The Westin Mumbai Garden City

I recently stayed at the Westin Mumbai Garden City, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is ideal, offering stunning views of the city and easy access to major attractions. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and feature luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, providing top-notch service throughout my visit. The dining options were impressive, with multiple restaurants serving a variety of delicious cuisines. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a vast selection of high-quality dishes. The fitness center and pool area were well-maintained, providing a great space for relaxation and exercise. Overall, the Westin Mumbai Garden City exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

I experienced the most amazing staycation over the weekend with my family at Thai property. We often visit the place and it’s only getting better with time. The hospitality and warmth of the staff is remarkable. A special mention of this person at the porch, one Mr. Sukhjinder Singh is a must. I’ve travelled a lot and stayed in a lot of properties but this man has a different vibe. He instantly owns upto you and extends himself beyond what you’d expect. It was my first time in Mumbai. I was here for my office related work. Mumbai roads are very busy and rushed but here you get the peace and the best treatment by the staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom has a bathtub. You can have a mini bar and spa services also. The be honest it made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

As usual, the hotel is well-maintained and clean, consistently deserving of a 5-star rating. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional guest service provided by Mrs. Chandini. She is a remarkable lady with outstanding professionalism. Thank you very much for the hospitality and warmth you always show whenever we check in. Your welcoming nature undoubtedly keeps guests coming back. Wonderful stay as always at this hotel. Great customer service. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is 5 ⭐️. Centrally located. We really appreciate Parvinder Singh (security) and Hemant Shinde. They were always so welcoming and look forward to meeting all of them again.

My husband and I have stayed in various hotels in Mumbai, but this has to be the best one. The location is great with the Mall next to it. |We have been come to this hotel over years and every time we visit the service from all the staff is always warm and welcoming. I want give a big shout out to Abu Huraira Khan and Chandni for an exceptional service their have provided us from the moment we enter the hotel and the relations team too. Can't wait to book this place again soon.

Stayed with family in Deluxe room during visit to Mumbai. Its located behind the Oberoi Mall and in vicinity of western express way. Had requested for early Check-In and was provided by the staff. Room was spacious and had good view of Western express way. Had good Check-In experience and even staff service was good. Room had all required amenities including Jaccuzziii. Kids had good time. In-room dining experience was bit let down as they were very slow in responding and couldn't be reached easily. Biggest concern was entry to hotel from main road which is not easily identifiable and neither any visible signage is displayed. There is signage but is not visible easily.|Overall had a good experience with high standards of amenities, upkeep, maintenance and customer service
