baby toys or clothes. Quality antiques and collectibles. Easily one of Springfield's best!

Carolyn L.

Yelp
If you are anywhere near Springfield, Missouri, you simply must visit The Vintage Peddler! Each booth is professionally arranged -- no junk anywhere. This is definitely not a flea market, but the prices are very reasonable. I live in St. Louis but always look forward to stopping by and never fail to find something I can't live without. Have fun!
