Experience was meh for the most part. The staff at the valet, conceirge, and check-in all seemed a bit aloof. The employee checking us in was clearly just going through the motions until she realized I was a higher-ranking member then it turned into warmer smiles and conversation. Hotel definitely seems to cater more towards working professionals and conferences than families going to Disney.||The room was fine overall, my status got us "upgraded" to a pool view, but what they didn't tell us was that there was music at the pool until 10pm or later. First night it was manageable, the pounding music went off at 10pm, but the second night it was still blaring at midnight so I complained to the front desk, and it went off. We didn't hear it again until our last night when it was playing after 11pm, but went off right before midnight. Hotel claims not to know where the music is coming from, which I think is BS, but whatever.||The room gets super humid, and the door to our juliette balcony only opened the first night, then wouldn't open again. Beds are okay, not amazing. You can hear a lot of noise both in and around the hotel (doors slamming, tv's, people talking, etc) but there was also a lot of street noise, which was disappointing, considering the cost we paid and the newness of the hotel itself. I would have hoped for better soundproofing.||There are no vending machines, and the only little convenience store closes at 6pm so we had to go to Target down the street for some necessities and snacks.||Also, the hotel texted me every single day of my stay, asking me how my stay was going. The first day I replied briefly, the second day I gave a more detailed complaint about the loud music, and I ignored the texts the rest of the time because I just felt it was way too excessive. I don't need to tell you every single day how my stay is, I want to focus on my family time, not staring at my phone. ||The room service food was amazing though.
