Hotel was easy to find, and room was nice and clean. Bed was wonderful. Service was questionable. Lady that checked me in acted like I was an inconvenience. Checkout was better. No coffee in the lobby. Lounge was not advertised as closed, due to liquor license not being renewed I was told at check in, was disappointing. I’m a woman that travels for work. I will not go to a bar alone. There was one across the street, but I book hotels so I can eat and have a few beers at my hotel for safety reasons. Yes, I survived, but was disappointed majorly. If traveling alone I will find elsewhere.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Beautiful lobby, room was really nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was great. Nothing to complain about there. Having trouble getting state rate and tax exempt taken care of. Other than that great place.

Road trip to Theodore Roosevelt National Park and surrounding areas... Could not have chosen a better home base for the week. I dealt mostly with Rachael, but everyone was friendly and helpful. Great room, solid breakfast (until 10am), wonderful service and location. Best bang for the buck I've probably ever experienced. Would've liked a bit more light in the room, but not a huge deal, and overall, a wonderful stay. Would most definitely stay again! Go here! Enjoy!

We were here for about 2 weeks for work. The rooms are clean with nice beds and comfortable pillows and there was never any noise, except for the occasional door slamming shut. The ice machine on the 3rd floor always worked and that was nice. The breakfast was always good, IMO. I like the biscuits and gravy they served nearly every day. A lot of TV stations were blocked here, including FOX news. My only complaint was that my room never had hot water. It was luke warm water at best every day. My room was last on the hall so I found out (after about the 8th day) that I had to let the water run for about 5+ minutes to purge out all the cold/cool water in the pipes before it got hot. I took a lot of cool showers before I figured that out.

It was very clean and staff were very nice and accommodating. Lived how they had extra roll out beds to rent. Ana runs a great kitchen. Its clean and fully stocked at all times. Loved the mini store in the hotel for snacks and small necessities. I found the laundry center supper helpful. I would really recommend and will be back

Very nice place! I didn't expect it to be so nice inside the room's. Price is very reasonable and the room is really spacious. I stay here as much as I can.

Stayed here while visiting Theodore Roosevelt national park. It's a nice hotel in a not so great town. The room was comfy. Breakfast was pretty basic. Housekeeper accidentally took laundry from our room, but we found it later.

Yelp
The Watford has a pretty lobby and helpful staff. That is about as good as it gets. Our room was a king sized luxury room. While it was large, the air conditioning wasn't really working well. It got cold, but didn't blow it into the room. The bed was hot! Not sure what type of bed this was but it was hot and uncomfortable. Something in the box spring was broken so it slanted a bit. In the morning, my hubby checked out the free breakfast...it was a hard pass. Eggs made from powder and cold cereal...not appetizing. The next time we will skip this place and go somewhere else. BTW, the soap is called Tree something and it was horrible. Wouldn't lather up and felt like plastic...glad I brought my own.

Yelp
Great hotel in what seems to be a working mans town. Room was perfect. This is a full service hotel; has a bar, offers some food and has a better than average breakfast. We stayed a couple nights, destination Teddy Roosevelt National Park. It's very close to the small north unit of the park. 75 miles to the smaller south unit. Had a flawless stay.

Yelp
Decent accommodations. But the girl at the front desk was not very helpful when we arrived. Plus the walls are paper thin. Not only was I awoken by the next room's alarm an hour before I needed to wake up. And not only could I hear the room's occupant talking on his cellphone during his entire phone conversation... But I could actually hear the person he was talking to on his cellphone... That's pretty thin and not well insulated.

Yelp
I love this place. The staff is amazing and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and cozy. The beds are so comfortable. They have a lot of channels and descent TVs. Breakfast is always good and plentifully stocked. Every now and then they have a free taco night in the lobby. Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Yelp
Booked a reservation and my flight was cancelled due to weather. They absolutely would not cancel my reservation. Never will book here again! I am certain they sold this room twice which should be criminal.

Yelp
Just want your $. Couldn't care less for the guest. I booked a room on 3/30 but could not make it because of a blizzard. I called that night and again the next day. I rebooked for 3/31, but when arrived I was told I would have to pay for both nights. When I called the night before the person could not tell me that even though I asked. I know this is an oil boom area and they can basically do what they want, but some things just are not right. The worst part of the experience was the cold stare I got from the manager who couldn't have cared less. I suggest the Comfort Inn across the street.

Yelp
Excellent hotel. Great service, large room and free breakfast. Excellent hotel for a small "city." Great for families

Yelp
I have stayed here several times before and they were good but not this time. To start with, they put a $2700.00 hold on my card for a $750.00 charge and every time I asked about it I got a different story. After I checked out I got the credit card people on the phone with the hotel people and they convinced her the hold was still in effect. About an hour later it was finally resolved. The WIFI didn't work, the hot water didn't work and the rates went up. Time to look around.
