Very well placed hotel in a nice & vibrant area, close to trendy shops. Then all the rest is really not nice. Reception : you need to wait 15 min to have someone attending you. No food available when arriving late, no advice where to go to grasp something. Rooms are not being cleaned, and are very noisy so you get all the charms of the conversations from the street. Really an hotel to avoid.

This place is full of pretense but little doing. I stayed for three nights, the room never got cleaned. They have some ridiculous sign that only if you want to be disturbed they'd serve you. No one came to clean the room whether the sign asking to be disturbed (I assume in normal hotels is is simple "please clean" or some such) was out or not. Breakfast was skimpy. And altogether everything is full of pomposity but few amenities. The bus tub in the room doesn't make it better, a designer trunk but no closet is not useful. The area is great but paying all this money for pomposity is a bit much. And really, make a habit to clean rooms at least every other day.

Nice concept, have been there twice. Unfortunately, the room needs some round-up. The mattress appeared a bit floppy, needs renewal. Some parts of the room seem to have seen better days. Small fixes should do.

Outragous service. 1.5 months after booking a superior room, I got an email saying they decided to downgrade me and to offer in retun a free breakfast that is worth less then the difference between the rooms. Attempts to contact the hotel or its manager were completely ignored. Had to involve Booking.com to cancel for lack of any decent alternative, 2 weeks before I was supposed to check in - to find a last-minute expensive solution. Stay away.

Perfect location and tidy rooms. I wish the rooms would have a water boiler and a mini bar for cold water though. Quite loud from both outside the hotel and from the corridoor which woke me up a few times.

You have to be a fan of open showers, wet floors, no hooks for towels and loud bathroom fans right next to the bed that can’t be turned off. Also, what's up with not offering daily cleaning, and bed making? You don't have to change sheets/towels every day if you want to save the planet. But please tidy up the rooms (unless you want to be a youth hostel), and don't use “eco” as a reason to not have proper staffing.

Fantastic hotel! The place has modern checkin and set up but still has a very responsive staff (shout out to Pablo for great advice and help)!!! The bed was super comfortable and the room was just plain great. And the shower was hot and with great waterflow (I write this because inlet really got and it was a nice notable thing). Will use again!

This perfectly-situated hotel firmly believes in its "we like to do things our way"-attitude which is fine but given the absence of facilities, lack of service and overpriced room it turns out to be a bit pretentious. The design of the room is strange and not very practical. For some reason a large wooden bench of no particular use is placed in the middle of the room, in front of the bed (mind your knees!). The shower is oddly separated from the toilet and you need a manual to use the shower tap. The climate inside the room is unpleasantly warm and dry which is especially annoying at night as there's no fridge or mini-bar at your disposal if you're thirsty. The noisy, disturbing ventilation system in the shower switches on about every night and keeps you awake for half an hour. The limited cleaning policy of the hotel is confusing and annoying. Basically only the bed has been made up once during our stay. No fresh towels or anything. Contact with the hotel staff is very limited. There's no regular reception desk and we came down once to order a drink at the bar on the ground floor but there was no-one around. We waited for a while and left eventually. We considered the staff's approach as anonymous and not very welcoming.
