The store is super cool we were on the Elton John scavenger hunt for the free tickets to his final show at dodger Stadium. The store was absolutely amazing the fresh flowers and just a set up everything was so clean the staff was professional and knowledgeable it was like you were walking through a walk-in closet. Mia and Pia were really super helpful we ended up getting the limited edition only 600 made Elton John 1975 replica glasses Mia was so nice to look we even got the very first pair made one out of 600. Super excited would totally recommend the store. The store set up was really cool and some thing for everybody. They had the whole store set up very Elton John themed and had some really cool Elton John memorabilia. They had a few things that you could purchase A letterman jacket Elton John of course some little pillow Elton John’s a couple shirts again some really super cool stuff definitely worth a look. The outside of the store was really cool as well. 10 out of 10 would totally recommend.

Purchased a $900 pair of Dior shoes, got home only to realize shoes were damaged, scuffed and had dirt all over soles. I would not recommend any one shop at this location, worst customer service especially a lady name Sabrina, unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Please take my advise and go to any designers flag ship stores, The Webster is horrible and will probably sell you basically second had quality products.

The staff is rude and their return policies are insane... The manager accused me of wearing the dress I was trying to return to an event and being photographed in it... Who talks to their clientele that way? Also, flattered, wish I had an event to wear it to (she had overheard a conversation my friend and I were having about something taking place weeks down the line), but completely inaccurate... item had all the tags, unworn and unwashed and tried to exchange it 12 hours later... If you want to feel like you shouldn't be allowed to shop somewhere and be treated so poorly, then The Webster is the place for you.

absolutely DESPICABLE customer service experience. incompetent staff and heinous website. I ordered a very expensive dress from their website that they told me a full 24 hours later was "actually out of stock due to a technological error" and they offered me a laughable 10% coupon code.... as if I would EVER trust this supplier with my personal info/credit card again...abhorrent.

Although the store is beautiful and they have some nice pieces I wouldn’t shop here. Security following my every step and creepily smiling at me and my girl and when we said Whatsup to him because we were curious why he was looking at us so weird he just continued to smile like a weirdo. I liked a few things but would not give them my $$$ solely because it was an uncomfortable environment.

Placed a pre oder for some Vans 1.5 month ago, was waiting in line 3 hours just to place it, because employees were working like at least twice slower then the other store does. After I placed it they said like 2-3 days - u will get the shoe. After a month and after 2 times going there they said that there was a problem on their end and they can not full fill the order and wil issue a refund (imagine they didn’t call me and let me know, it took me couple hours of personal time to get there and talk to them twice before we came to a Refund point). After that they said ur money will be refunded in a week (didn’t give no refund receipt how they supposed to). So it’s been 2 weeks already - still no refund - so I guess time came to take this to small claims court !!!

I had a very good time with Kleopatra. The store is very different creative. From outside to the dressing room. Would definitely worth a visit. And customer service is very nice too. From staff to the ss manager. Haha I got a very cute shirt everybody said it was cute. I was so happy that day!

This place is ridiculous and pretentious. I went to the door at 5:47 and was told by the guard “we aren’t open”. The store closes at 7 so I called and sure enough, he was full of it. Then I walk in after all that pomp and circumstance to a store with barely any inventory and more attitude. So many better stores in LA. Skip this.
