I am satisfied with my stay, beginning with my check-in at the hotel, where I received an upgrade as a Titanium Marriott Bonvoy member. The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant is truly excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh options. As a Titanium member, I also enjoyed several benefits, including a complimentary room upgrade and late checkout until 4:00 pm, which added convenience to my stay. Additionally, I received complimentary breakfast at the buffet, with the option to enjoy breakfast in the lounge, along with access to happy hour drinks and cocktails. There was some feedback regarding a musty odor from the centralized air conditioning system; this was noticeable even while staying in a suite. I hope the hotel can address this issue to improve air quality. When I entered the bathroom, I detected a slight unpleasant smell, which I believe should be fixed. I trust the hotel will find effective solutions to uphold the high standards expected of The Westin.

Im a bonvoy member and a loyal marriott user. I have to leave this review here since the app will only allow me to review after i check out. We live just two blocks away and decided to try Westin Manila for a one-night stay. While there were positives, the overall experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. Commendable Aspects: • The service was excellent. Your staff were attentive, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. • The beddings were very comfortable, consistent with the Westin standard of rest. Areas for Improvement: • The food was underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. For a 5-star property, we expected a more elevated dining experience. • The biggest disappointment was the room odor. It smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old carpet or cabinet, possibly coming from the centralized air conditioning or the flooring. This was uncomfortable and aggravated my colds during the stay. Overall, while your team’s service stood out, the dining quality and room condition significantly impacted the stay. Based on this experience, I would rate it closer to 2.5 stars rather than the 5-star promise. I hope this feedback helps management address these concerns and uplift the overall guest experience. As a Marriott Platinum member, I was upgraded to a huge suite and granted immediate early check-in upon arrival, which really impressed me, and my fans lol. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very well-maintained, with stylish interiors and a relaxing atmosphere. The executive lounge is great — clean, quiet, with quality offerings. Pool area is excellent too, perfect for winding down. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. As for the breakfast buffet— the variety is amazing, with both local and international selections. So many fanciful dessert choices 💕 Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. Will definitely return.

What a place for a business trip! I met with clients twice in the boardroom of the exec lounge and routinely got all the support I needed from the staff there - printing out documents, bringing us coffee in the meeting, connecting my laptop to the flatscreen, etc. It was like my office IT/HR staff was present with me. Multiple changes in meeting times was only met with a smile. Fantastic room, solid gym, I'll return again and again.

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. A big shoutout to Andrea, who made our trip so, so special. Andrea always remembered our names and our orders, and knew what we wanted before we even knew we wanted something. All of the staff were so attentive and kind, and make the guests feel so cared for. We stayed at the Westin Manila for 9 nights. The service was friendly and attentive. They have security checkpoints at the entrance to ensure safety of the guests. The gym is small and has all the basic machines, the pool was nice. Our room was well maintained and cleaned properly throughout our stay.

Back again. Still a great place to stay. Had a warm welcome from Carron at the front desk, and from Ron at the lounge. I'd like to compliment the wonderful staff at The Westin Manila. Every interaction I’ve had during my stay has been pleasant and professional. The reception team has been especially helpful—with directions, booking Grab rides, and assisting whenever needed. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service at the Executive Lounge. The staff there have been superb—attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. I’d like to especially commend Mr. Kairos, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He took the time to remember my preferences and greeted me like a friend every time I visited the lounge. His thoughtful gestures made a lasting impression and added a personal touch to my stay. I highly recommend The Westin Manila not only for its excellent facilities but especially for its outstanding team. Thank you!
