Here for 3 nights in a junior suite club room. |Suite itself was huge, one of the biggest I have stayed in. It had 2x toilets and a large bathroom, plus open dining and living room area separate. ||Breakfast in main restaurant was really good and offered many options. Service was great in restaurant. ||Club lounge setting is nice, staff are excellent and look like they enjoy their roles. The drinks were good and topped up frequently. This lounge includes spirits which is great compared to other hotel brand lounges. |The food was nice but didn’t quite fit into canapé style - there was main meal offerings that unfortunately seemed to always include mushrooms. With an allergy this means missing out. More variety/canape style might have been preferable. ||Location of hotel is good, only a short walk to many shops and the main shopping area. ||Only criticism is housekeeping was not great - first day no one came until later in the day and none of the amenities were topped up for the duration. Our tea cups were completely removed on day one and not replaced. Tea selection is quite poor and basic for a hotel of this standard. Cleaning standard was good.

We had a great stay here! The property and rooms are impeccable. We booked a double room which was very spacious for our family of 4. It’s one of the very few hotels that has enough seating arrangement in the room other than the bed. There’s a bench, chairs and even a couch seating (Usually there’s just 1 chair in hotels and we end up eating on the bed. Wonderful room, bed and pillows.|The staff at the reception while not bad needs some training. It looked like they’re just doing their job and that’s not good in a hospitality business. The hostess at breakfast was always so cheerful and welcoming. It was nice coming to that first thing in the morning! The breakfast is great too.| Another thing that was really convenient was that the hotel is centrally located. It’s close to exchange, shopping and restaurants and is on the free bus route. The bus stop is behind the hotel near the hospital. |There’s a library nearby too which isn’t the best but my girls love reading so it worked for us.|Would love to go here again.

Location: Quite good. 10 to 15 min walk to swam river, Elizabeth Quay and hay street shopping. Free bus stop outside the hotel Room: Good size and clean Service: Free sparkling wine when we check in. No toothbrush or amenities in room but you can request for it. Cleaning services not standard. Some days they give only 2 bottles of waters. 1 day, they give us 8 bottles of water. Appreciate the team give us a free upgrade. Breakfast: Fantastic food. Fresh and high quality. Overall: We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. I am a wheelchair user and did have trouble with getting an accessible room but they did accommodate me. On the first night of my 4 night stay they moved me to a suite for the night until I was able to get an accessible room. Was inconvenient not being able to shower or use the toilet the first night but the room we got the second night was amazing. Was amazing to have my own bathroom that I could access with my wheelchair and also my mum (who I travelled with) could have her own bathroom as well. The beds were very comfortable and was so glad I could stream things from my phone to the TV. We paid for breakfast each day and the buffet didn’t disappoint, was able to have beautiful scrambled eggs and freshly toasted bread and my mum was able to order boiled eggs that were cooked to perfection. I also really appreciate the fact that on the first day I was unable to make it out of my hotel room and they delivered my breakfast to my bed and didn’t charge me for that service. I will definitely be staying again and will recommend to anybody travelling to Perth to use this hotel.

Fantastic stay over a long weekend. We stayed in a suite, which was luxuriously spacious, with 2 bathrooms, great city views and access to the club. The club offered lovely canapés and drinks 5-7pm. Breakfast was also available at the club and the Garum downstairs and was wonderful. The club was accessible at all times during our stay, where soft drinks, hot beverages and fruits were available all day long. The location is perfectly central and convenient. Minor housekeeping glitches were negligible.

I liked Westin Perth in numerous ways and there was only one persistent issue that kept me from giving 5/5. First off the hotel is fairly new so the hardware looks very good. The first night of our multi-night stay was fully booked but I was nonetheless upgraded to a suite as Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite which was a very positive surprise. Some hotels are reluctant to upgrade elites to suites when suites are available, and here I got a suite when they were not available. Go figure. Anyway, that was a great gesture. The suite was wonderful with floor to ceiling windows of the corner room and very bright. I would also mention that it was particularly spacious - over 100 square meters. Most hotel suites are in the range 60-80 sqm instead.||Breakfast was enjoyable with an inviting restaurant venue and a good buffet. The hot dishes left somewhat to be desired but the healthy cold salads more than made up for it. Westin brand should be about health but many of them forget what they are supposed to be; this Westin did not miss the mark - the emphasis on healthy breakfast was clear.||Happy hour was a bit crowded in the lounge and food was forgettable but it was ok for drinks. ||The main weakness of this hotel is housekeeping. Almost nothing got done on the first request. When we arrived we asked for a baby crib and we were told housekeeping would deliver it. They did not. One hour later I had to send a reminder. On our first morning I asked for our room to be cleaned during our breakfast because we needed the room afterwards. I specifically went out of my way to stop by reception to ask in person. We went back to the room after the restaurant and the room was not cleaned. Morning #2: groundhog day. I ask at reception and I even mentioned that they dropped the ball the day prior so I overly emphasize to please clean it. After our breakfast we go to the room: it's not clean. We did not have a clean room until day #4 of our stay. I ordered a pillow from the special menu, I was told housekeeping would bring it. Of course they did not and it required another reminder.||The serial missteps by housekeeping were quite puzzling considering how very good the rest of the stay was including service everywhere in the hotel (restaurant, lounge, reception) besides housekeeping. So would it keep me from coming back? No. I would stay again nonetheless. But the hotel could easily get better by improving their lagging department - this is not a hard problem to fix.

It is our weekend gateway with my hubby. We are satisfied with the overall service. They upgraded the room for us to a suite. It had fantastic view overlooking the city and water. If you only need to enter the parking lot one time, Wilson parking only charges $15 for 2+ more hours per day instead of paying $40 to get multiple entries. The breakfast at Garum is average, offer gluten free food options. However, some pastries are good.

Uncomfortable bed feels like its from the 80s. Spoke to reception, they said they just replaced them all with these "softer" mattresses. Yes they are softer but in all the worst ways. I moved to the couch. Room also wasnt made up between nights. Room service was fantastic though and location, parking, restaurant etc. all good too.

Yelp
Great Hotel in Perth, well located with a nice spa, health center and outdoor pool. Great breakfast with very good coffees and juices.

Yelp
This hotel has stunning rooms and the building itself is very new and modern. But there are several cons that should consider before booking: Pros - New, modern hotel. Room furnishing is high quality, and still looks like new - Great air-con, showers, bed, and massive rooms, with floor to ceiling windows. The perfect type of hotel room. - Lobby is great for drinks and relaxing, and there is a decent size outdoor pool Cons - Stingy on "soft" products - own brand toiletries instead of designer, and they only give you one bottle each of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner per day. Also they use third party Nespresso pods (L'or) - and even then only give two a day! No decaf provided. For tea bags there is also only two choices (English Breakfast and Jasmine). - Booked months ago, and in the reservation had stated we would arrive at 12pm. Turn up and the rooms we were allocated were not ready, but they did have other rooms available for us. Could have automatically allocated those rooms to us instead of wasting time at check-in. - The initial rooms allocated to us were an "upgrade", but they were the same Deluxe rooms but just on a higher floor. - Booked two rooms for 7 days each, longer than most stays at the hotel I imagine, so I was expecting something complimentary for the stay. Got one bottle of wine. One in total, not one per room. Halfway through the stay, since we were doing dry January, I went to ask if we could swap the bottle of wine for something else, like (non-alcoholic) drinks vouchers for the bar, and was flat out told no, with no alternatives offered. - Asked for late check-out if possible, as our flights are quite late in the afternoon. But was only offered 1pm, despite the long 7 day stay. I understand if this was a 1-night stay, but this was very stingy. - Despite it being a double occupancy room, only one bathrobe was provided. I had to call to get another, which then disappeared the next day, and I had to call again! - Valet parking is an exorbitant $40-50 per day Overall, the hard product is a good 5* quality, but I was disappointed with the soft product and service at this Westin, and wouldn't consider it again for a stay longer than a night or two.

Yelp
What a fantastic place to stay while visiting Perth. From the front desk to the concierge, this place has everything you need to relax or have fun. The lounge on the third floor is classy and the only complaint I could find was one new server working the post lunch people like me who got in after hours. She was attentive at first then abandoned me for 20 minutes while another server took care of another party. I will admit I sat in the back of the lounge but she knew where I was and after my food was served, never saw her again until I flagged her supervisor down to ask for a take away box. That has been the only hiccup and based on other employees picking up the slack, couldn't ding them even a . Great advice given by staff members on restaurant selections to money exchange that saved me a chunk of change. I would highly recommend staying here and would return to this hotel when visiting Perth again.

Yelp
Very wonderful hotel, good sized room with a great bed where I had the best night's sleep for some time. Very good bathroom with a bath and shower. Slightly disappointed with all the rooftop swimming pool /gymnasium because there's no outside space to respect the perspective and in addition the restaurant that I thought a bit pricey. That said the complimentary breakfast went away to pay for that. The staff have been so friendly and extremely beneficial. Great location, near to public transport and good breakfasts, would stay there again next trip to Perth. ||One little problem bedsheet didn't fit bed correctly. A pleasant stay in a well-appointed hotel in a fantastic location made even better by staff. This is our normal Perth house from the house which we would recommend to any one|| Cannot wait till our next stay. I came across the staff extremely friendly and helpful. My room had a view of Perth tower. Location was excellent - a quick walk to the central station and Paddy's market. It was my second time staying here and I'd certainly stay again The food is amazing and cooked to your liking. The shampoo and conditioner are nice, and the body scrub is excellent! The team really are all wonderful! I have remained on multiple occasions and the team are all lovely! The location is amazing!!!! Very convenient to everything! The adventure I've there is amazing ergo why I keep going back!

Yelp
The building, lobby, rooms were beautifully appointed. Executive Lounge and Haven are good spots for a drink & snack. Great location, close to anything one might want to do in a city's CBD. Service didn't feel very attentive except for Simon who helped us change rooms. Front Desk staff could focus better on details to avoid errors popping up. Overall a lovely stay.
