The Westin Mumbai Garden City

I have stayed a number of times at the Westin at Garden City. My experience there has always been good. The staff is efficient and professional. The rooms are clean and well maintained. But the last time I stayed there my experience was nothing short of outstanding. One of my colleagues fell ill on our last day at the hotel. The staff at the front desk, concierge desk, housing keeping all sprung into action. They called the doctor on-call and made sure the doctor was at the hotel as soon as possible. The staff made sure that my friend was confortable and got appropriate food and liquids. The doctor was efficient and knowledgeable. The cohesiveness and efficiency at which the hotel staff work was just amazing. We are very grateful for the help they provided and the efficiency in which it was done. There are numerous staff from the hotel to thank but a few I will mention here Poonam, S. Boopi, S. Tiwari and V. Naik. Thank you and hope to stay at the property the next time I visit Mumbai.

Great Business hotel close to the airport. Loved my stay - very comfortable. The hotel is extremely well maintained and Breakfast spread is good. However glass doors between bathroom and bedroom may be uncomfortable if you are staying with a oartner. I was single so this did not bother me. The service during breakfast and lunch was a little chaotic…. Staff needs further training.

Sukhjinder Singh was so welcoming and friendly. He is so well versed. Very friendly and helpful. Needed to go out and he recommend things to do around the area. He is so polite and always has a smiling face. Kudos and well done. Made my stay here an amazing and memorable one!

Just an awesome experience. The level of attention and commitment to service was incredible. Best experience so far for a Marriott, and I travel a lot for work and fun. Gautam took care of my room and was very attentive and thorough. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and prompt. The lounge staff were nice. Attentive the way your parents take care of you, so much love that it would be annoying if they gave a little more Proximity to the mall was an unexpected plus. Oh the gym was functional but they should buy heavier dumbbells :). Hey everyone needs an area of improvement

Great service and staff. Was very impressed at my latest stay. Got a car delayed due to monsoon and the concierge staff were extremely courteous and apologetic of the delay. It’s wasn’t a big deal but the staff went above their way to make me feel special.

Had a wonderful stay at West Inn Hotel, Goregaon! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and responsive, making the experience smooth and comfortable. The location is also a big plus – conveniently situated with easy access to nearby areas. Highly recommend this place for both business and leisure stays. Great value for money!
