Beautiful room and spectacular view. Very nice and varied breakfast selection both international and Indian favorites. Lounge really nicely stocked, very clean, and complimented with very attentive service and fine food. Great gym. Typical of Westin.

Always am excellent stay at the Westin - if you need to stay in the northern suburbs. Excellent Oberoi mall next door.|Hotel rooms very spacious, room service prompt, dining options also excellent- Italian restaurant one of the best ever. Front desk very accommodating for all requests.

The experience is great with all the staff being amazing. Everyone from the restaurant team at Kangan, seasonal taste and Prego are all amazing. Even the staff who greets you Mr. Sukhjinder at the entrance is a gem of a person. I love coming to Westin and recommend to all those who don’t want to be in a commercial property but want to enjoy the smaller things like hospitality and food over grandeur.

The rooms were very spacious in comparison to lot of other luxury hotels. The bathrooms and overall stay was excellent and extremely clean & cozy. The buffet was also lovely, especially a lot of variety for Veg & Non-veg! Worth it.

Fell sick after eating at their restaurant called the Seasonal Taste. I had asked for a follow up on the food quality and I was assured by the ARM to get a call back from the executive chef or hygiene manager. It’s been two days I’ve been sick and this is my only way out to alert people to not eat here because they wouldn’t care about their customer as long as their minting money. Hospitality is dead at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of a bustling expressway and neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and service oriented throughout the hotel . Our 28th floor room was not only immaculate with panoramic views, it had all the amenities needed for our stay . Very comfy bed, a work area by the window and a spacious bathroom . Breakfast options were ample with Asian , North and South Indian , continental fare . We wished we had stayed longer than our 2 night stay as it was a perfect hotel to unwind at after a long week of travel . Highly recommend this Westin .
