12 Coffee Shops That Serve Great Food

"The Well feels like an oasis in the middle of Union Square, because you can take a yoga class followed by a luxurious shower with lots of nice products and Dyson hair dryers before posting up with your laptop in a cafe flooded with natural light. You might think a place that calls itself a "wellness café"  would be boring and "healthy" in all the wrong ways, but this is one of our favorite places to have a latte and a bowl of seasonal vegetables. We’re also big fans of their waffles and buckwheat pancakes." - carina finn koeppicus, bryan kim, hillary reinsberg

First of all, the space was very nice; however, I was honestly SHOOK by the prices at this place! Without looking at the menu prices, I ordered the buffalo chicken bowl to-go for lunch. When the worker stated the cost of $28 and something, I thought it was a mistake. NOPE! In that moment, I wanted to cancel but I proceeded and thought "okay fine, this must be a really delicious bowl for that price." THEN came the tip screen with options of 20, 25 and 30%! I couldn't justify tipping any of those amounts based on the exorbitant base price so I did a manual tip of $3. When I finally received the order in the bag, it was extremely light which felt a bit strange and thought something could be missing. I took the order back to my office to find the SMALLEST plate of food with uncooked rice that was hard on my teeth. (See pic). After spending over $30 for this plate, I can officially write this place off as overpriced and extremely disappointing!

Google
The Well is a great place for lunch if you're looking for something healthy, vegetarian friendly and have a bigger budget. I've been multiple times and I do enjoy coming here. The one thing I'll say is that the food does take a little longer than expected but you get an above average portion and the quality is good. So if you have plenty of time and are looking for a relaxing and healthy place to eat The Well is for you.

Google
Really good experience at the Well Kitchen & table ! The place is beautifully decorated and the team is very professional and welcoming. I had a « Make your own bowl » : lentils / spinach / poached eggs and it was delicious ! And I could feel it was healthy and good for me. Also I love the concept of a restaurant offering organic and healthy food / and a spa (there’s a spa attached to the restaurant). I haven’t tried the spa but it looks very nice !

Had made reservations for a Saturday brunch, which we'd highly recommend as this place tends to get busy. The ambiance and restaurant setup is fresh! Bright colors, welcoming, and very cozy. Having said that, we did get a broken chair on our table which was promptly replaced! We ordered a bottle of wine for the table, and got Za'atar roasted sweet potato ($8) and Sautéed baby spinach, garlic confit ($8) as our sides/appetizers. Both were quite disappointing lacking any powerful flavors. For mains, we got the Chicken Fajita bowl ($21), Cauliflower Fried Rice ($20), and Tree Hugger Sandwich ($17) - all of which definitely looked and tasted healthy, albeit lacked flavors again. Flavor-wise, the food is definitely on the milder side - something that we don't enjoy at all. Service was excellent, attentive staff, and food arrives within 25-minutes of ordering. Noise level was average to low.

Google
I liked this place a lot. We went for brunch and all our food was packed with flavor. However I wanted more from my experience. It smelled like a spa and the environment seemed to undermine the sophistication of the food. I liked the food but not enough to go back and dine indoors.

Google
Delicious and healthy food served in a beautiful ambiance. The staff is lovely too. My favorites include Nine Goddess Curry Vegetables, Caulirice, the hummus plate and the Tree Hugger Sandwich.

Google
I went here for breakfast today. They brand themselves as a health-focused store/centre with the restaurant being a part of it. There are good vegan options. The interiors are posh, waiters are friendly, the menu is limited and healthy, but the prices are slightly high (and thus misses the 5th star). I ate only the Nine Goddess curry, it was very fresh, warm, and felt "European". The thick orange coloured gravy was yummy, the vegetables were mildly cooked so as to retain their original taste. Maybe it had less oil and salt than a normal restaurant food has.

Google
The staff is super friendly. It's pretty. The food is alright. The wait was overwhelming. It took almost an hour to get the breakfast plate. More than half an hour for the smoothie. It's just not very well staffed.

Yelp
Food was alright but vibes were good! Stopped by for lunch and tried their cauliflower rice, which really turned out to be more a finely chopped veggie stir fried. It came with lots of well-seasoned mushrooms but I felt like the veggie portion could use additional seasoning. The chimichurri sauce was tasty but felt like it didn't match the rest of the dish. You can get an fried egg or poached egg on top, which might help add to make the dish more cohesive. I also got their shiitake broth which was interestingly served in a cup. It had a good mushroom flavor, with a tanginess that initially was surprising but then got use to. It was well-seasoned without being too salty, and can see myself enjoying it more on a winter day. In terms of decor, I love the openness of the space with taller ceilings, bright light, miminalist vibes, and greenery. As a Californian transplant, it gave me LA brunch vibes but indoors. The cafe area is to the side/back while many of the facilities are for members only. The front is a nice little shop. Staff were fine although some were less patient when I had to ask for directions twice.

Yelp
It is still closed as of 3/17/2025 .This is because of water damage due to a pipe breaking in the building. It is presently under reconstruction. I would go there almost every Sunday for Brunch for over 4 years. Great employees and good healthy food

Yelp
Went to the lunar gong, sound bath experience on a Friday evening, and it was incredible. It was my first time doing some thing like that, and the instructor was amazing. The space was incredibly clean and she walked us through everything and was very helpful.

Yelp
Oh my, when I chose this spot for a light brunch. I had no idea it was part of a high-end wellness retreat business. In fact, Jamie W. and I thought we were in the wrong place when we walked in because it looked like one of those Goop-like stores where they had lotions and creams organized on white back-lit shelves. When we started walking out, we noticed a little stand and then the cafe laid out behind the retail store. I asked the woman if there was a free table, and she kindly showed us one even though it looked like most people made reservations. There were lots of blonde people and lots of tanned people, sometimes both at the same time. There were also several young people busily tapping on their laptops. Next to us were a couple of young turks talking about the post-COVID business plans of their respective start-up ventures. Ah, youth. The menu was full of the healthy-sounding dishes which attracted us here in the first place. Jamie ordered the $17 Autumn Harvest Salad which consisted of roasted squash, Brussels sprouts, red quinoa, arugula, pickled onion, shards of cheddar cheese, and a maple-mustard vinaigrette (photo: https://bit.ly/3FcVZn9). It was tasty and definitely a creation that announced fall - even though pumpkin was conspicuous by its absence. I went for the $19 Cauliflower Fried Rice. It was a hearty mix of maitake and oyster mushrooms, heirloom vegetables, pickles, kimchi, chili oil, and cilantro chutney topped with a fried egg for an additional $4 (photo: https://bit.ly/3TAMEKm). It was just what I wanted without the carb guilt of rice. To wash it all down, we ordered $4.50 Flat Whites with almond milk for an extra $1.50 (photo: https://bit.ly/3N3p2eJ). Let the finger tapping on the laptops continue. Let the young turks blather on. We decided the route to our wellness was through our stomachs. FOOD - 4 stars..healthy dishes in reasonable portions that turned out tasty and filling enough AMBIANCE - 4 stars...like sitting in Gwyneth Paltrow's dining room SERVICE - 4 stars...the young staff was quite attentive TOTAL - 4 stars...a wellness emporium that acts as a magnet for ladies who lunch and start-up success wannabes RELATED - Hungry in NYC? Yelp
A great post workout healthy brunch spot! My friend and I split the tacos and pancakes and everything tasted really fresh and clean. Pancakes were especially filling, we couldn't even finish! They have a simple coffee menu but the lattes (both hot and iced) were pretty good too and came in the cutest mugs. We would definitely go back!
google avatar

Yelp
Simple/healthy menu side. Cauliflower Fried Rice was light yet flavorful! Menu is slightly on the unadventurous side but the food is actually not!

Yelp
The Well has a great aesthetic, with a bright, cute, and relaxing feel. I came for Saturday brunch. The food was clean, healthy, and just filling enough. It's on the pricier side but it isn't too unreasonable. I really enjoyed the Tree Hugger sandwich on sourdough, which is a vegan sandwich with your choice of bread. It has avocado, cucumber, radish, carrots, sprouts, tomato relish, and hummus. I sometimes worry that vegan sandwiches with just veggies will be boring, but this one was flavorful and came with a side of salad greens too. I think the tomato relish added a lot of flavorful and complimented the other vegetables well. I definitely felt nourished after this meal and would probably order the same thing if I came again! I will say the service was slow and inattentive, as other reviews have mentioned.

Yelp
Came here for a lunch on a Saturday via a reservation on Seated. The store and spa is beautiful; everything is very soothing and well decorated. I ordered a breakfast bowl, with came with avocado, sweet potato, poached eggs and spinach. It was good, filling and very healthy! I liked the salsa that it came with. My friend ordered the herbed chicken sandwich and that also looked delicious, the waiter said it was their most popular menu item. I think this place is great if you're looking for a quick and healthy bite to eat

Yelp
Whew where to start... suuuper slow service. After you get your food good luck seeing your waitress ever again. I had to walk to the front just to pay since no one ever came with my check. They also forgot to give me the latte I ordered & only had one of the 3 "wellness shots" available. To eat I got the cauliflower fried rice and while the concept was creative, it was way too salty. I'm giving them the 2 stars for ambiance (very cute and attached to the well spa which was convenient for me) & the food options were mostly healthy.

Yelp
Definitely the most clean (food) and delicious meal I've had when visiting the City. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, too. We could have stayed all day and with advance planning we will be back for more than a meal. They have a full spa and a well annotated retail section. While visiting the city over the weekend we made the decision to have brunch before taking on two tourist sites. We were seeking a meal that offered vegan and non-vegan options and would keep us full enough to skip lunch, we found that at The Well. The food was freshly prepared. Interesting combinations and the staff provided us guidance as we made our selections. We were pleased with the portion sizes and the quality of the ingredients. I had the vegan nine goddess curry which was beautifully made and tasted even better. Another diner had the breakfast bowl which contained sautéed spinach, roasted sweet potatoes and eggs. It was so filling she didn't finish it. My boyfriend had the morning scrambled which was served with dressed greens. Again a tasty and filing meal. The Well is now on our list of spots to eat healthy, enjoy the beautiful and spacious space, not feel rush or overwhelmed and provide us with a great start to our day. Loved the entire concept! What a win for NYC and for us! I can't say enough positive about this hidden gem and would give it more stars if possible

Yelp
I came here after seeing a girl on Tik Tok promote this place as a coffee shop. It seemed like they had lots of great workspace. But when I arrived they said that on Wednesday of this week the establishment shifted toward restaurant vibes focusing on making this a "space to unplug, unwind, relax and enjoy the moment with the company you're with" .. however I was here with a laptop and ready to work. They no longer allow laptops except for in their back library space which you need a premium membership to enter. I decided to dine anyway and grab a quick bite and some tea. The tea took 25 minutes to come to the table and as I retire this review I still have yet to receive my soup. The ambiance is great, service is painfully slow, wait staff is friendly and accommodating, food and drinks are decent.

Yelp
I came here for Sunday brunch, as my friend was looking for a cleaner and healthy meal. This place looks new, and I was surprised that there is a beauty counter in the front. (Didn't know much about THE WELL before this visit). I was nervous that this place was more about aesthetics than substance, but luckily, the food was delicious, filling, and reasonably priced! These qualities are hard to come by with healthy meals in NYC! I ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl, and loved the texture of my quinoa. It had a slight crisp to it, and the dressing came with a little bit of a spicy kick. I also got to explore the other parts of this place (apparently there are wellness rooms and a library inside?!), and it was all in all a fun adventure!
google avatar

Jordyn L.

Yelp
Good food, clean aesthetic, nice places to lounge. I don't personally like how it's also a store/spa. Also pretty expensive

Claudine O.

Yelp
What a gem of a cafe with amazing healthy food and celebrity sightings. The coffee is very good. You can stay a while but no laptops!
google avatar

Perrie L.

Yelp
The food is good and yummy but oy vey the service is horrendous. Had to ask to order after sitting there for 15 minutes. Had to ask for water. It took a long time to get the nourish bowl and Buffalo chicken bowl we ordered. Had to keep getting up to ask for more water, to order dessert and even to get the check. I will probably only order take out or delivery from here which is a shame because the ambiance is nice

Samantha W.

Yelp
While pricey, this is a much needed oasis. Their products are top-of-the-line and again the price point is relatively high but what a great place to relax eat healthy food catch a class meditate and staff is incredibly helpful.
google avatar

Simon L.

Yelp
Look at the reviews from 3 years ago claiming about slow and inattentive service. Guess what? It hasn't changed. I ordered cauliflower rice and bone broth. The cauliflower rice arrived and was ok. However the bone broth never arrived, even when I asked the waiter about it. I waited 40mins, then asked for the check. Only then did the waiter say the bone broth is premade and in a crock pot ready to serve - yet they couldn't get it for me in 40mins. Unbelievable. The most disappointing thing, look at their other reviews and this seems to be a consistent pattern of inattentive and poor customer service.
google avatar

Julian M.

Yelp
This place is absolutely dank. It even smells dank. Have you watched the Goop docuseries? Are you curious? Go here. The ambiance is delightful, but so is the food and the service (a taaad relaxed if you're going somewhere). You probably can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I had the Well Bowl with the egg, which was a lot of greens and exactly what I wanted.
google avatar

Lou C.

Yelp
We weren't expecting much when we walked in, as you enter directly into a spa store setting, with the entrance to the cafe to the right. But we were pleasantly surprised at how great this place is! The servers were very good, and helpful with menu questions, and all of our food was tasty. The roasted veggie frittata was a hit, especially when paired with the side of steak. The breakfast bowls with sous vide eggs had plenty of food and were excellent. Prices are comparable to the area, and the setting is very cool and relaxing.
google avatar

Norbe D.

Yelp
HORRIBLE service. We were told to wait 25 minutes. We put our name on the list patiently wait and then after the full wait, rude hostess tells us it's now 40 min. Sunday 2/19/23 at 1pm. Never again.
google avatar

Mia M.

Yelp
Worst service in any NYC restaurant. Do NOT come here, rude staff, long wait for food. It's clean on the surface but extremely DIRTY underneath the wellness facade. Crumbs, hair in the napkins? Also they never have what is on the menu. The "sous vide" eggs are vomit worthy, translucent raw egg? What are we running here? It's a joke, save your time, money, and patience. Keep walking, they will be out of business shortly with practices like that.
google avatar

Sharanya R.

Yelp
Loved this place from the moment I walked in. Everything from the subtle yet tasteful decor, friendly staff, unique menu with clean ingredients, cute skin and wellness products, and souped up spa all brought together beautifully under one roof. Safe to say I'll be coming back, both for the food and to check out one of their workout classes.
google avatar

Nicholas G.

Yelp
Located right next to Union square we stumbled on it while walking around. On first glance you aren't sure if you are in a restaurant or a make up store. The menu has some interesting items. The quinoa burger was one of the most bland meals I have had in a long time. Probably top 3. They have oven roasted sweet potato's which were ehh. The veggie chips were terrible. The meal was very underwhelming. Credit to them for keeping the place clean. Very bright in here too so that is encouraging. I feel like they are trying too hard to make the food unique and it falls flat.

Josh H.

Yelp
I came here two times and each time I came I saw employees don't get treated right I see food come out late I seen servers talking to much instead of taken orders and doing there job I would never come here again and I do not recommend coming here !

Yelp
The space is absolutely beautiful. Just being at The Well, I feel my wallet getting lighter. I ate in The Well Kitchen & Table today and ordered the following: - The Well bowl with extra chickpeas (doesn't need the extra chickpeas since it came with a good amount): Consisted of super greens, tri-colored radishes, I think carrots, and chickpeas dressed in a tumeric tahini creamy vinaigrette. - Sauteed Blue Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms: Don't be me and think this plate contains oysters. It DOESN'T. This plate is strictly mushrooms but gosh darn they're good a*s mushrooms with a pack of flavor. GET IT. - Roasted Asparagus: Simple and nice bite to them. You can't go wrong. - Bone Broth: Personally, I love bone broths. They make me feel like I'm getting all the nutrition I need. This one was great as well, lacked a bit of salt but nothing a salt shaker can't fix. I felt healthy AF after eating this. ALSO the service is GREAT! They are super attentive and make sure you're comfortable. My only complaint is that when I dined in, I need to order off a QR code I needed to scan and it took 15 minutes for the code to work. My mother and I kept getting an error message when I tried. When I finally was able to order, I only had the option to order pick up or delivery, I was advised to do pick up and add a note in that I was dining in (pssst, use code take5 to save yourself $5). Although I added in my note, my food was packed but the waiter realized and corrected it.

Yelp
This is going to be one of my new favorite spots, I can feel it. I got one of the best entree salad with fish I've ever had!! It was so light and FRESH, and a nice portion size. The atmosphere was so calming and aesthetic, and really added to the whole experience. Unfortunately I can't give a full 5-stars because it's quite pricey. My salad was $14 - not bad on its own, but adding a protein (my fish, an extra $13) bumped it up to a crazy $27. For a salad!! I'll definitely be coming back despite the price. Highly recommend a visit if you're looking to feel healthy, fresh, and energized. The combo of the space and the menu options will be sure to rejuvenate you. Maybe a splurge for those special self-care days?
google avatar

M P.

Yelp
Super yummy and healthy! Tables though are soooooo small and cramped everyone coming in asked to be moved (but no one was moved Lolol) Got the bowl and it was really fresh and the dressing is just delightful. Service is also good overall.
google avatar

Ariana B.

Yelp
Enjoyed a lunch here with some friends on a Saturday afternoon. It is a unique space, not only is it a restaurant but also a spa. They have some cool products they sell inside for self care, and the restaurant area is beautifully decorated. The food was very good, I enjoyed the well bowl and some mimosas. The entire vibe of the restaurant was welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.

Yelp
Had lunch at The Well yesterday... Ambiance is great. Makes me feel like I'm back in LA. Service is super friendly. Our server was really patient with questions and offered suggestions on his favorites. Note that food takes FOREVER though so don't go if you're in a rush or hungry. (I see that others in Yelp mention this so hopefully the restaurant is reading these reviews and will do something about it.) Food is overally quite good. I recommend the breakfast dosa, which is delicious. My husband had the veggie burger and I really liked that too, although it was a bit on the dry side. Prices are on the higher side for the portion but nothing crazy. Overall we'll definitely return.

Yelp
I sadly got Covid on my visit. I never got it before until I decided to visit a few weeks ago. Really upsetting and I had to be away from my 5 month old daughter and husband which was traumatizing. Poor quality control considering this is a spa experience. The food was average. Giving 2 stars for the very friendly staff, but I would have the staff wear mask just in case. Obviously, I know the spa can't control outside guest/ visitors. However, even after notifying the spa about my experience. They sadly only offered me excuses, not even an apology or partial reimbursement.

Nirvana E.

Yelp
attitude is worse than service ... came to The Well for breakfast with my daughter while visiting her for a few days in the city... .. yes, the service is outrageous.. after waiting for my order for close to 30min, (mind you the place was almost empty), my egg sandwich arrived on a burned toast with cold eggs.. I called someone, (our waitress never came up and checked on us!!). They offered to make another one, although at that point I lost any hope and patience.. and just asked for a bill (they took $17 off).. yes, things happen, the reason I wrote this review is how bad the attitude of the personnel was, no apologies for making customers wait and messing it up. on the way out I spoke to a manager (a heavy set lady with long black hair, for the lack of her name.. wish she introduced herself..) she only wished me a good day..

XxAsSaSs1n 2.

Yelp
Idek where to begin. Victoria or Vanessa, whatever the managers name is was nothing but pure atrocious. I was just trying to have a lovely treat for myself and my spouse as this hefty women comes over to proclaim me and my wife as Spicks(not a nice word for a Hispanic). As me and my wife looked at one another in utter disbelief we proceeded to tell her that her food that she served us was beyond horrendous(not only presentation wise but there was several hairs and fingernail clippings in our plates). She then proceeded to baffle me and my wife by screaming at us and telling us to leave the restaurant immediately. Could not believe the atrociousness we received in a restaurant, I thought only customers acted like children but ig I was wrong. Would never eat here again.

Yelp
"Not our problem." I ordered delivery and received a completely different order. Luckily I caught the delivery driver in time and returned it. I called the restaurant and they said they wouldn't do anything and that it was an Uber issue. I asked if I was going to get my breakfast and they said no. So, I had to call Seamless for a refund and order from somewhere else. I know it's out of their hands, but the people I talked to didn't seem to care at all that I never got my order. They could have re-prepared my order and sent it with a complimentary item. The people on the phone definitely need customer service training. However, from some of the reviews here, it's probably a good thing I didn't receive my food.

Meshal L.

Yelp
LOVE the space. I had the smoothie and the cauliflower rice with chicken. Was delicious. Highly recommend the bone broth. I'm not a bone broth person, as in I'm not seeking bone broth. BUT this bone broth is INSANE. Bone broth, bone broth, bone broth. You can order everything from your phone using the QR code and it's surprisingly seamless. More places should do it just like them. Feels good to have a spot in Flatiron/Union Square again.
google avatar

Yelp
Good atmosphere ok food good Wi-Fi. The service was good too they were friendly. Meal took a bit to cook out but it's pretty good. Mostly healthy options.
google avatar

Christine L.

Yelp
Utterly terrible takeout experience. Waited 45 min for a smoothie and sweet potato bowl. Tiny portions - food was cold. Was looking for a healthy breakfast option, but skip this place. Overpriced and not worth it.
google avatar

Molly M.

Yelp
This wellness restaurant/shop/spa combo has a very Goop-like interior. I went here for a late brunch with a group of friends. The menu is healthy and plant-based. The avocado socca and dosa that two friends ordered looked good. I had "The Well Bowl," which was not quite as satisfying. It was two poached eggs atop a huge bowl of raw veggies and chickpeas, served with a warm and not super flavorful dressing. Items were quite pricey - another person in our group ordered the $13 yogurt bowl which came out in the tiniest cup. We were wondering why it wasn't priced more like a side. The ambiance was nice and relaxing, with a bright and modern aesthetic. I would suggest it to people who want a lighter meal or have dietary restrictions.

Yelp
The Well is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in town. The price is a little steep but the food is AMAZING!!!! I went on a Saturday night for dinner with a couple friends, I think we ordered the entire menu! We shared a bunch of apps, the burrata was to die for!!!! Also the Hamachi was super fresh and delish. My favorite mains were the burger and sweet potato fritters and the fusilli with mushroom ragu. For dessert we shared the VEGAN chocolate pudding and OMG!!!! I have no words to describe how amazing it is. Totally worth checking it out if you're into healthy clean eating. I feel like you're paying for the price of ingredients which really comes thru. Also the SPA is GOURGEOUS

One word, basic. Service: very slow service. It's evident that they still need to smooth out wait staff operations more Food quality: definitely not the spot if you're looking for good food. Portions are relatively small for what you get. The zucchini bread I ordered was dry and hard (also batter was extremely undermixed before baking). Also concerned if they know how to properly brew tea or coffee. They gave us at least 5g tea to brew 2 cups and the coffee contained too much water. Environment: beautiful space, but that's pretty much it Price-for-value index: Very poor. Portions were small and there are plenty of other places in the area with much better price for what you get. I wouldn't waste your time here.

Yelp
I went for the 1st time on Sunday overall great experience! Modern and clean interior, food was great! Really cool concept of healthy and mindful eating, you can really taste the freshness and quality of ingredients. Service was good too. I had the buckwheat pancakes- super nutty and gf, served with raspberry preserved and salted butter. My girl had the soft Dosa with fermented hot sauce which was killer! We'll be back for dinner soon. Cool vibes!

Yelp
Oof even smaller portion sizes than I had anticipated. Got the seasonal soft shell crab salad which was $18 for a small crab and a handful of greens which was definitely not enough for lunch. Also tried the lassi for a protein supplement but was so watered down that it was nothing like what I think of for lassi (typically almost a thick drinkable yogurt / milkshake consistency) and also really unappetizing. Will sadly go through my day feeling very hungry after a $35 lunch (including tip + tax).

Yelp
Went there twice during a recent visit to NYC. Loved the breakfast bowl - it came with sweet potato, avocado, spinach, seeds, eggs, and much more. I think it cost $16. Their OJ is fresh-squeezed ($9/glass) and coffee was good. Only four stars because both times we went, the servers never checked on us after we got our food. We had to get up to seek out our bill.

Yelp
Heard some buzz and happened to walk by shortly after and decided to check it out for coffee. Returned for brunch. And then lunch. All in one week. There's a hint of vibe in the air, without being too much, the staff are attentive and courteous (water glass never reached empty), but most importantly: the menu is healthy, fun, creative and incredibly tasty. Over the course of my 3 visits, everything was exceptionally delicious, especially the breakfast bowl, buckwheat pancakes - (hooray tasty gluten free treat!) - and the chicken kebab.

Yelp
Took a beloved visitor to this spot last night. Was incredibly impressed by the decor and menu selections. We had the carrot hummus and beet salad. Both very tasty and enjoyable with our biodynamic wine. Unfortunately I couldn't bump the review to 4 stars because of service. It was painfully slow and inattentive, perhaps due to the party of 18 next to us? It's a bit disappointing paying so much for just a few items if your server is ghosting you throughout the meal. Definitely recommend the tasty foods, but don't expect to be impressed with hospitality.

Yelp
Simple and spacious interior. Healthy and yummy food. Another addition to our neighborhood. And friendly service.

Yelp
The place is beautiful and was a great spot for a small group dinner. Definitely order the burrata! We had great service from Matt and really enjoyed his recommendations. I loved the set up, great vintage chairs, and great music in the background. Will come back! Just wish it was open beyond 930pm.

Yelp
I met a friend for Brunch at 11am on a Sunday. Service was very slow despite it being pretty empty. I ordered the Shashuka and it was VERY spicy. Runny nose and everything...I kept running out of water and there was no one to fill it up. The table next to us sat down and also commented about the slow service. They didn't receive water for what seemed like 10 mins. I asked for my bread to calm my burning mouth and was charged $5 for a couple pieces of toast (note not the same delicious toast that comes with the Shashuka). My friend ordered the Quinoa Bean burger and although the presentation was lovely, it fell apart immediately. My friend also commented that it NEEDED the side sauce as it was pretty bland. At some point there was a switch in waiter shifts during the 1.5 hrs we were there which only further contributed to the already slow service.

Yelp
The food is incredible. Had the seared salmon, which was cooked perfectly. The ambiance is amazing for any occasion. Highly recommend this place! So relaxing and beautiful.
