Employees went above and beyond to serve the guests. Pool and beach area were very relaxing and kept up with. Hotel was very clean and offered many fun activities. Water activities were also offered on this property! Kirk was a very kind and helpful employee! I lost my phone in the taxi and he drove it all the way back to the airport for me from the Westin! He’s amazing.

By far the best hotel! The staff and service at the Westin was on point. Harry greated us when we first arrived and was so nice and helpful and just amazing it was a great introduction to the hotel. The beaches and the food were exactly what you would want for a location like this one. If you are lucky enough to have Reverend be your waiter at the bar or on the beach you are in good hands he was so helpful and always made sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

The rooms themselves were just okay -- definitely pretty but also nothing standout. When we arrived we didn't even have shampoo or conditioner in our room (the bottles were empty) and the cleanliness of the shower was a bit suspect.||But, the reason to visit this hotel is the beach and Westin delivers on this. The sand is kept incredibly clear with almost no debris, the sitting area near the ocean is great, and the waters right outside of the hotel are incredibly clear. ||Additionally, we ordered room service at some point and this was definitely tasty.

This hotel is awesome. From the staff to the cleanliness, the food and location. Everyone was very friendly. The restaurants are nice and the food was outstanding. Lobby was clean and smelled nice and especially the rooms. Nothing to complain about at all. I will say that if you have sensitive feet that you bring a pair of water shoes for going into the ocean since there is a lot of coral around entering the water. Once you go out about 5-10 feet it’s a lot better. Other than that I will definitely be staying here again. The photos you see on the website are exactly what you are getting. Perfection.

I’m here now. The location and staff are amazing. Pool service is excellent, staff was very attentive. Beach is beautiful and lots of activities- yoga, pool workout, paddle boarding. Workouts room is small but gets the job done. Swim up bar is fun and offers happy hour at pool deck and lobby. I’m hopeful we will be back

Awesome experience at the Westin. Staff is very nice, hotel is right on the water with a large beachfront area and pools. Plenty of beach chairs with umbrellas. Food and drinks were great. Highly recommend staying here. You can snorkel right off the property and they provide masks and fins. ( This is included as part of the nightly fee which is high). Overall- great experience and highly recommend. Hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. If you use a taxi bring cash as they don’t take credit cards and there is no uber on the island. We rented a car which made it much easier to get around. Hotel doesn’t charge for parking at the hotel which is nice.

We had a great time on our recent vacation. I especially wanted to mention the wonderful bellhops. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. I wish I could remember their names but my 11 year old son loves basketball and they took the time daily to chat with him about basketball and two of them even took their own time after their shifts to meet my son on the basketball court across the street to play some one on one. These guys were awesome and made the stay that much better. The resort was meticulously clean. The views from the pool and beach area are stunning.

Excellent location, but the hotel has a persistent mold/mildew odor that worsens when the AC is set above 75°F. Upon arrival, I noticed staff scrubbing black stains—likely mold—off the entrance vent, possibly due to moisture buildup. The breakfast was repetitive and unremarkable, though the other on-site restaurants were much better. Customer service was solid; a couple of issues came up during the stay, but they were addressed promptly. Unfortunately, the smell was a dealbreaker for me, so I likely won’t return. Also be aware, the hotel wifi is not secure.
