I stayed Friday and Saturday night for a weekend conference in town. Before I even brought my second trip of belongings up to the room I had to stop at the front desk to tell the ladies there just how impressed I was. The place is immaculately clean. The amenities were maybe at one time standard but so many places cut back on these things. I notice. The continental breakfast is worth the stay alone. The room came complete with a phone, refrigerator, and microwave. Many places do not have these things anymore. And very important to me: I could connect my Roku to the T.V.! There are so many places I stay where I am unable to change the input on the set, so I'm stuck watching whatever local cable or dish a place might have. I want my Roku! Excellent water pressure to complement water that is not over-softened so that one can not get the soap off! The store with the pizza oven...I found myself gathering late-night snacks with the ease and comfort of not having to go find a c-store. I absolutely LOVE THIS HOTEL!!

What a great stay. Wonderful smaller hotel with great, friendly service. There's nothing special about the facility itself, but our stay was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is really the plus and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

I could see this place was top notch by the time I came down from running my first bag up to my room. I stopped to tell the two clerks behind the counter how impressed I was. The place is exceptionally clean. The room was complete with microwave, refrigerator, Bible, and telephone (things a number of places are lacking these days). I could change the input on the T.V. so I could watch my Roku. Everything about this place is fabulous. The continental breakfast is worth the stay alone.

Since the hotel sold out to a Texas Aggie about two years ago, this place has spiraled into the depths of despair. The hotel has went completely downhill. I’ve stayed here for years. The staff is unappreciative, unhelpful, and unwilling to do anything to accommodate. TVs don’t work, air conditioners don’t work. The list just goes on and on. They say they have a on-site pub, It hasn’t been open in two years. They say they’re gonna have their license for the pub never comes. You tell the front desk you got a problem, the response is, oh well, you can pack up and move in the middle of the night or suck it up butter cup, and stay where you are. That’s your option. Here in Watford city North Dakota hotel options are limited, but I think I’ll have to explore. My company and I have been loyal customers for years. Don’t misunderstand, we’re not paying all the bills, but we account for 60 or better rooms nights a year. I have to speak to the manager concerning the TV not working and other things and was told oh that person doesn’t work tomorrow, no options other than, that person doesn’t work tomorrow sorry. I can’t do it anymore and won’t let the company.

I'm so glad we chose this hotel. It's super clean, well-cared for, with amazing attention to detail. The rooms were cozy, w/ four varieties of pillows to choose from, and the breakfast was outstanding. If you ever visit the Teddy Roosevelt Park, Northern Unit, you should reserve a room here.

Stayed at hotel for work another time and would not recommend this time around. This hotel has become horrible. Bar is now closed. Woman at check-in was rude and not helpful. Did not seem like she knew what she was doing. Cookies were hard when checking out and milk was spoiled . Also the rates went up. And service was . Will not be staying anymore. Seems like it needs better management. Front desk woman said there was new management but she isn’t qualified. You Lost this customer. And most likely others. Don’t waste your time here people. It’s not worth it.

Nice clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Located next to the busiest highway in the Bakken oil field.. you will hear cars early in the morning. Just stayed on the 1st floor absolutely zero water pressure. Skip the free breakfast and go to Hardy's or cash wise. It was absolutely awful.

Rooms were nice. Check-in was quick and the Front desk lady was great. Before check-out in am, lady at desk seemed irritated with me. Probably because she had to get off up off her chair. |Bar is no longer open, may want to let guests know prior to booking.

Yelp
The Watford has a pretty lobby and helpful staff. That is about as good as it gets. Our room was a king sized luxury room. While it was large, the air conditioning wasn't really working well. It got cold, but didn't blow it into the room. The bed was hot! Not sure what type of bed this was but it was hot and uncomfortable. Something in the box spring was broken so it slanted a bit. In the morning, my hubby checked out the free breakfast...it was a hard pass. Eggs made from powder and cold cereal...not appetizing. The next time we will skip this place and go somewhere else. BTW, the soap is called Tree something and it was horrible. Wouldn't lather up and felt like plastic...glad I brought my own.

Yelp
Great hotel in what seems to be a working mans town. Room was perfect. This is a full service hotel; has a bar, offers some food and has a better than average breakfast. We stayed a couple nights, destination Teddy Roosevelt National Park. It's very close to the small north unit of the park. 75 miles to the smaller south unit. Had a flawless stay.

Yelp
Decent accommodations. But the girl at the front desk was not very helpful when we arrived. Plus the walls are paper thin. Not only was I awoken by the next room's alarm an hour before I needed to wake up. And not only could I hear the room's occupant talking on his cellphone during his entire phone conversation... But I could actually hear the person he was talking to on his cellphone... That's pretty thin and not well insulated.

Yelp
I love this place. The staff is amazing and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and cozy. The beds are so comfortable. They have a lot of channels and descent TVs. Breakfast is always good and plentifully stocked. Every now and then they have a free taco night in the lobby. Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Yelp
Booked a reservation and my flight was cancelled due to weather. They absolutely would not cancel my reservation. Never will book here again! I am certain they sold this room twice which should be criminal.

Yelp
Just want your $. Couldn't care less for the guest. I booked a room on 3/30 but could not make it because of a blizzard. I called that night and again the next day. I rebooked for 3/31, but when arrived I was told I would have to pay for both nights. When I called the night before the person could not tell me that even though I asked. I know this is an oil boom area and they can basically do what they want, but some things just are not right. The worst part of the experience was the cold stare I got from the manager who couldn't have cared less. I suggest the Comfort Inn across the street.

Yelp
Excellent hotel. Great service, large room and free breakfast. Excellent hotel for a small "city." Great for families

Yelp
I have stayed here several times before and they were good but not this time. To start with, they put a $2700.00 hold on my card for a $750.00 charge and every time I asked about it I got a different story. After I checked out I got the credit card people on the phone with the hotel people and they convinced her the hold was still in effect. About an hour later it was finally resolved. The WIFI didn't work, the hot water didn't work and the rates went up. Time to look around.
