We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Westin Perth over New Year’s Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax despite the busy holiday period. The Heavenly Bed definitely lived up to its name. We have access to the Club Lounge during our stay. It provided a calm and exclusive space to unwind, with fair choice of food and beverage offerings throughout the day. The evening canapés and drinks were especially enjoyable and a great way to start NYE celebrations. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. Their attentiveness really elevated the overall experience. Overall, The Westin Perth exceeded our expectations and was a fantastic choice for a special occasion stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a touch of luxury in Perth.

We had a wonderful stay at Westin Perth. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with smooth check-in and great hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast was lovely, and the service was great. The hotel itself has a nice, modern environment with excellent facilities. It's conveniently located near the CAT bus stop, making it easy to explore various parts of Perth city. Overall, a very comfortable stay, especially for the kiddos. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our anniversary staying here. We booked the Club Suite/Club Lounge room which was very reasonably priced compared to other prominent hotels. |The room was the largest we have ever stayed in. Seperate lounge to the bedroom and 2 bathrooms which was excellent. Amazing views and amenities to match. So comfortable. |The rain shower was excellent along with the very comfortable bed. |Roof to floor windows were incredible with the views over Optus stadium and the church. |Access to the executive lounge was great with drinks and food from 5-7 which you could easily substitute to a proper meal if you wanted to. The breakfast the next morning was excellent with good choices of western and Asian varieties. Very delicious sweets. |We cannot recommend this higher and thanks so much. |We will be back for sure.

We have stayed in top quality hotels in the past, and I just have to say that this hotel was absolutely perfect. The rooms were well appointed and well kept, they had everything we needed. Lovely vibe and we will now probably stay here instead of the Crown Towers in future.

Stayed at the West In with the Dine & Recharge package. Service is easily the best service we’ve ever experienced in Perth - cannot fault. Breakfast and Dinner at the Garum were both on point. Thoroughly enjoyed cocktails by the pool and soaking up the rays and views at the lounge. Can’t wait to come back!

On a recent leisure trip to Perth we stayed at The Westin and had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel is well located at the heart of City with excellent decoration. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and cleaned. All staffs are friendly and always with a welcoming smile. The highlight was the excellent breakfast with opened-action kitchen. We enjoyed so much for the fresh produces. Highly recommended for anyone want to visit Perth. We will definitely come back again.

On a recent work trip to Perth I stayed at The Westin and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well appointed with excellent decoration. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and cleaned. Walking around the hotel gives off a calm and quiet feel. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The high light for me was the excellent breakfast with the huge open plan kitchen. Situated in a good part of the town I would not hesitate at staying at the Weston again. A very nice experience. Highly recommended.

We stayed at The Westin Perth for three nights as a family and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location on Hay Street is excellent — right in the city center, yet in a quiet area that feels peaceful and relaxed. It’s an easy walk to the main shopping and restaurant precincts, which made getting around very convenient. The rooms are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with large windows offering great city views. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. However, a few aspects could be improved. Room service was inconsistent — used glasses weren’t replaced, our room hadn’t been made up even by 3 p.m., and an in-room dining tray we placed outside was left there the entire next day, even after we requested it be collected the night before. We also found that Garum, the on-site restaurant where breakfast is served, had excellent service but very poor ventilation — our clothes smelled unpleasant after eating there. Also, breakfast buffet was a bit limited and remained unchanged during our whole stay. Lastly, the $40 per night parking fee felt quite steep for hotel guests. Overall, The Westin Perth is a stylish, comfortable hotel in a prime location and a great base for exploring the city. With a few improvements in housekeeping and facilities, it could easily offer a five-star experience.

Yelp
This hotel has stunning rooms and the building itself is very new and modern. But there are several cons that should consider before booking: Pros - New, modern hotel. Room furnishing is high quality, and still looks like new - Great air-con, showers, bed, and massive rooms, with floor to ceiling windows. The perfect type of hotel room. - Lobby is great for drinks and relaxing, and there is a decent size outdoor pool Cons - Stingy on "soft" products - own brand toiletries instead of designer, and they only give you one bottle each of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner per day. Also they use third party Nespresso pods (L'or) - and even then only give two a day! No decaf provided. For tea bags there is also only two choices (English Breakfast and Jasmine). - Booked months ago, and in the reservation had stated we would arrive at 12pm. Turn up and the rooms we were allocated were not ready, but they did have other rooms available for us. Could have automatically allocated those rooms to us instead of wasting time at check-in. - The initial rooms allocated to us were an "upgrade", but they were the same Deluxe rooms but just on a higher floor. - Booked two rooms for 7 days each, longer than most stays at the hotel I imagine, so I was expecting something complimentary for the stay. Got one bottle of wine. One in total, not one per room. Halfway through the stay, since we were doing dry January, I went to ask if we could swap the bottle of wine for something else, like (non-alcoholic) drinks vouchers for the bar, and was flat out told no, with no alternatives offered. - Asked for late check-out if possible, as our flights are quite late in the afternoon. But was only offered 1pm, despite the long 7 day stay. I understand if this was a 1-night stay, but this was very stingy. - Despite it being a double occupancy room, only one bathrobe was provided. I had to call to get another, which then disappeared the next day, and I had to call again! - Valet parking is an exorbitant $40-50 per day Overall, the hard product is a good 5* quality, but I was disappointed with the soft product and service at this Westin, and wouldn't consider it again for a stay longer than a night or two.

Yelp
What a fantastic place to stay while visiting Perth. From the front desk to the concierge, this place has everything you need to relax or have fun. The lounge on the third floor is classy and the only complaint I could find was one new server working the post lunch people like me who got in after hours. She was attentive at first then abandoned me for 20 minutes while another server took care of another party. I will admit I sat in the back of the lounge but she knew where I was and after my food was served, never saw her again until I flagged her supervisor down to ask for a take away box. That has been the only hiccup and based on other employees picking up the slack, couldn't ding them even a . Great advice given by staff members on restaurant selections to money exchange that saved me a chunk of change. I would highly recommend staying here and would return to this hotel when visiting Perth again.

Yelp
Very wonderful hotel, good sized room with a great bed where I had the best night's sleep for some time. Very good bathroom with a bath and shower. Slightly disappointed with all the rooftop swimming pool /gymnasium because there's no outside space to respect the perspective and in addition the restaurant that I thought a bit pricey. That said the complimentary breakfast went away to pay for that. The staff have been so friendly and extremely beneficial. Great location, near to public transport and good breakfasts, would stay there again next trip to Perth. ||One little problem bedsheet didn't fit bed correctly. A pleasant stay in a well-appointed hotel in a fantastic location made even better by staff. This is our normal Perth house from the house which we would recommend to any one|| Cannot wait till our next stay. I came across the staff extremely friendly and helpful. My room had a view of Perth tower. Location was excellent - a quick walk to the central station and Paddy's market. It was my second time staying here and I'd certainly stay again The food is amazing and cooked to your liking. The shampoo and conditioner are nice, and the body scrub is excellent! The team really are all wonderful! I have remained on multiple occasions and the team are all lovely! The location is amazing!!!! Very convenient to everything! The adventure I've there is amazing ergo why I keep going back!

Yelp
The building, lobby, rooms were beautifully appointed. Executive Lounge and Haven are good spots for a drink & snack. Great location, close to anything one might want to do in a city's CBD. Service didn't feel very attentive except for Simon who helped us change rooms. Front Desk staff could focus better on details to avoid errors popping up. Overall a lovely stay.
