Had a wonderful experience! All employees were friendly and eager to help. We loved that the workers changed work locations, always a friendly face in all restaurants and bars on site. Their name tags even show a hobby of theirs, so always something to chat about. Our room did have a small mold odor when walking in, perhaps nornal of a humid climate, but it seemed clean and tidy. We did not bring our children but there were tons of children and all seemed like they enjoyed themselves. Games and activities provided. The beach was amazing! We walked the beach in both directions and the area in front of the Westin was by far the nicest. A negative...which not the hotels fault was the dang roosters! They are just non-stop starting at 4am! Maybe bring a sound machine if you go. The spa was simply magical!

We stayed here for my husband’s work trip. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to friends and family and would stay here again. Very clean peaceful resort, friendly professional staff, clean peaceful beach with staff Ray to help you set your towels up on your chairs and put your umbrella up or take food and drink orders. We had lunch on the patio one day and it was really nice. We had dinner on the beach one evening and we really enjoyed it and had the best service! The shuttle service was great back and forth to the Ritz for the meetings and events and the staff was super friendly and professional with keeping the tanners going and the taxi to the airport. Hope to stay again sometime!

I visited this really lovely resort. The hotel is beautiful and the beach one of the best in the world. The best hotels are not a question of what goes wrong as that can be just life. But service recovery and making the guest happy is the key. I am a platinum Marriott customer, and we had a problem, but Poppy did a great job making my stay wonderful. She came to the desk when I arrived and left. It's a really good service experience and I highly recommend the hotel.

We previously stayed at the Ritz, but the Westin always looked like more fun, so we gave it a try and it didn’t disappoint. The pool and beach are perfectly situated so you can go back and forth easily. Shirlando at the kids club “made the whole trip” according to my kids, who loved his daily activities. The rooms are pretty nice and I recommend the rooms with a full beach/pool view for ultimate experience. Food was great, (didn’t love the breakfast buffet) and it’s close enough to walk to nearby restaurants. Having Red Sail located on the property was also super clutch, cuz we like activities/excursions and we didn’t have to walk far to book, like other locations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely go back.

My husband and I recently visited for 5 nights ahead of the arrival of our baby. We absolutely LOVED everything about Grand Cayman, the Westin, its amenities, its staff…the list goes on and on. It was a fun surprise to visit during the Super Bowl, where the resort quite literally outdid themselves with multiple spectacular inflatable beach TV screens, loud audio, and endless buffet of classic football game cuisine. I have been is hospitality for about 15 years, and would be proud to be associated with this operation. It is so obvious the staff loves their job, has great management and wants to be there. Our room had a partial ocean view, was perfectly spruced by the housekeeping team, and my husband loved the mini rum cakes accompanying turn down service. Our Marriot status granted a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning, which was bountiful and fresh. I can seriously say we became friends with multiple members of the resort team — Thomas from the UK at the front door, Gareth at the beach bar, Omar on the beach team, gentleman who managed the pool restaurant / bar area, Thom and Reynold at the bfast buffet. Just an extraordinary experience all around. I would bring my mother back to this resort…and that’s saying something! HA

Great hotel. Would return if given the opportunity. Clean, great room, beautiful pool and beach area, lots of seating/lounging available in pool and beach area. Outstanding service by some great people - specifically Rheverand on the beach, and Danny, Victor, Mike, and Ron in the lobby bar. Ample variety of adult beverages available both inside and outside. The concierge was very helpful in helping us find something to do on a rainy day. The check-in gal made us feel very welcome. Staff accommodated a late check out for us with no problem, which we appreciated due to a late afternoon flight. I do think the daily resort fee is a little high (75 US dollars daily), but I think you find this anywhere anymore. Also, if you are traveling to Cayman for the first time, be aware that there is a 15-18% service charge added to every service bill at the hotel as well as at all restaurants off site. Budget accordingly. They don't tell you that, and we would have tipped it anyway, but if you don't read the fine print on the bill you may accidentally double tip. I do think we got the value we paid for in hotel and service, to be sure. I definitely recommend this as a location; would love to return someday if given the chance and wouldn't hesitate to do so.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, great beach and pool. Service was fantastic. Rooms were very nice, clean and of course super comfortable beds! Recommend for anyone looking at Cayman Island.

This is one of the most beautiful gems on the strip! The service is amazing and very detailed and personal. The entire staff remembers your name and make your feel so comfortable. The beach and sand were prestigious and flawless!
