Had a amazing experience with westin. This was my first time in luxurious 5 star property. My relationship manager Riyanshi Narwal have took very good care of us. She have upgraded my room and gave on top floor. I was staying with my 2 year baby so she arranged baby bad also with so many ballons. Full day my princess enjoyed in balloons only. Baby play area is also amazing. We are looking for repetitive stay this property

My stay was very comfortable and welcoming as usual. My dear Sukhjinder and Chandni and Mr Tushar vaity from the security team made sure my stay was very comfortable. They even got an oven to my room to re heat the food.

What a luxurious experience at the Westin Garden City. Perfect for Businesa stay located in Business Park I recently had the most amazing time at The Westin Garden City 🏨. It was the perfect spot for a business trip, especially since it's right in the middle of the Business Park 🏢. The rooms were incredibly luxurious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Its not only safe but also walkable to several offices located in the vicinity. They have several multi-cuisine restaurants like The Seasonal Taste whos buffet is delectable. I personally enjoyed the delicious food and the excellent service provided at the hotel's restaurants 🍽️. I often stay in this hotel on official trips and overall love everything about this hotel. All departments are excellent. Especially the concierge. There was a trip when my father joined me and he wanted to read a Hindi newspaper. I checked with Siddhant and Kiran at the concierge and they informed me that usually there aren't any hindi newspapers in the hotel. But then they contacted the vendor and got the newspaper delivered. My dad was so happy as he hadn't read one in few months,as he was just back from overseas. Then there have been multiple occassions where Siddhant, Kiran and Narendra have helped me in contacting or making arrangements for various things. I have always noticed them assisting the guest with ease and making our trips even more comfortable. Siddhant is always very approachable and knows the city well. Kiran takes a lot of pride in what he does and therefore make things happen and Narendra is always very kind and helpful. Thanks to the them, I always look forward to stay in this hotel.

The service was excellent, my baby was sleeping they asked if they can help with something.|Then my 2 year baby is lactose intolerant so they served complementary salad for the baby.|As we visited on our anniversary staff "Genevive" has been too kind to surprise us with complementary delicious 😋 cake. ||My wife was quite happe with such generous gestures.
