Im a bonvoy member and a loyal marriott user. I have to leave this review here since the app will only allow me to review after i check out. We live just two blocks away and decided to try Westin Manila for a one-night stay. While there were positives, the overall experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. Commendable Aspects: • The service was excellent. Your staff were attentive, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. • The beddings were very comfortable, consistent with the Westin standard of rest. Areas for Improvement: • The food was underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. For a 5-star property, we expected a more elevated dining experience. • The biggest disappointment was the room odor. It smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old carpet or cabinet, possibly coming from the centralized air conditioning or the flooring. This was uncomfortable and aggravated my colds during the stay. Overall, while your team’s service stood out, the dining quality and room condition significantly impacted the stay. Based on this experience, I would rate it closer to 2.5 stars rather than the 5-star promise. I hope this feedback helps management address these concerns and uplift the overall guest experience. As a Marriott Platinum member, I was upgraded to a huge suite and granted immediate early check-in upon arrival, which really impressed me, and my fans lol. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very well-maintained, with stylish interiors and a relaxing atmosphere. The executive lounge is great — clean, quiet, with quality offerings. Pool area is excellent too, perfect for winding down. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. As for the breakfast buffet— the variety is amazing, with both local and international selections. So many fanciful dessert choices 💕 Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. Will definitely return.

We stayed at the Westin Manila for 9 nights. The service was friendly and attentive. They have security checkpoints at the entrance to ensure safety of the guests. The gym is small and has all the basic machines, the pool was nice. Our room was well maintained and cleaned properly throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at The Westin Manila and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout my visit. I want to give a special shoutout to Andrea from the housekeeping team. Her attention to detail and personal touch truly stood out—she left me a kind note reminding me not to skip meals and to stay hydrated. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day and showed how much the staff genuinely cares about their guests’ well-being. Thank you, Westin Manila team, and especially Andrea, for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning and will highly recommend your hotel to friends, family, and fellow travelers!

Hello Westin Manila Team, I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful experience my boyfriend and I had during our stay. I was so surprised and happy when I saw the bouquet of flowers and petals in the room. It was such a sweet moment, and I really appreciate your help in making it happen. It meant a lot to me. 08/12/25. The Westin Manila staycation. A friend and I had an event nearby. A staycation in The Westin Manila was decided. GOOD: 1. Five star room amenities. Plush bed and linens. Toilet was top notch. 2. Hotel staff from the doorman to the check-in counter staff were polite and ready to assist. 3. Pool was relaxing albeit surrounded by concrete buildings. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Wished a sofa was a available in the room instead of an armchair.

Back again. Still a great place to stay. Had a warm welcome from Carron at the front desk, and from Ron at the lounge. I'd like to compliment the wonderful staff at The Westin Manila. Every interaction I’ve had during my stay has been pleasant and professional. The reception team has been especially helpful—with directions, booking Grab rides, and assisting whenever needed. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service at the Executive Lounge. The staff there have been superb—attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. I’d like to especially commend Mr. Kairos, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He took the time to remember my preferences and greeted me like a friend every time I visited the lounge. His thoughtful gestures made a lasting impression and added a personal touch to my stay. I highly recommend The Westin Manila not only for its excellent facilities but especially for its outstanding team. Thank you!

Our stay at The Westin, Manila was memorable. Upon check-in on 3 Aug, Andie served welcome drinks and cold towel. We engaged in the conversation about our visit in Manila. The lady security officer who was still in charge at around 9:30 p.m. still remember us when we came back from our dinner. She said, “Welcome back!” Unfortunately I couldn’t see her name clearly because it was dark. The team (Ron, Lyah, Abegail, Abby) at the Club Lounge remembered our beverage and egg preferences for breakfast. With limited time, we really appreciated the quietness we had every morning. We had the best eggs at The Westin, Manila. Karlos helped me setting up the printer when I needed to print some documents. Lance, the Club Attendant recommended me Open Spinach Sandwich when he was printing the menu. He encouraged me to try it because he said it is good and healthy. It was! Therese explained to me about Suman Sticky Rice because I asked about the taste, and encouraged me to try it because it is a bit different how The Westin, Manila Chef did it. Jose at Front Desk let me borrow the umbrella when I was going out and suddenly it was raining. He asked, “Are you sure you want to walk because it is 15-minute walk?” after providing me directions to The Podium. An outstanding behaviour among your team is, their communication is very seamless and well-coordinated. I called May - ExpressService to extend stay. She tried to connect me to the Front Desk Team who was engaged on the phone. She said she would pass the message and asked them to call back. When Carren from Front Desk called me back, I didn’t need to repeat the whole story. She knew what I needed, and was transparent to inform me that there would be maintenance work on 9 August morning. Carren - Front Desk (transparently informing us regarding maintenance work on 9 Aug when we extend our stay). The Housekeepers Angela and Charm very super efficient. They knew my requirements in room cleaning and never failed in fulfilling it. I missed the team immediately when we were about to check out. Generally, all your associates - from security officer all the way to managers did a great job in taking care of guests. They demonstrated the true hospitality. Even your interns and part time housekeepers. They are young but they have great attitude. Thank you SO MUCH, for making our stay extremely memorable.
