The Wellem - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Wonderful hotel that is very close to many restaurants. Rooms are quiet and spacious. The draw back is that while they have AC, its NOT available in the colder months, so if you want any fresh air, you need to open the outside patio door if you have a balcony suite, however you will hear your neighbors, and its a bit uncomfortable from a safety point of view. German stands much like Europe are EXTREMLY rigid. Parking is great, staff is for the most part excellent. Buffet breakfast is very good. Many rooms have two bathrooms which is convenient. Its a great place and we have been staying their for the past 4 years to attend a trade show (MEDICA) Enjoy.... Request or buy more water as they are very restrictive under this false premise that they are saving the planet by having you accept there minimalist existence when in fact they are just cheap. Don't buy into it

This is a wonderful hotel in the city. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. Breakfast is wonderful. The staff was very friendly. I left something in the safe when we left and the staff had it waiting for me at the front desk when I came back. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our stay at The Wellem Hotel in Düsseldorf was nothing short of perfection. Check in was quick and easy, and reception staff were super nice and very welcoming. The rooms were immaculate, incredibly spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail was remarkable, and the quiet ambiance made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location of The Wellem is unbeatable. Just a few minutes’ walk to the charming Christmas Markets, it couldn’t have been more convenient. It’s also close to beautiful parks for a peaceful stroll and the Heinrich-Heine-Allee train station, making it easy to explore the city. (2 stops to central station) This hotel has quickly become my absolute favorite, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Thank you, The Wellem, for an unforgettable experience. You’ve set the bar incredibly high! 🤩

Fantastic hotel, room like a small apartment complete with washing machine in separate room, dishwasher and complete kitchen.Double TV , open living room much comfortable and external terrace. Very cleaned and soundproofed. In the hall nice bar with a lot of variety of drinks bottles with pianist

Lovely hotel in the heart of Dusseldorf. The suite was huge and provides a washer and dryer combo. Valet parking is provided for an additional fee. The rooms are meticulous and have all you could need. The bar has top notch wines and liquors and is so elegant. Our only concern was that the washer dryer combo takes about 4 hours for one tiny load so if you have a lot of laundry to do, it will take you a long time.

HOW THIS SO CALLED HYATT COLLECTION HOTEL - THE WELLEN DUSSELDORF - CAN GIVE SERIES OF EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCES. ||We carefully chose The Wellen for our group meetings, instead of a great experience, we encounter series of dissapoinments.||1. FIRST IMPRESSION, BAD ATTITUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The LADY reception called M. Goguadze, called me in a harsh tone from upstairs like a Bos lady calling her servant to run errund, I was about to get up to come upstairs to reach her anyway despite I was still stunned by how she behave, but then she immediately head to my husband and disturb him who was busy with his important concal (who specifically instructed her before to deal with me instead), and talk as if I dont exist there in front of her, such a disrespect way to greet guests. Just after my husband complaint, she asked me to follow her to the room with "a rolling eyes and an attitude", let s not forget she s about to give me key that didn't work.||I still cant believe I would ever have to encounter this kind of treatment from any hotel staff , and it's Hyatt. How can this kind of behaviour exist in HYATT GROUP. ||2. Our group member also complaint that NOBODY was anwering the parking garage they have to leave the car there and walk to the reception. And go back.|3. NOBODY ever answering the room service.|4. Even the TV. It took us hours of attempts and failed to connect to netflix. Then we have to put 150euro deposit just to make the TV works. ||And, lastly but not least, when we went to the reception to file complaints we re EVEN MORE SURPRISED to found some coleagues were complaining to the same lady for the same and some other issues. What happen to your Brand dear HYATT? ||This is indeed beyond our wildest expectation, and the very last thing we expect will ever happen in a hotel under Hyatt Group.||And APPARENTLY, it's THE SAME FOR THE REST OF THE TEAM MEMBERS STAYING HERE. I believe it was over 20 people and we booked over 20 rooms here. ||We understand running a hotel can be overwhelming, |yet such level of bad behaviour of your staff doesn't even belong in a budget hotel, more to say THIS IS THE WELLEN by HYATT.|

Our recent stay at The Wellem in Düsseldorf was marred by significant issues that completely overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. Despite informing the hotel twice about a severe feather allergy, we arrived to find down-filled bedding in our room. It took multiple requests and hours of back-and-forth before this was rectified, severely disrupting our evening with young children.||||Adding insult to injury, the hotel's advertised complimentary Sunday late check-out was consistently denied, only to be offered at check-out when it was too late to be of any use. For a hotel charging nearly €400 per night for a Studio Suite, the lack of attention to detail and customer care was appalling.||||The Wellem, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, clearly failed to live up to its reputation and price point. I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their options when visiting Düsseldorf. A hotel that disregards severe allergies and misleads customers about its services is not worth your time or money.

The whole hotel facility was top notch. The staff was professional and friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. It is right on the boarder of the Altstadt area and the rail station which was very convenient and fun. I would definitely stay there again for any future stays in Dusseldorf.

Wow, what can you say about this amazing place. Had a last minute stop over in Dusseldorf for a meeting and wanted to find a place in the Andreas Quarter of Dusseldorf as I really like the restaurants and attractions. This Hyatt House was renovated out of an old court house and caters to the Andreas Quarters art scene. There are plenty of theater productions and art galleries a plenty, plus there are two amazing restaurants right inside. The piano bar is amazing with such a great lounge feeling. When you walk in the lobby is MASSIVE but so well decorated to make you feel at home. Little areas to sit and read the many books provided, gorgeous artwork to look at, stunning architecture...the list goes on. Oh, and the rooms are massive and priced perfectly, and their brand news, super cozy, and best of all quiet. Staff is top notch and accommodating to all the request you may have. Breakfast is fantastic, the Gym is big...nothing more to say, this place is really really good and I put it at the top of the list. If you do stay here, I recommend an early morning stroll down to the Rhein River along the quarter and take a look at all the plazas and squares in the early morning hours before everything starts to move, absolutely breathtaking with all the public art.
