I was served by Dominic at the Highcross this weekend in Leicester. I had a small issue with my strap but needed the skill and tools of an expert to help me. Granted Dominic had it sorted in a matter of seconds and I offered to pay but he was happy to help me without taking a penny. He was so helpful and friendly I can't thank you enough. But this kind of friendly service makes you remember such companies for which I will for all my watch issues in the future! Easy five stars! Thanks Dominic - Steve in Anstey.

I needed help setting the moonphase complication on my watch so took it to The Watch Lab in Leicester. Dominic was brilliant. He figured out it didn’t function like traditional moonphases and so asked me to come back in half an hour so he could have time to sort it out - which he did. Genuinely nice guy and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I’ll come back here if I ever have any issues, they’re great.

Went to remove some links off my watch as the strap was slightly large for me. The young gentleman at the service desk was able to accommodate me with my request within just a couple of minutes, and he didn't even charge me any amount. One of the best customer service I have ever seen. This is my second time coming to The Watch lab and will always be my preferred watch repair shop.

I recently had my Omega watch at The Watch Lab, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand the issues I was facing with my watch. The repair process was clearly explained, and they kept me updated throughout, which really eased my concerns. When I received my watch back, it functioned like new! On bank Holiday Monday I took my daughter into a well-known and respected national jewellery store to enquire about replacing the battery in her Boss watch that we had purchased from there a couple of years ago as a Christmas present. After initially being verbally quoted a cost of £35 to £40 and a three week turnaround, we were then informed that the cost was £59 when the store assistant was booking the watch in. This wasn't cost effective so after contemplating it I googled watch battery replacement in Leicester. The Watch Lab came up first on the search and was immediately above us on the upper floor. We were served by Dominic who quoted us a cost of £35 and a 45 minute turn around. After a short walk around the centre and a haircut we went back to collect the finished watch. Great service, fair price and a speedy turnaround.

I went to the Watch lab in the Highcross shopping centre in Leicester to have a new battery fitted. I was served by Dominic who checked when I last had a battery fitted to the watch, the battery was fitted 20 months ago. Dominic replaced my battery free of charging saying that the battery should have lasted longer than 20 months and that it must have been a faulty battery. Excellent service, well done Dominic.

Battery replacement wasn't sealed properly so after 2 weeks the watch stopped working and this was in the January 25 and after a number of discussions it was agreed they would repair at no cost but now April and still waiting
