I had a great experience with Dominic at Watch labs he resized a bracelet and did other remedial work on my wife's watch, he is such an honest person and credit to watch labs for having a top person in Dominic. I was served by Dominic at Highcross in Leicester and had a great experience. I initially went in to have my watch resized and a few links taken out, but Dominic noticed an issue with the strap and took the time to point it out. He offered a couple of helpful suggestions and said he could have a look at fixing it within the hour. True to his word, he was super speedy — he fixed the strap and resized the watch with no fuss at all. What really impressed me was that he only charged for the repair, despite doing both jobs. His service was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. It’s this kind of customer service that really sticks with you, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future watch issues! Thank you

I had a problem with my automatic watch and it was sorted out by watch lab leicester instantly, the service and customer care was brilliant! Went to remove some links off my watch as the strap was slightly large for me. The young gentleman at the service desk was able to accommodate me with my request within just a couple of minutes, and he didn't even charge me any amount. One of the best customer service I have ever seen. This is my second time coming to The Watch lab and will always be my preferred watch repair shop.

Brought in an Oyster Perp Date Just which had a strap issue, Dominic who was an absolute icon helped me. The issue was sorted within no time and the fix was fairly cheap too. I’ve never wrote a review on anything before but credit where credit is due and Dominic definitely deserves it!
