We stayed here for 3 nights from Australia over 4 July 2025. The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. The hotel is well appointed and doesn’t feel too busy. We were worried about hotels in the area being noisy and overrun with people (no experience if that is the case but the Westin does not have an over busy feel). Importantly for us there were sufficient lifts. Many American hotels we have stayed in you wait ages for lifts. We chose a park view room because of the time of year. The experience was better than expected. After a long flight from Sydney we watched Disney fireworks from our room and each night the same. On 4 July we could see fireworks in the distance for over an hour which was amazing along with fantastic Disney fireworks. We didn’t want to have to return to Disney in crowds to see fireworks and the room allowed us go have that experience. It’s easy to walk to downtown and Disney, we believe there is also public transport close but we didn’t use it. The in room dining is quick and tasty and breakfast is good for a hotel. The pool although smaller than expected was nice for a swim after Disney. Our only issue was the showers aren’t amazing in terms of pressure. I also do wish American hotels had a kettle but we brought one with us for a cup of tea. There is an in room fridge and the bathroom is over size which is also very cool. The hotel staff are lovely and not in your face too much. We highly recommend it. The park view you can literally hear the screams on the roller coaster in front of you which is so much fun to watch. We took ages deciding on a hotel here and were very happy with the choice. Disney hotels felt too much and we knew jet lag would mean we would not be able to wake up for the extra time benefit in park. The walk is slightly longer than a few other chain hotels but the extra few hundred metres is worth it. It’s an easy walk to some super markets and restaurants with a Mexican and steak place in building.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Disneyland, and it was perfect! It’s super convenient — only about a 15‑minute walk to the park, which made it so easy for our family. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the first floor in the morning. If you’re planning a family trip to Disneyland, this is definitely a great place to stay!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Walking to the conference center was quick and easy, which made things super convenient. The valet staff stood out for their helpfulness and professionalism, and the security presence around the hotel was both noticeable and reassuring. All around friendly faces that made us feel safe and welcome. The pool bar staff was also great, and the food there was delicious! During our stay, we also dined at the nearby Fleming’s, which was excellent, so I highly recommend it if you’re in the area. We brought our kids, 10 & 11. They loved the pool. We loved the hot tub after walking all day. Overall, our stay was amazing. I truly hope to come back one day!

Skip the Disney Property Resorts and head straight to the Westin Anaheim Resort! Over the years, we have stayed at all three Disney Resorts multiple times (Disney Hotel/Grand Californian/ Pixar (in all of its renditions). The Westin stands and shines heads and shoulders above the big three that are associated with the park. Yes, the three are a tad closer, but what is one easy block-- the walk is nothing-- literally! I will take the calm and quiet luxury of the Westin any day over the monorail access from Disneyland Hotel. And, the Westin is close enough to return to the hotel mid-day if you want respite from Disneyland or if your kiddos (or you) need a little nap! ||The quality of the Westin Resort is excellent. Both the public spaces and rooms are what you want after returning from a full day at the park. The rooms are well-appointed, luxurious (enough--it's Disneyland after all), clean, and spacious. The hotel vibe is calm (which is what you want even if you are travelling with little ones). |We had a King with a very comfortable mattress and a Juliette balcony with a view of the park. So, if you didn't last until the fireworks, you still get the show! Also, when I was comparing the rooms between the Disney hotels and the Westin I could see I was getting more value for the dollar! ||Booking through Amex you get the daily buffet breakfast which was very good and had something for everyone. We also received a $100 credit to use towards food/bev at the property. While we did not eat at Flemmings or Puesto--they are there. The Rooftop Bar is nice and you can make reservations (good plan to view fireworks.) The downstairs bar was also very nice. Sidenote-noticed that while we were eating breakfast, our room was cleaned. This type of service- where they keep track of guests and service rooms while they are eating breakfast etc is something we typically only experience in 5-star + hotels. We really appreciated knowing that our room would be ready when we returned from a long day at the park! |Parking was easy. There is a self-park and valet option.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin, and it’s truly one of the best options if you’re visiting Disneyland or Downtown Disney—the location couldn’t be more ideal, just a short walk from all the magic.||||The room itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. After full days in the parks, it was a perfect place to relax and recharge. The breakfast was exceptional—yes, a bit on the pricier side, but absolutely worth the investment for the quality and variety offered.||||While the staff overall were very kind and helpful, we did encounter a hiccup with our early check-in request. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready until later in the afternoon, which did force us to adjust some of our plans. That said, the hotel handled the situation with flexibility and offered a few perks to help make up for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.||||Despite the delay, our overall experience remained very positive thanks to the excellent service, clean accommodations, and unbeatable location. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d definitely choose the Westin again.

The Westin is in an amazing location next to Disneyland and watching the fireworks are great. I was excited to stay here a night given the reviews online. However for the $400 a night I paid this was not a great value for my money. This hotel is part of the fine hotel collection through American Express travel and comparable hotels have offered far more extensive amenities for the price. The break fast at the tangerine room was similar to the quality I have found at more budget friendly hotels. The pool and hot tub are on the smaller side. Parking was $45 for overnight guests and the noise from the street was evident all evening with emergency vehicles regularly running their sirens.

We’ve been staying at the Westin Anaheim Resort regularly since it opened, and it has consistently delivered a five-star experience every time. This hotel blends modern luxury with warm, attentive service in a way that few properties manage to do—especially in such a busy tourist area. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The Westin Heavenly Bed is, as always, a standout, and the park view rooms are especially worth booking—you get a fantastic view of the Disneyland fireworks right from your room, which adds a touch of magic to your stay. The Club Lounge is another major highlight. It's quiet, elegant, and well-stocked throughout the day with high-quality continental breakfast, wine, snacks, and evening champagne —not to mention excellent service and great views. It’s one of the best executive lounges in the area. William, the concierge, deserves special recognition. He has gone above and beyond for us time and again—offering expert recommendations, remembering preferences, and always making guests feel truly welcome. William is a big reason we choose the Westin Anaheim over other options, and his level of service is rare even at top-tier hotels. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—just a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, which is only about 5 minutes more than the much pricier (and frankly less stylish) Disney property hotels. For the comfort, quality, and savings, the Westin is a no-brainer. This hotel has become our default home base in Anaheim, whether we’re in town for work or fun. It’s everything you want in a luxury stay, with a personal touch that keeps you coming back. Five stars, every time.

The Westin Anaheim is like the grown-up Disneyland for people who appreciate a good mattress and working A/C. Ok, maybe that’s a little dramatic, but this place is beautiful! The bed was comfy, and staff were super helpful. I could’ve used some instructions on how to use the room lights (I miss switches!). Although the Westin is Walking distance to Disneyland, it’s far enough away that you don’t hear a screaming kid every 10 seconds. There are a variety of food options connected to the Westin, including the Rooftop bar with view of Disneyland. Notable mentions: there is coffee in the room! (It’s tucked away in the drawer). I was able to hear my neighbor on the phone, had I paid attention, I might have been able to make out what he was saying… Lastly, i am not a fan of the toilet not having a separate door from the entire bathroom. Other than those two negs, it’s a beautiful place.

Yelp
Wow! Really enjoyed our stay! My husband and I decided to book a few nights here before heading over to the Disneyland Hotel where his work event was going to be held later in the week. Check in was nice and AMX upgrade to balcony room with park view was cool! Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean! I really appreciate the orange macaroons, mandarins and sparkling orange soda! Made us feel special! Love the theme going on setting the tone for the hotel. We had hoped to dine at the rooftop lounge but it was booked out for the duration of our stay. Looked really nice and we would have loved to try it. Next time. We opted to dine downstairs at the bar area. Since we were eating at Downtown Disney we decided to do light appetizers. The deviled eggs and shrimp tacos were outstanding! Very tasty and generous portions. We couldn't finish all the tacos. We also tried the cafe on the corner the next day. Outstanding service staff and food was good. We hung out one morning at the pool area. Very nice spa and pool to swim and hang out. Love the fact it wasn't crowded but that could have been off season. It's a small pool area so maybe not the same experience during high season. The AMX deal gave us free breakfast buffet $33 per person it was well worth it! Outstanding selection of breakfast items and also could order off a made to order menu. Overall, I would definitely come back here and recommend.

Yelp
A very convenient location in Anaheim that is walking distance from the Disneyland Parks and the Anaheim Convention Center. The property is fairly large and the staff is very friendly. A lot of the typical check in information such as how much the deposit on the credit card was, wifi instructions, and navigation of the property were not mentioned at check in but it was fairly easy to figure out on your own. The rooms are clean and have a fair amount of space. Some of the outlets did not work, but I was able to find a few that did for charging my devices. Because of the layout of the hotel, some of the rooms require a much farther walk from the elevator, but it was still a very good experience. The property has several large conference rooms that are fantastic for large events.

Yelp
I'm honestly surprised this place doesn't have a lower rating on Yelp. The service we received felt like a two-star experience, and I don't say that lightly. Thankfully, it didn't ruin our trip--we still had a great time--but this will definitely be my first and last stay at this hotel. The final straw was when we requested breakfast to be delivered between 6:00-6:15 AM, specifically mentioning it was for our kids before heading to Disneyland. We even emphasized that they're slow eaters and needed it on time. And yet, it never showed up.

Yelp
My favorite hotel to have a staycation with my family for Disneyland. Check is always easy // flemings being down stairs is a big plus for my family that's loves that steakhouse . I always get a room with a view of the park with double beds just so we have some room To relax . The rooms are always clean and they come by to refresh towels very often ! But my last stay -- they left room services on the floor for hours the entire stay the hallway smelled terrible when I arrived for check in . I called downstairs and asked for them to have someone come up and grab multiple trays left by other rooms outside . No one did . Even the next morning I left for rope drop and it was dinners in the hallways.

Yelp
Great stay! I was here for a conference for a few days in September. Even though I'm pretty local, it was so much more convenient to just go downstairs instead of driving in. The hotel is beautiful. And your first steps in... It smells amazing! CONFERENCE The conference center is conveniently located on the 1st floor and has a great flow. They have many ballrooms of different sizes to meet all needs. Our conference had about 300 attendees so it was a manageable size with large groups meetings rooms and smaller breakout rooms for different sessions. Food and service was on point. During snack breaks and breakfast, there were many stations so it was never crowded. Lunch was served and everything tasted good. The desserts were top notch. ROOMS Check in was very easy and convenient. The great thing about staying here for a conference is the room elevators for conference attendees are steps from the conference center so it is very convenient. The room was clean & very spacious with a sitting area, office area, and lots of outlets, I had a cute balcony with a view of the hotel entry, Rise rooftop Bar and California Adventure Park (across the street). The bathroom... It was beautiful, the deep soaking tub was to die for. I may have jumped in too many times. You know the initial smell that was amazing when you first walk in the lobby? That was the signature scent of all the bath products - White tea. It is glorious! RESTAURANTS There are many great restaurants on site plus room service was delicious but expensive. I got to try a few of the restaurants - Puesto, Bar 1810, and Room Service. Everything is great! HOTEL The lobby area is welcoming, bright and open with a business center, restaurants, bars and lots of seating throughout. Pool area was great. There were lots of cabanas. Valet was convenient. Definitely recommended!

Yelp
We've stayed here four times and it's been nice every time. That being said, our rooms were never ready during check in. At one point they said the people hadn't checked out yet. It was 4pm. I'm like... ummm how does that happen? Maybe if a room is booked for the same day, don't approve a late check out? Anyway, we made them update us and give us a different room because that's ridiculous. Anyway, the rooms are nice and the food is good. We had a room facing Disney and were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony. The breakfast buffet is good. Room service still exists at this hotel and that's also a plus.

Yelp
This Westin is a lovely hotel that is moderately priced for the area. There are less expensive "neighbor" hotels, but this Westin is worth the upgrade in price in my opinion. Of course there are the more expensive Disney hotels that are almost twice as much as this one. Pros: 1. We walked to Disney in about 10 minutes. 2. It is also very close to the Anaheim Ducks Arena. 3. Beautiful hotel, both the lobby and the rooms. 4. The rooms are a little larger than regular rooms and very clean. The bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. 5. Good restaurants right in the area- Puesto is quite nice and they have a coffee shop and a Flemings. Room service is available 24 hours a day. 6. Very pretty pool and hot tub area with an outdoor fireplace. 7. On our first evening here we got back to the room and our fridge was not working. I called to have it fixed and a maintenance person was replacing it within 15 minutes. 8. The bed is luxurious and comfy. Cons: 1. Really none. You do have to pay for parking but that seems the norm for the area. And with walking to Disney instead of driving we saved on having to pay for parking there. I would stay here again.

Yelp
We stayed here a few years ago when it first opened for our daughters 18th and decided to do the same for a Disney 21st trip. It's about a 15 minute walk to Disney and has lovely large rooms , park views and great restaurants. Check in was easy and we had a room on the 4th floor with some park and fireworks views. The room is well appointed with the signature comfortable Westin beds, beautiful bathroom, it has a fridge and great amenities. Bathroom is large and spacious as well as being bright and modern! We also had a lovely outdoor balcony from which we could watch the Disney fireworks! The club lounge also has these same great views and we enjoyed the daily breakfast with lots of healthy options while sitting on the outside patio! The staff here was also tremendous! They have a great rooftop restaurant with Rise as well as countless restaurants nearby! It's a great location to enjoy Disney -close enough to walk but far enough away to enjoy more of a laid back vibe and a beautiful property!

Yelp
Beautiful property. Just down the street from Disneyland. Easy walking distance. Rooms are clean, service very friendly and nearby restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again. Tip: it's a Marriott property. If you travel at all join their rewards club. Club level had the best views of California adventure and a great place for snacks.

Yelp
I loved loved loved this place! Went here for a baecation with my bf! We were going to Disneyland & Universal Studios but decided we wanted to stay closer to Disneyland! Let's get into the details. So we arrive and of course you can either get valet or self parking. I can't remember how much self parking is but we decided to do that everyday since parking is so close and I hate waiting on valet to get my car! I wanna say it was maybe $35 a day? Honestly can't remember we went back in August! So we arrive in the lobby and it smelled absolutely amazing! The front desk staff was super helpful! I got the romantic package for the room and they dressed it up so nicely. The room was a bit small and the balcony was extremely small. But the room felt like it was recently renovated and it was SOOO CLEAN! The bathroom was perfect! So if you're worried if the rooms are nice or not. Don't worry about that at all. This place gets it! Walking distance is about 15 minutes from downtown Disney which isn't bad at all! We already pre paid for parking so didn't take advantage of walking to the park. The only reason I have 4 star and not 5 is because the room was pretty small even though I was nice and the rooftop lounge Rise ONLY takes reservations so we never got to experience the fireworks on the rooftop which is the whole reason I booked this place . But I'll know for next time! Amazing stay!

Tim J.

Yelp
We had a Fantastic stay at this hotel over the weekend for my birthday! The room was very clean, updated and the view was amazing. I have to give a special shout out to Brian O who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our stay a very memorable one!

Yelp
Parking garage is few Steps away and they have handicap parking. Julia checked us in. She was fabulous. Professional and personable. You have a gem employee and I hope she remains, that's an employee you want to keep. Customer service is failing all over, so refreshing to truly be able to come to your hotel and relax and not be worried how you'll be treated or neglected. Employees care and remember you. Greetings and accommodating. We ate meals at hotel, delicious. Healthy. Thank you. Swam, the absolute best hot tub. Thank you for the size. Only issues were the handicap shower. The water went all over the bathroom and the hall. We had to line towels all around to stop it from entering hall and toilet. I'm so glad my husband was with me. I would have been stuck. Possibly the solution could be shower curtain that reaches floor and doesn't allow water to pass. Not sure the solution but it was dangerous. we just mentioned it next morning/afternoon, since we were using hotel towels on the floor and staff said that's fine. We figured out a temp solution that worked for us but not sure how someone alone could manage it. Restaurants and bar restaurant staff was great as well. Found delicious. 100% recommend staying here as we look forward to doing as well. And with the amazing staff I have no doubts they will look into this water shower floor issue and seek solutions. Maybe no one reported before, Maybe I should have presented it as a danger, I was more thinking it gross to put their towels on the floor so wanted to let them know I was doing that. But thinking more about it, I should have explained it better and again I have no doubts they would have sought a solution. They have tub showers as well. I think that are handicap as well. With my husband's help entering and exiting I will chose that next time. But sincerely the room was so nice and the view beautiful of the pool and palm trees. Thank you. We were so well rested and the whole company enjoyed their stay. You are in good hands with this hotel. Oh and heads up, when you need a towel or extra soap they put it on your door and do not bother you when you have the do not disturb tag outside. So thoughtful! Wish all hotels did that!

Yelp
From the view to the location and the service, I was very satisfied. To downtown Disney is probably a 15 minute walk. You are there in no time and then to the entrance to the park. No complaints. Chose to use valet parking for my three night stay. I think the self parking for the day was 10 dollars cheaper, don't recall but just knew once I left I wanted my car ready in morning. Was able to see fireworks from my balcony, sole reason I chose the room. Amenities at this hotel were great. I will say tho food was ehhh.. did in room dining and really didn't think price point match but of course your paying for convenience. This was for breakfast and dinner. Since my stay was center around being at Disneyland, there were lots of food choices so wasn't tripping on that. The Fleming's next door was a plus. Picked up a dry aged steak for my last night there and it was fantastic. Overall I would stay here again for my go to spot unless I choose to stay on one of the Disneyland properties next time.

Yelp
Customer service was great and our front desk agent was friendly. He made me feel welcomed and accommodated us arriving early. The room was spacious and clean and the beds was 100 % comfortable and felt like I was sleeping on clouds. I love the clean and spacious bathroom. Amenities in the room was also excellent. There's an ice machine in each floor and there's 2 water refill stations on property.

Yelp
Hotel deserves the full 5 stars across the board! Booked this hotel for a quick trip to CA Adventure. Suuuper close walk to the park, probably a good 10-12 minute walk! Gorgeous hotel with very clean rooms! Room service was quick to come and tidy our rooms the minute we left out the door. Rooms are equipped with complimentary bottled water, coffee & tea. Wish they would replenish the coffee and tea when our room was serviced. Handful of dining options on the property. We had Flemings for dinner. (They have kid-friendly food items!) There's also a small cafe, Blossom that has breakfast, coffee along with grab&go items. Overall, this is the perfect hotel to stay at if your plan is to visit the Disney parks with the little ones. Close vicinity to the parks and lots of eateries nearby (both are my top concerns!). Will definitely be back here!!

Yelp
We did a staycay at the Westin Anaheim Resort, and we were glad we did. We were upgraded from a king bed room to a studio due to my Gold status w/ Marriott. The studio was very nice. We were welcomed w/ Pellegrino flavored waters, macarons, mandarins and 4 bottles of regular water. The latter were in addition to the 2 bottles we received while checking in. The room is large w/ a four seat table as you walk in, a living room area to the right w/ a TV on a pedestal. You can spin the TV around and watch fr the living area or bed. Lastly, the bathroom was quite large and had two sinks. I was still getting aroung via a knee scooter due to a recent surgery, and I was pleased at the handicap access. You simply press a bar, and doors open up for you. In addition, the gym is handicap friendly and massive. Its the best hotel gym I have ever been in. The resort is walking distance to Disneyland, California Adventure and the Convention Center. We did not go to Disneyland, but we could see the fireworks from our lanai. The food options are numerous, including a coffee & gift shop, all day dining, bar dining, a rooftop bar, as well as a Flemings and Puesto. You don't have to leave the property, if you don't want to. Despite the 5 Star rating, there was a couple of areas I'd like to see improved. We were supposed to receive early check in. However, the room was not ready when we arrived around 1:30ish. The room was not ready until about 2:45. The foregoing was offset by the upgrade, but it would have been nice to have the room earlier. Another minor rec is to put the mouthwash & lotion in larger, secured dispensers similar to the soap, shampoo & conditioner. The foregoing will promote greeness, and do away the tiny containers that are meant for one person. All in all, a well deserved 5 Star stay. I can't wait to upgrade to Marriott Platinum, so that I can obtain more bennies when I travel.

Yelp
Located about a 10 minute walk from Disneyland, this is my new go to hotel when we visit. The rooms are beautiful, super clean and quiet. We never had to wait for the elevator. The pool wasn't huge but was nice, had plenty of sun with a great pool bar and restaurant. We had Rob as our server multiple days and he was fantastic! There are 3 other restaurants on the 1st floor and a rooftop bar. Add that you can see the fireworks from the roof or from the balcony rooms and this place is an incredible Disneyland resort.
google avatar

Melissa R.

Yelp
Very beautiful hotel lobby. Breakfast was great, though not included in the room rate. Comfortable rooms with luxe tub and separate shower. Wish the bathrooms had a proper door and not this new semi-open concept that is gaining traction. Valet parking available. A close walk to Downtown Disney.

Yelp
Normally I check before going to bed but we came in so late and tired we just passed out. Thought I felt a bite at night but ignored it. In the morning, pulled the covers completely off only to find my worst fear.... bed bug poop. The hotel should have to pay for the exterminator fees I will now have for my own house as well as the therapy I will need after loosing so much sleep :-(

Yelp
This location was perfect. About half a mile of walking to downtown Disney. I had lounge access. Perfect place to watch the fireworks. I also had a balcony facing the park so we watched it from there too. Beds were comfy.

Yelp
William in the member's club on the 8th floor was excellent. So friendly and welcoming. Made the breakfast and dinners so much more enjoyable for me and my wife! Hope to see him again next time!

Yelp
Absolutely loved this hotel and I will be booking this again the next time we return to Disneyland! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and elegant with fancy light switches and a spacious bathroom. The hotel room also had a complimentary little package of macarons and sparkling orange juice. The service was great and the person at the front desk had let us check in early, which was convenient since we were able to freshen up before heading to Disneyland. Disneyland/Disney California Adventure Park are about a 20 minute walk away, in the morning this is fine, but at night time it's scary to walk back since it's not a very crowded road and you're also exhausted from a full day of Disney fun. We also had a really delicious grilled cheese from room service (very heavy, so recommend sharing it), and the breakfast buffet. While the breakfast buffet selection wasn't very expansive, my husband and I were really looking to eat healthy fruits after a day of unhealthy Disneyland food. The fruits were very fresh and nicely sliced and a refreshing day to start the morning! The only downside is that they overcharged us and my husband had to navigate the hassle of getting our refund sorted out.

Yelp
This hotel is one of the newer hotels and it is close to the parks. I have both walked and taken the ART. We also stay in rooms with a view of DCA which is amazing. We have lounge access and they have food at 4 pm as well as breakfast each morning. The lounge is a perfect place to view the fireworks. The beds are comfortable and the balcony's are nice especially when you can watch the Disneyland fireworks or World of Color. I have also eaten at the Tangergine room which has really good steak and mac n cheese. I love how the maids organize my kdis blankets and plushies and they were willing to bring up a microwave when my son wanted to heat up his food. This hotel costs more than some of the others but makes up for it with the views.

Yelp
Beautiful, Immaculate hotel that felt more like a luxury resort than hotel. Prime location, close to all things Disney. Staff, Room Service, Pool/Spa all 10/10. Highly recommend and hope I get the opportunity to stay here again.

Yelp
This hotel is not inexpensive but it is the nicest place I have stayed in Anaheim in my many visits to Disneyland. Front desk staff was hit and miss but fine if you weren't in a hurry. The property is truly an easy walking distance to Disneyland; close enough that you can make it even after a long day at the park. The rooms are clean and modern. The one weird thing was how my room had one less chair and no slippers while my friend next door had both. Luckily, I was not in need of either so I didn't mind. Getting free bottled water every morning was also a nice touch. The best part was being able to see the Disneyland fireworks from the rooftop bar. It's hard to get a reservation but we took a chance and walked up and were seated at the bar right away.

Yelp
I used a 3rd party site to book this hotel. We had the option to check in at 12pm if there are available rooms. We tried checking in around 11:30am and they were able to accommodate us. The front desk is very friendly and explains everything you need to know. The room is very clean. It's a couple minutes walk from Disneyland which is a plus. Pool closes at 10pm, we did not get to try it out but we will next time. Whenever I book a hotel room anywhere, I will always ask for late check out. And every single time we do this, we will always have housekeeping knock on our door every hour after the normal check out hours (11am) so we always need to explain that we will be doing late check out. However, in this hotel, we were able to check out at 4pm without interruptions. Only downside is that you have to pay for parking. Parking should've been free for hotel guests.

Yelp
I generally love this hotel. I've stayed twice in a one bedroom park view suite with a toddler and two other adults. The beds are super comfortable and the view is usually great. The pool is never crowded and lovely. The bar's drinks are good, Disney is a 15 min-ish walk, and parking is easy. I like that the kids menu for room service is pretty long and you can order it (non-room service) at the lobby bar. Here are my recent complaints: - laundry wasn't working, as in it wouldn't take ANY credit card. It declines them all. I had to call for help. - I shipped my suitcases there and had to ship them back. The connected UPS Store serves as their "mailbox" but only has certain hours. If you get there outside those hours, you cannot retrieve your suitcase or send it back. I had two labeled suitcases, ready for FedEx and was told they literally could not do anything with them since the store was closed (front desk even called and asked security). I waited longer than I wanted because I had to wait for it to open, then they tell me there is a $110 "handling fee" to give these to FedEx!! What a joke. I bought the postage, I taped the label and I drug them over there. But they're "handling them". Right. - the room had an automatic light in a closet that turned on and off every 30 seconds. It was broken and driving me NUTS at night. It was also distracting my kid trying to sleep. $750/nt huh? I won't be staying here again because I always ship my suitcase (toddler life). If my flight is late or leaves early, I can't get or send back the suitcase. Plus over $100 to leave them for FedEx. That's a deal breaker for me. For $750/night plus fees, that should be more accommodating.

Yelp
$30.00 for a Tequila & Tonic cocktail,,,,,I am shocked. The waiter needs to tell the customer the price when ordering....that is just plain GREEDY !!!! A full bottle at Wine & More is 42.00. Adios Westin

Yelp
This was our 1st time staying mainly due to proximity to Disney. We are AMEX Platinum members so we received some additional perks. It was more convenient location than we had expected and our upgraded room was such a pleasant surprise. We were so happy to watch fireworks from our room vs fighting the crowd at the rooftop bar. The buffet was fantastic and was even better since my two of the meals were free. My husband ordered the Waygu Steak and Eggs and it was the best I have tasted. The room was nice and clean. They had complimentary Christmas Cookie, Hot Chocolate and Champagne for Christmas activities in the evening with great holiday decorations. The only hiccup was with the welcome gift we hadn't expected that we missed beautiful they missed delivery since we checked early. We received the text about it after we had left. It would have been nice to see that in the room when we checked in vs delivery on check out. It was a very nice gesture though. We plan to stay at this location in the future and will certainly recommend to others.

Yelp
Honestly one of the best! What a comfortable room and fabulous staff. Can't beat the location if you are headed to Disneyland. Rooms are very quiet. We were there when a ton of high school kids stayed there and couldn't hear them. Club level is just ok, so I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5

Yelp
This resort has a great location. So close to Disney. The service is over the top. Everyone from the moment we began planning our trip (William) to the front desk and the wait staff in the Tangerine, Blossom, 1030 and the pool bar were all fantastic. This is a must stay.

Yelp
Just had a fantastic stay for the Disneyland Halloween race weekend. The hotel room itself was perfectly fine, but what set the hotel apart was the lounge. Thankfully, they had rotating food options for the evening, as opposed to other Westin hotels we've stayed at that have the same spread day after day. Even better than that was the welcome from William in the mornings - he was fun, friendly, kind, and attentive, and he remembered my husband and I after just the first visit.

Yelp
Our new favorite hotel in Anaheim when we come to Disneyland. We came to celebrate our daughter's 15th birthday and the experience was incredible. We came into our room and there was a plate of dessert and a hand written card wishing her a happy birthday. This gesture really made her day. The hotel is super nice, clean, and is exactly what you need after a day of walking. The lounge has the perfect view for fireworks too. Overall a fantastic experience and will definitely return.

Yelp
I will definitely be coming back to stay! I absolutely loved staying here for a few nights. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We stayed in a room that had a Disney view and it was perfect to watch the fireworks. One of the days we even used the gym and loved all the exercise equipment. Only downside of the gym was the lack of mirrors... Service was 10/10! Only had an issue our first morning with door knocking at 8am and 10am, while we were trying to sleep in. I brought it up to the front desk and the issue was resolved. After that, there was no more door knocking. Not sure why it even happened. I love that they have self parking and how close it is to Disneyland. Whether you're a local and looking for a staycation or visiting from out of town, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
My first experience at this hotel was New Year's Eve of 2022. And it's one of the best experiences I've ever had a hotel. We were stranded and we booked this place last minute, and they let us see the fireworks show and gave us champagne for the NYE celebration. We almost had an issue today as I was traveling and did not bring my physical card with me, as I do not like to travel with too many payments. Thankfully through speaking with management and verifying my identity as a Bonvoy Silver member they reinstated our reservation with extra perks added to make up for any loss of contentment for the family. I really appreciate the service here and recommend them more than any other place. Just make sure to bring your physical card with you during your reservation!

Yelp
Our new favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland or Knotts. The staff was great, and super-accommodating. We were upgraded to a club level studio (I'm platinum). Club food was good. Club has a great view of DCL and fireworks. The rooftop bar had a lively atmosphere, and also an amazing view of fireworks. Our friends were staying at a near budget hotel, but after seeing our hotel switched to the Westin. Front desk staff was great, and got them a room next to us. The pool and gym were nice. The staff made us feel very welcome.

Yelp
Made a reservation for a 2 night's day during the week. Very overpriced, had to pay for parking over a $100 and Wi-Fi is $20 a day. Also does not include breakfast. We were extremely disappointed. The hotel security was wonderful. The staff was wonderful, but because of everything else, we wouldn't stay here again.

Yelp
We have visited Anaheim multiple times with our family, and this is our first time staying at the Westin Anaheim. We decided to stay at this hotel on this occasion because of our Bonvoy membership as well as all of the positive reviews that we have seen on vlogs and customer review sites. From the moment we arrived at the hotel after our redeye flight, our expectations were immediately exceeded by the exquisite front view of the hotel when turning in to the parking lot. We were quickly greeted, able to check our car in for valet, and have our luggage staged. This review is being written to specially acknowledge an individual at this hotel who made an immediate and lasting impact on our decision to ALWAYS stay at this hotel in the future when we visit Disneyland and DCA. Our front desk representative, Cyrus, educated us thoroughly about the different offerings at this hotel since it was our first time visiting. He explained the check-in procedures and displayed incredible empathy and care towards our family to help us get situated earlier than expected. He sincerely cared about us having a wonderful experience on our first day here. He made our entire 'ohana feel like valued guests and really helped us gain a lot of positive energy for our day in sunny Anaheim. Mahalo nui loa...thank you very much Cyrus for being everything great about the Westin Anaheim. We appreciate you and are very thankful to have had the privilege of meeting you this morning.

Yelp
Another great stay over the weekend! Drew checked us in, he was great! Welcomed us back, thanked us for being Marriott Members, explained our benefits for having status. We love this hotel so much! Staff has always been pleasant to us. If you are elite marriott member, I suggest to try this property as the benefits were awesome, we love the lounge and it has a great view of the fireworks from the park!

Yelp
Such a beautiful hotel! The staff is welcoming from Antonio in Valet answering my questions, to Liz at the front desk. Kevin at the 1030 bar was efficient and informative. The room has a gorgeous view, and honestly from any of these rooms the views will blow your mind away. Talk about leaving your troubles and finding paradise! The gym and pool areas are wonderful... Whether you are coming for Vacation, Baecation, or Homecation make your way to the Westin Selena our server at the pool was super cool! She has a great personality and an asset to the Westin. Our valet N. Santillanas has the best attitude! Love yall

Yelp
Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. Been coming here for two years and we are always blown away. Especially at the tangerine room, Trino is an amazing server and we have had the pleasure of serving us every single time. Such a great smile and vibe! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!!!

Yelp
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I was with my kids so my husband and I did not get a chance to explore the rooftop bar nor restaurants. That said, their breakfast in the Tangerine room was great! We stayed in front facing room on the 5th floor and had a great view. The beds were comfortable and the room was impeccable. Genuinely appreciated that room service came in every day to make the bed. All of the staff were really kind and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Disney.

Yelp
I want to give this a 5/5 but there were some things that brought the rating down. Our hotel room was super clean, and cleaning staff was very attentive and gentle cleaning around our stuff. It's about a 15 minute walk from downtown disney, probably around 20 minute walk to get to Disneyland. (Ps cut through the Californian to get to downtown faster, saves so much energy!!!) Bar staff were super nice, gave us a bunch of advice regarding Disneyland. And they even gave me a birthday cake!!! The buffet however, was a mess, we waited so long before someone came to seat us and several other parties. I also attempted to order room service one of those nights, I waited 3 hours before finally calling them, in which they let me know my order never went through....I was thankful they credited our account but it sort of ruined my night. Overall a nice place to stay, would definitely stay again.

Yelp
This is one of our favorite hotels ever. It's our #1 choice if we are going to Disneyland. It's a quick, easy walk to Downtown Disney and the parks. The rooms are gorgeous - I love the separate shower and soaking tub. One of the best parts of the hotel for us is the Club Lounge. William is there most mornings and is such a sweetheart. We loved starting our mornings with his smiling face and hospitality. He was great about remembering little preferences of ours, like me wanting cups of ice every morning. He felt like family by the end of our 8-night stay. The pastries are also amazing! And the lattes were great too. We managed to make it for hors d'oeuvres a few nights and really enjoyed their spread.

Yelp
Yes! Amazing. Wonderful service and clean rooms. It felt very classy. Had a wonderful bar downstairs and was attached to a delicious Mexican restaurant. Across the street from Disney and my room had a view of California adventure. You can't go wrong with this one.

Yelp
If you're going to visit Disneyland, this is the hotel to be at! Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, great restaurants and outstanding facilities. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the entrance gates. You can literally see the fences of California Adventures from the entrance, and this entrance is grand! It has one of those beautiful circular driveways with at least three lanes for drop offs, pickups, and rideshares. After multiple consecutive 20k days at Disneyland, my partner LOVED using the theraguns in the gym. There are stationary bikes, pelotons, 4 ellipticals, 2 stairmasters, 8 or 9 treadmills and a rowing machine. They have a setup for TRX, bands, and pulley machines. Free weight area is spacious and there are muscle group focused machines too. It's a beautiful, clean gym, stocked with towels, headsets, water and a water refill station. This was a last minute trip for us and my partner forgot his deodorant and toothbrush. When we asked how late the closest drugstore stayed open, the front desk concierge let us know that they have these amenities on hand and promptly brought him some travel size kits to fulfill his needs. This is service at it's best! Even the cleaning staff was friendly. I do not think there was a time when I walked past someone and they did not greet me and say good morning or good evening. The rooms are another highlight. There's mobile key access too. The bathrooms are large and our room had two very comfortable queen beds and a table and chairs, along with a mini bar area complete with a fridge for our leftovers. The layout and design are impeccable. This is now going to be our go-to hotel whenever we're visiting the parks!

Yelp
We LOVED our stay at the Westin Anaheim and are already discussing a return trip to Disneyland before Christmas so will be returning soon. The property is gorgeous, rooms are great, the service outstanding and the location is perfect. Our Disneyland day was planned for Saturday so we arrived Friday and did an early dinner at Puesto followed by cocktails at the lobby bar (they had a fun Halloween themed menu) and we had a 8:30pm reservation at Rise Rooftop Lounge to catch the 9:30 fireworks. They had a DJ and it was such a fun vibe - plus the cocktails and bites were delicious. We did coffee both mornings at Blossom Cafe (they open early at 6am which is great to grab a drink before heading over to the parks). We also had a delicious brunch at The Tangerine Room on Sunday (our server Patricia was the best). And while I didn't get a chance to use the gym, I did notice they have 2 Peloton bikes which is awesome. Definitely my top pick for a Disney adjacent hotel - I had seen great reviews which was why I booked it but they exceeded expectations in every way!

Yelp
The Westin Anaheim resort was the base of our operations during our trip to Disneyland and more. We arrived early and those individuals out front were able to stow our luggage until our room was ready. I had booked a room with a view overlooking CA adventure. This was the best choice I could have done because at night we could go out on the patio and watch the fireworks from the comfort of our own room. It provided a breaktaking view of the theme park. We had two queen beds, a jumbo TV set, a touch light full length mirror and a state of the art bathroom. We also got bathrobes and slippers to use during our stay. The staff was more than helpful to accomodate our needs and make us feel welcome. Although one night we were short towels and it took a very long time for them to finally show up, I was glad that they did at last. There are two types of WiFi you can join-regular and premium both are paid by the customer. However, if like me you belong to Marriott Bonvoy then the regular WiFi is free throughout the stay. Off to the far side is the pool with a bar and in the lobby area is a large bar and business center. The Tangerine room sits off to the side (reviewed separately). Once you go out the doors you will see Puesto (reviewed separately) and Blossom cafe and market (reviewed separately). Blossom is where you would find the hotel's gift shop. Security is a premium here to protect the guests. In order to access your floor you must hold your room or mobile key once inside the elevator at a certain touchpoint. Once it recognizes that then you may select your floor. The Rise rooftop bar was a place we wanted to go visit but seeing the day we picked it was closed. Nevertheless I was very happy with our view. The room also has a mini fridge, a safe, coffee and tea, and of course plenty of storage space. The staff kept giving us ice cold water bottles to drink to help ward off the heat. The hotel seemed a lot quieter than other places-not too many children running around and that was fine by me. We needed to get rest. Outside the entry there is an UBER pickup station but I didn't see any taxis. I would imagine the staff would get one for you if you needed one. Special requests can be made on your in room phone or if using the Marriott Bonvoy app then through them. The only downside which is really not the hotel's fault is location. To get to Disneyland you must detour off Disneyland drive and walk through downtown Disney to get there. The other option is to walk the entire back length of CA adventure and turn up Harbor Blvd. Usually it took my husband and I 35 minutes to make that trek. It's about the same time either way you choose. Still the pluses outweigh pounding the pavement or arranging for transportation as noted above. Not withstanding we had a wonderful stay and won't hesistate to return someday in the future. Located on Katella Ave in Anaheim they do have pay parking garage.

Yelp
We booked way in advance and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded given my husband's Marriott status. We had a room with an amazing tub/shower combo and living room area. The Club was fantastic with one employee who goes above and beyond in the mornings - thanks William! The food was yummy and the view was one of a kind. Enjoyed this amenity a great deal. The pool/hot tub and staff were amazing as well. It's a big hotel so be prepared to walk. The Mexican restaurant in front is excellent! Try the pork taco! My only major complaint is the air conditioning situation and the housekeeping. We would turn the air down and it was clearly not getting cold. I had to call some number to talk to someone twice about leaving the air on the temp we wanted. I'm not sure why they put a way to turn up and down the air when you have to also call someone to actually get it to work! Confusing! Housekeeping was great the first few days, but they tell you it's not guaranteed. Once we didn't see anyone till almost 5 pm come to do it and several days we got no service at all. For the price you pay I feel this should be consistent. Also we found that someone in our room before us must have been a closet alcoholic hiding things in various areas that housekeeping didn't catch. I opened the drawer to put stuff in a cabinet near bedside and there was a cup of chew spit and Tobacco container. We informed housekeeping. We also found an empty bottle, Seltzer cans, and old cup with half filled glass of some cocktail hidden behind random things. As far as transportation to Disney, don't rely and buy passes for the Art bus close by (lack of staff and they cancel buses all the time) and we found the homeless take over the bench daily. Either walk or take Uber/lift. Walking back from California Adventure at night seemed safe and easy. The amenities at this hotel are very nice and I would definitely return. Book early though - better pricing. The atmosphere is very classy and relaxing! Concierge were excellent and give out water bottles! The tub/shower combo was one of my favorite parts of the room.
