Numastays exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, super close to the city center, making it very convenient to explore. I loved the stylish, modern design of the place, it feels cozy yet sleek. Security was excellent, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. I also appreciated the smooth, hassle-free self-check-in process, no need for a receptionist, but they still offer 24/7 assistance, which is a huge plus. Everything was easy to access, and the whole experience felt thoughtfully designed. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay here. Easy check in process. Great communication by the team. Spacious and clean room with a very comfy bed. Downstairs had extra supplies to stock up on if needed (e.g., towels, linen, toilet paper). Great location in Berlin.

Firstly I was wary about a hotel without on-site staff but I found it quite the opposite, ok you don't have a receptionist but you can speak with them through WhatsApp and there's no cleaners blocking passageways everyday. |I had done my homework before I booked this hotel so I knew what to expect, I looked on Google maps for location and street view for what I'd be looking for, don't bother as Google street view is way out of date by over 3 years. |When I arrived there were works going on directly outside the hotel, there was no noise pollution from it plus they had finished by Thursday so not only is Google street view so out of date it doesn't actually show the hotel but now there's a new addition to Weinmeister Strasse that's an elevator to the Ubahn.|I was sent my door code before I flew to Berlin so entry was straight forward. I was in 216 and when I opened the door I was surprised to see how big the room was (see pictures) |Lighting in the room was subdued, it would be quite romantic for a couple bbut needs to have brighter light in toilet. There not really enough electric sockets to plug in anything else, I had to unplug a bedside lamp so I could charge my phone and I had to unplug a lamp next to the tv as I couldn't find the on/off switch. |There was a slim wardrobe, not really big enough for 2 people but it was fine for me. The bench at the foot of the bed was perfect for many uses. The toilet area was large just for a sink and toilet. Lighting a bit low for shaving and I'd say too low for ladies applying make-up. |Shower with a rain style shower head and what I can only describe as a hand held pressure washer. TIP make sure the jets are pointing into the shower before turning the water on as it does have an excellent range. |There were 2 sets of towels supplied, I only used one set, there's no need to change towels everyday. |There's a fridge in the room and also a safe. |Air con pretty non existent but a fan was supplied. Maybe a lighter duvet during warmer months would be more beneficial. |There was a nespresso coffee pod machine plus a kettle with sugar, tea bags and uht milk provided, if you need anymore there's a kitchen area on the ground floor with supplies and a microwave. |Breakfast can be supplied at extra cost. |TIP: head up to floor 6, go through the door turn right and keep walking to the end go through the door to sit and enjoy a magnificent view of the city and surrounding areas. |The hotel is within walking distance of Hackerscher market where there is plenty stores, restaurants and cafes.| Alexanderplatz is also within walking distance. |Ubahn, trams and busses are on the doorstep and Sbhan at Hacherscher Hof to take you to the city and beyond. |Overall this is a lovely hotel, within easy distance to facilities. |I would definitely recommend this hotel

Super nice accommodation in the heart of Berlin. Great room deco and facilities, easy to check in and check out and communicate with the team. Beds are cozy, shower is a but too modern (it took us some time to figure out how to start it 😆 by twisting the handle upwards). You can use the luggage storage facilities downstairs for free until 20:00 on the day of your checkout. Nice freebies in the fridge when we arrived. To be frank, they made our fay since we arrived late and it was so nice to open a cold bottle of lemonade after a long day of traveling! There are extra towels and tea/coffee downstairs. Overall, really great place to stay for a city visit!

I booked this place because it was advertised as a four-star hotel, but it was nothing of the sort. Even though I had already paid around $700, I received no prior email or contact. As a traveler from far Asia, I had to wait outside close to midnight, which was extremely unsafe. There was no detailed explanation about this process at the time of booking. The photos also looked completely different from the actual exterior, making it very difficult to find the place. I barely managed to enter with the help of local guests, who seemed to know the process well — it appears this system is only suitable for domestic or European visitors. In addition, although I stayed for five nights, there was no cleaning service and not even complimentary water provided. I also asked several times via email about the taxes, but my messages were only read and never answered. The reception was not functional at all after 11 p.m., making it impossible to get direct help with urgent issues. Moreover, the shower leaked water across the bathroom floor, the power outlets kept working and then failing repeatedly, which disrupted my work, and the unified switch system was inconvenient to use. Dust was also noticeable, showing poor cleanliness. Most importantly, there was no reception desk to properly address these situations. In short, this was an unfriendly and unreliable hotel. I will not return.

Prefect choice. Great location and very comfortable. Amenities were great and there were so many things to do and restaurants around.

Single worst check-in experience of my life. Several apps and several booking steps. ||Just hire some staff. This UX is so so bad. I’m tired I have no WiFi.
